Used for the first time when I needed to do a ton of linens and was super short on time. Everything went perfectly and was able to put my laundry out on the doorstep at night and it came back 2 days later washed, folded, bagged and ready to go. Will definitely use again! And they do dry cleaning which was super helpful!! I thought the price was fair for the door to door service! read more

Inconsistent with folding quality. In the beginning my clothes came back folded perfectly but lately its not like that anymore as if it was rushed. Also the pickup and drop off times are so whack lately. Either they come super late at night close to midnight or they ask you to have your laundry ready for pickup in the morning. I've switched to a different laundry service. Bye dropmint. read more

Great service -- fast and reliable. I 100% recommend them. The communication was also excellent. Thank you

Super easy and great service! They did an amazing job on my first delivery! I will definitely be using DropMint again!

I am beyond pleased with DropMint's laundry service. I moved to Temecula recently. I work a 9-5 and all the cleaners in my area are closed on weekends. I had an AllSaints dress with a 2-year-old stain I wasn't able to get out. DropMint delivered the laundry to our doorstep just 2 days later in perfect condition. Even though the item was stained, they didn't charge extra! Their estimate is extremely accurate, and I couldn't ask for better service. I don't normally leave reviews but I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs dry cleaning done! read more

YES, this is a real company - I installed the app, left my bag out, and two days later all of my clothes came back clean and neatly folded! It took a day to set up, so if you order pickup for the same day when you install the app, it might take one more day for them to pick up the stuff, but other than that everything was smooth and easy as can be! Will be using this for all of my laundry from now on - what a time saver! read more

Service was always prompt and the drivers were extremely kind and communicative. My clothes always came back smelling fresh!

I've been using Drop Mint whenever I get so busy and laundry piles up. they've been a life saver in their fast pick up and delivery, they provide few different options for detergent which works great for sensitive skin and allergies. I love their door to door service and I usually get my laundry the very next day regardless of the amount of laundry I dropped off. My laundry comes back very clean, folded and organized nicely. They also offer dry Cleaning. I get fair value for my money. highly recommend. read more

I was extremely sick for a week and didn't have the energy to do anything, especially laundry, which had piled up high. This company delivered exceptional service from start to finish. My clothes came back folded so neatly and beautifully--truly the best I've ever seen. Their fast pickup and next-day delivery were a lifesaver. I also spoke with the owner, who provided outstanding customer service and made the whole experience even better. I'm looking forward to using their service monthly to save time and keep my laundry handled at the highest standard read more

I've been a Dropmint customer for quite a few years and have never had an issue with their service. While pickup and drop off times vary in the time window , they have consistently done a great job with my clothes. Some may balk at the cost, but the amount of time it saves me from using a shared laundry at my apartment or using a laundromat is worth its weight in gold! read more

LITERAL LIFESAVER! I've left a review before and I will do it again!! Fast, friendly, and folded better than I ever could! 10/10, would let them do my laundry forever ~ read more

I used Dropmint for the first time this week and I was VERY impressed with the service and the quality of the work. After placing my order, I was called to verify that I did, in fact, want my laundry picked up that day (I placed the order for the same day as I desired pickup). I love this added touch! Then, the pickup driver was running a bit early, so he called to ask if it would be OK if he picked up my order earlier. I had everything ready, so I was fine with this. My laundry was picked up quickly and easily. The next day, when it was time for delivery, it was pouring rain. As this was my first time using the service, I was a bit nervous as to what would happen with my clean laundry. I texted the service using the number provided and was provided with an estimated time of arrival for my driver, so that I could meet him at the door and my laundry wouldn't get wet. Then, the driver called me to let me know that he was 5 minutes out! Once he arrived, I met him at the door, grabbed my laundry and opened it. I was happy to find out that the laundry was in a plastic bag inside of the reusable laundry bag, so it was well protected from the rain and would have been just fine! I haven't mentioned this yet, but I submitted a TON of laundry - over 50 POUNDS worth! The clothes were really well folded and organized (for the most part) by type of garment. I am SO impressed and wish I would have started this sooner! I've signed up for weekly service and wholeheartedly recommend Dropmint! read more

Dropmint was super easy to use and did a great job. I needed my comforters cleaned because they are too large for my washer and dryer. It was affordable compared to dry cleaning. Also, I loved the simplicity of having door service! They got to me even on the 3rd floor of my condo complex! Highly recommend. read more

I happened to see the DropMint delivery vehicle in my complex a few times and didn't really pay too much mind to it. Then one day I really read the car graphic and saw it was a laundry service. My apartments don't have the best onsite facility, and I just really wasn't loving having to wait so long to do laundry on my own. I decided to look into them and give them a try. BEST. DECISION. EVER. The next day drop off and the wash n fold option was a game changer for my laundry routine! I not only use them for my personal laundry but also for my facial & waxing business! I love having such a reliable and reasonable service. It's really worth every penny and love to tel people about it. It's my little boujee splurge but it allows my days off to truly be just that, DAYS OFF. No work, no laundry and it gives so much peace of mind! As a business owner I'm already doing a million other things, laundry should have to be one of them. So grateful for this and HIGHLY recommend to anyone especially my other esthetic/ LMT businesses! read more

Quick, easy and convenient! I have a new baby and it can be so hard to keep up with laundry but I was able to request a pick up, have a months worth of laundry done, and get my clothes back neatly folded and ready to be put away within 48 hours. It was genuinely a great experience and one I will gladly pay for again! I definitely feel like I got my money's worth! read more

Very fast. Responsive. All folded and clean. Super convenient. Timely and prompt. Everything I could hope for in a laundry service. I will not only use them in the future, but will recommend them to friends and family. It's definitely worth the money to have that bag come back with everything folded neatly smelling super clean. read more

Fantastic service! Quick drop-off and pickup, and my clothes came back fresh and neatly folded. Highly recommend!

As two busy professionals, my partner and I rarely find time to keep up with laundry during the week, so we were excited to try DropMint after a friend recommended it. They make everything incredibly convenient--picking up our laundry right from our door and bringing it back the next day, perfectly washed, dried, and folded. It's honestly been such a life (and time) saver! We just decided to go for their weekly service because it's been such a huge help. The pricing is fair, and it's super easy to add a tip for the person handling your order. Highly recommend DropMint to anyone looking for a simple, reliable laundry service. We're definitely fans! read more

I used this service for the first time on Thursday. The pick up and drop off was smooth, they even picked it up early! However their pricing is a no no. I weighed my clothes before I gave them to the worker and they weighed a little over 35 pounds well imagine my shock when I received my receipt and they said my clothes weighed 62 lbs for a total charge of $136. I was absolutely appalled at the price, I paid it but I will never use them again because I don't understand how they are weighing the clothes read more

Best on demand laundry out there - I would give it 10 stars if I could! Use them all the time and very happy with them

DropMint is my favorite delivery service, they are always helpful and on time. Thanks

As a long time New Yorker, I missed traditional Wash'n'Fold pick up and delivery services. My complex has one washer and dryer shared across 10 residents, and takes more quarters than anyone should ever need to have on hand. I came across Dropmint and decided to try it out and I'm hooked - I have used it three times now and have decided to do the recurring pick up/drop offs! Quick, easy, clean perfectly folded clothes. For anyone with a busy schedule or just doesn't like laundry - use Dropmint! read more
