She also helped me choose the right washer sizes for everything I brought in, which made the whole process super efficient. There's plenty of seating, it felt safe overall (it is PB, so you'll see some foot traffic outside), and parking was easy. Also - the pink decor is really cute and makes the space feel more fun than your average laundromat. Only things I'd love to see added: a few outlets for anyone who wants to work while waiting, and a bathroom (not sure if I just missed it). The machines also accept any card payments including Apple Pay, not just coins, which makes every laundry experience really easy and fast. I happened to meet the owners one time when I was working and doing my laundry at the same time. I had to leave my laundry in one of the dryers for hours until it was almost closing time, and they waited for me before closing the shop, which was really kind. They're very nice. They also have a machine where you can buy detergent if you forgot to bring your own, which is really convenient. Some laundromats only take coins, and as you can already imagine, that can get frustrating. Place is always clean too.

When I asked the lady to let me use the bathroom after her big speech about giving me credit to use another washer she DENIED ME of using the bathroom. That was mean and she didn't use what her boss told her to do. UNDER YOUR DISCRETION. You have bad employees that scared away your customers and then talk to you with the sweet humbling voice for you to believe her. You fall for that because I don't. She did that under retaliation for letting me use another machine. It's not the customers fault your machines break. When people show up instead of your workers sitting on their phones waiting on their clothes to be washed they should be inspecting every customer that comes in to make sure they check how much they are putting in the washers. Don't blame people that do the right thing for your machines breaking. Buy new ones and hire better thinking people!

Just grab your kitchen bags, or in my case, giant lawn bags, fill them up & label what is in them, sheets, clothing, towels, & even your delicates which need to hang dry! On the hangers they arrive! Full disclosure, I have kitties, & kitties puke...four kitties puke a lot of hairballs, so that's always an issue on sheets. Zero signs of kitty! How do they do it??? I've never used a dry cleaning service before, however my child care provider recommended DropMint service and I decided to treat myself for the holidays. I couldn't have given myself a better gift. The app is extremely user-friendly, easy to navigate, and I knew exactly what I was expect to pay. The drivers were punctual at pick up and drop off time and not to mention how pleasant both employees were. Once my clothing arrived I was very impressed with the quality, and how the most difficult chore (laundry) had become the easiest task. It took me 10 minutes to organize my clothing when typically I spend the entire weekend completing this chore. I am highly impressed with the service and know it will not only be a treat for the holidays because I intend to use this service moving forward. Everything went so well and everyone is so polite! The service was excellent. The cleaning was perfect. They kept in touch with me throughout the process and delivered and picked up just scheduled. The return. Driver even stood in the rain while waiting for me to come down and unlock the building door. And he did that with a smile. I was called the next business day to ensure everything went correctly and that I was satisfied businesses don't get much better than this! I will continue to use the service for as long as I can. Was in San Diego for a baseball tournament for my daughter she got pretty dirty after her game we needed her looking good for her night game quickly I searched for laundry services and came across DropMint. I ordered online, a pickup was made and poof I had the clothes back by 5pm looking brand new. The Same day was magic! John the owner heard about our tournament and brought over a box of cookies for the team he talked to the team and he told us his grandfather was a pro football player for the steelers how cool is that. Dropmint was recommended by a coworker, so glad she did. I was skeptical at first since I could not believe how affordable they were. They will pick up and drop off your laundry from the place of your choosing (as long as they service the area) and you don't even need to be home, you can place it outside label and they will take it and send you a text once they pick it up and even before that, they will send you a text when they are on the way with the name of your pick up guy/girl. The delivery was beyond amazing, they fold all of your clothes and best of all they separated by type i.e. shirts, shorts, pants, sweaters etc, making it easier to put away. I found this service through an ad on instagram and I was immediately intrigued. I am moving and decided to do all the laundry I had and it came out to about 160 dollars for 72 pounds. And honestly it was the BEST DECISION EVER. Even though it was pricey it was so worth it in the terms of the amount of time and energy I saved. I was so stressed with the process of moving and looking at all the clothes I had. So I decided to try out this service and the process was really easy. I love dropMint!! I've been using this for while now and they just released their app a week ago. The app makes everything so much easier! Just a few clicks away and my clothes are on their way to the cleaners ! Being a full time student and working 30+ hours a week I barely have time to do my laundry. This is my 9th time ordering from DropMint and this review is very overdue, after researching other Wash and folds in san diego i found these guys to be the cheapest and the fastest. They deliver my clothes same day at a rate that other services take 2-3 days with. I love the convenience of their mobile app i make 5 clicks and poof my laundry is done.They have never let me down when it comes to being on time or the quality of my wash n fold i even have a new born and they use a separate detergent just for her clothing, this service couldn't get any better its impossible! When we were remodeling our home, we had no laundry facilities for quite a while. I was able to find drop mint laundry service and they were so convenient to use. We just loaded up the personalized laundry bag they prepared for us and left it on the front porch and the next day or so our laundry came back beautiful. It is the best service to use when you cannot do your own laundry. And I appreciate so much having a company that was able to take care of all our laundry needs during this time. Recently moved into a new apartment with no washer and dryer. Im a student and work full time and don't have the free time to spend hours each week at the laundromat. DropMint has been an absolute dream. I just leave my clothes by my gate and they always pick up/drop off on time. I moved into a new complex over a year ago. It's an older building and has a very old one washer and one dryer. I did not want to haul my items to a laundry mat especially in the middle of Covid so I started to look into other options. I found DropMint. Not only do they pick up and drop off to your house but they're pricing is very reasonable. I figure I cut out less than two bought coffees a week and my laundry is paid for. Have your clothes washed, dried, and fold then delivered right to your door, I don't know what more you could ask for. I leave for work then come home present of clean and folded at my door step. And the cherry on top is when I need it they provide me with same day dry cleaning delivered fresh to my door too, seriously the greatest thing. This is the first time I've used a laundry service and I could not be happier. After coming down with a long illness, I was stressed about all the work and household chores I had to catch up on.
