I've been using Dropmint since the pandemic since I had no washer and dryer and could not use the laundromat during that time, yet imperative as we thought , to fight germs and covid we had to launder clothing in hot water regularly. I've been a loyal Dropmint for over a year now for all my laundry needs; door-to-door service w/in 24hrs. It's been one issue after another. Ruined clothing, whites never "white enough," getting other people's clothing in my orders, always wrinkled, and now no-response for nearly 48hrs. I relied on Dropmint for ALL my laundry needs, and now I'm left scrambling for a new laundry service right before Christmas because they've gone MIA across all mediums, very unreliable. I dealt with all their BS and low-quality work just because there was a process in place, and they used to pick up on time, but then their hours to pick up got later and later, and their service slowly shifted downwards... Trust me, people when you pay this kind of money, there is much better service out there. read more

0 stars if I could. My second time using DropMint, one item wasn't returned. I reached out after my order was dropped off (during working hours) and received no response. I tried to contact them first thing the next morning with no response again. DropMint is not contact-friendly and apparently closed on the weekends. I was able to get in touch with the person who delivered my order, who then told me that they were aware of the missing item and that he's sorry - that's it. They already knew an item was missing, but I wasn't made aware. I'm still trying to get in contact! UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with John (the manager, I'm assuming). I had to reach out and follow up so many times before I was told they found it. (This is after John said he would contact me if they found it, which he never did.) There's also no sense of urgency when it comes to returning missing items; they said it'll be delivered within a few days. The attitude, lack of communication and poor customer service is ridiculously unacceptable. read more

I am very picky about my laundry. I had been searching for a place that could do larger items and also help me with wash n fold and dry cleaning. I heard about DropMint and they seemed too good to be true! I gave them a try and I don't know if I've ever been so impressed with the quality of service a company has provided. They washed my King comforter (in unscented soap, you have the choice). Then they did some wash and fold too when I just had so much laundry I couldn't manage it. They have an app that is so easy to use and the laundry came back PERFECT! Since then I've used them several times. I just leave it outside in the big bags they provide and it comes the next day, unless it's a weekend. They did an amazing job on my dry cleaning too! I use DropMint every other week for laundry. I love the price, the 24 hour turnaround time, and the convenient app. I love getting my clothes back folded and organized! I also love the laundry bags they provide. They've been great about texting me when to expect a pickup or drop off, and have let me know immediately if they expect a delay (the only time was when I last minute asked for a pick-up towards the end of the day). My only complaint is that stain removal isn't great, particularly for my toddler's clothes, though I've never specifically requested stain removal. I usually just sort out anything with heavy stains.
