Very, very clean. Cute. Cozy. Easy to utilize. It is a coin laundry. They do have a coin dispenser where you can put say your $5 or $10 bills and convert them to a slew of quarters. I love that they had varied sizes of washers where you could do 1 load, 3 loads at a time etc. Also, I enjoyed the fact that with the dryer you decide how many minutes to pay for based on how many quarters you part with. Overall, I would def visit here again.

    25 cents for 8 min I think

You're typical laundromat (aka coin operated wash & dry). Located off Tamarack in the Von's shopping center, ample parking. They've got 3 different sized washers, ranging from $2 to $3.25. Standard laundromat dryers, I think a quarter gives you 8 minutes. I've got coin operated machines at my apartment, but it's cheaper to do laundry here. Also, when I have a lot of clothes, I can do more than 2 loads at once, since my apt complex only has 2 washers and 2 dryers. Dryers dry pretty fast as well, all my clothes were dry after 24 minutes! Sweet!

My experience here was so much better than another laundromat I tried out. They have quarter machines and they also have a couple of washers that are energy efficient that cost less to use but you need to read the instructions first to make sure it can handle your clothes. Their dryer is 25cents for 8 minutes which is cheaper than the last place I went. What made me happy is the fact that I was able to put more quarters in to dry. The last place I went, you had to swipe a card(which you pay fir AND have to out a min. Of $5 each time you want to put funds in ) So thankful I found this place on yelp! Also the man working there was really helpful! The only reason I gave 4 stars is that it is a tad smaller in size and I can see it being super crowded on weekends. There is def. not enough room to sit and wait for clothes and they do not gave the Gigantic 8 load washer. But fir the convenience of not having to pay for a laundry card and for being able to set dryer for the time you want it is wirth it to come here!!

Clean & they are very kind & helpful. There is always a kind woman who helps. It is a little pricey for the washers.

Very clean. Plenty of carts and clean counters to fold your laundry on. On-site coin machines accept up to $10.

The first couple of times we used their fluff and fold service it was decent enough, other than getting a random extra pair of boxers that weren't mine and a couple of other peoples t-shirts... The last time we used them, they gave us back thrift store clothes and kept our actual clothes... John, the owner shared with me he had continued to employ a drug addict who has done this before. He was so sorry and embarrassed and wanted to know how to make it right for us... We agreed that we'd try to asses the value of what we lost and let John know. This was an amicable enough call. He seemed dejected and sad but expressed a desire to make it right. Fast forward two months now and John and his wife Kelly have patronized and attempted to pacify me multiple times with multiple excuses on why they weren't honoring John's own request to compensate us for our losses. Neither has even offered a refund. It's hard to tell fact from fiction, but it is clear their goal is to brush losing $750 worth of my wardrobe under the rug. I've waited over two months for compensation, and even offered a reduced settlement price as an olive branch to show I recognize running a business can be costly and difficult. The staff all seem to say the same things about John and Kelly, they are rude and short with people and try to undercut pay and etc. It shouldn't be a surprise that after the business makes a mistake they accept zero accountability and word for word today told me: "What are you going to do, sue us for $750? Go ahead!" Okay. ‍ Needless to say, I don't think people like them should be able to be in charge of other people's careers let alone run a business. Avoid at all costs.

Here's where the issue may have started - Pedro (I believe was his name) asked me to keep/hold onto my trench coats belt, so I did. I was told it wouldn't be a week for the alteration. Overall it would be a weeks wait, which for the work was reasonable I guess. I came back that Wednesday, at 3pm, and was told it wouldn't be ready until 5. Which leads me to believe it was finally being worked on that morning/afternoon. Again fine, as long as it was done right and not a rush job. Since I was there I prepaid so I could pick it up on my walk past the shop in a few hours. Unfortunately, upon getting home I realized they removed the belt loops to take it in and didn't put them back. I tried calling but by the time I had tried it on at home they were closed already. Went back the next morning at 9 when they open and they were closed with a sign they'd be back at 11. Showed up at 1050, since I needed it fixed asap. I had to wait a bit for Pedro to get back to the store to speak with me, but he remembered me and had my belt loops saved in the back, he'd just forgotten to put them back on. He was able to fix it same day, and now my jackets great and fits like a glove. They're close, seem fairly priced, and did good work once it was done correctly so I will give them another shot for sure.

TLDR: go somewhere else. [And FWIW, I have experience working in a laundromat, so I know a little…read morebit about the machines.] I did laundry here last night. The machines were more expensive than another place I went in town. I did two of the $6 loads. At other laundromats I've been to, it's usually only .50 more if you want to add an extra rinse or more intensive wash, for instance. Here, it's $2 for each add-on. Despite leaving PLENTY of room for the clothes to wash (the load was maybe 2/3 full), a pair of jeans came out half soaked and half still dry. After that, the card reader wasn't working on the dryers, so I used quarters. I was able to start my first dryer, no problem. For the second, three of my quarters got stuck in the coin slot. It was toward the end of the day, so the coin catch was probably too full. I didn't see an attendant, so I went to my vehicle and got tweezers to see if I could jimmy the quarters lose. As I worked on retrieving the 3rd quarter, I looked back at one point and noticed an older man watching from inside the back door. He didn't move, so I walked over to him to ask for help. He asked why I was trying to break his machines. He said "so you're going to break my machine for .25?" I said no, I wasn't damaging the machine, but out of principle, I wasn't going to give up .75 for a faulty coin slot (on already overpriced laundry). He told me to move my laundry to another machine. I already had but explained that I was still trying to get the remaining quarter back from the first one. He then made fun of me and laughed in my face for caring about a quarter. Again, it was actually three quarters, but I had already gotten two loose. Finally, after a considerable amount of back and forth he offered to provide me with a .25 refund. Great, thanks. I left the machine alone. What he SHOULD have done in this scenario is come up to me, while I was trying to jimmy the quarter to say "excuse me, can I help you?" I would have said yes, I just need to get my quarter. He either could have opened the machine with the key to fix it for future customers (best option), or brought me a refund quarter. Instead, he stood there watching, thereby allowing me more opportunity to potentially "break the machine." He also should have put an out-of-order sign on that coin slot if he wasn't going to empty it. Instead he spent the next hour I was there pushing a broom around (yet somehow missing the largest pieces of trash on the floor), likely keeping an eye so I didn't go back to "break his machine." While I was there, another customer found out the hard way that the dryers' credit/debit card readers weren't working after she loaded her wet clothes in the dryer. There is not an ATM on site, and she didn't have cash, so she had leave and go to an ATM in order dry her clothes. In addition to telling him myself, I personally saw at least two other customers tell the attendant that the card reader wasn't working for the dryers. This woman came in after he was already aware. The attendant did not inform her that the system was down before she started her wash. I was frustrated for her (a single mom doing laundry at 8pm on a Sunday night). I don't know what people were talking about in their reviews when they mention "the nice man" who works here. He was rude and not proactive whatsoever. Whether a machine takes someone's quarter, dollar, or however much, it's his job to oversee the successful operation of the machines. Laughing at a customer for caring about losing any amount of money is tacky in any light, but especially when they might already be counting every penny.

The parking is always available and it's really close and it's also nice cause you can take the cart out to your vehicle instead of having the cards are like all locked up inside anyways it's a great laundromat.
