This business doesn't care about you. After unwavering loyalty for 2 years, I can't throw this company far enough away from me. I've had countless shirts damaged by stains and torn by their pressing machines. I was more than understanding and patient with the damages. When I was finally able to speak to the manager (an impossible task to reach them) he pretended to listen, told me he would research and get back to me, and then ghosted me. Several messages and emails were never returned. He decided it was better to lose a customer than fix the issue with his staff damaging clothing. PS, the reason they have so many 5 star reviews?? YES, this is a real company - I installed the app, left my bag out, and two days later all of my clothes came back clean and neatly folded! It took a day to set up, so if you order pickup for the same day when you install the app, it might take one more day for them to pick up the stuff, but other than that everything was smooth and easy as can be! I used Dropmint for the first time this week and I was VERY impressed with the service and the quality of the work. After placing my order, I was called to verify that I did, in fact, want my laundry picked up that day (I placed the order for the same day as I desired pickup). I love this added touch! Then, the pickup driver was running a bit early, so he called to ask if it would be OK if he picked up my order earlier. I had everything ready, so I was fine with this. My laundry was picked up quickly and easily. The next day, when it was time for delivery, it was pouring rain. As this was my first time using the service, I was a bit nervous as to what would happen with my clean laundry. I texted the service using the number provided and was provided with an estimated time of arrival for my driver, so that I could meet him at the door and my laundry wouldn't get wet. Then, the driver called me to let me know that he was 5 minutes out! Once he arrived, I met him at the door, grabbed my laundry and opened it. I was happy to find out that the laundry was in a plastic bag inside of the reusable laundry bag, so it was well protected from the rain and would have been just fine! I haven't mentioned this yet, but I submitted a TON of laundry - over 50 POUNDS worth! The clothes were really well folded and organized (for the most part) by type of garment. I used this service for the first time on Thursday. The pick up and drop off was smooth, they even picked it up early! However their pricing is a no no. I weighed my clothes before I gave them to the worker and they weighed a little over 35 pounds well imagine my shock when I received my receipt and they said my clothes weighed 62 lbs for a total charge of $136. I was absolutely appalled at the price, I paid it but I will never use them again because I don't understand how they are weighing the clothes read more
