The app sucks. It freezes every time you try to log in or create a new account. Several other people have left reviews to the developer in the last couple of years to still no fix. As far back as 7 years ago and still no fix? Customer support just asks you to text them to request service instead of using the app. They offer $50 credit for every good review on each platform and then the next subsequent services don't actually take into account the "credit" that is supposed to be on your account. This business doesn't care about you. After unwavering loyalty for 2 years, I can't throw this company far enough away from me. I've had countless shirts damaged by stains and torn by their pressing machines. I was more than understanding and patient with the damages. When I was finally able to speak to the manager (an impossible task to reach them) he pretended to listen, told me he would research and get back to me, and then ghosted me. Several messages and emails were never returned. He decided it was better to lose a customer than fix the issue with his staff damaging clothing. PS, the reason they have so many 5 star reviews??
