Drop mint has great customer service let's you know if something can't be done but because of them I have a T shirt with an oil stain they did their best to remove it I was really surprised. The drivers are very respectful If your laundry is not outside for pickup they'll call you to make sure everything is ok. And nothing is never missing once it's dropped off. This is a great service, especially if you regularly get clothes dry cleaned. The prices are comparable to regular places but the doorstep pickup and next day delivery is a huge benefit. The regular wash and fold service is also good. Drivers are communicative and customer service is really responsive.
