Stole $200.00 Gucci tube socks and left me a voicemail threatening to throw away thousands of dollars worth or clothes since I had an insane work schedule going on and never made it by closing to pick up my clothes. The mother and daughter that OWN this business are great but they hired on an older man as a manager and is extremely unprofessional and does not deserve to hold any sort of management title. When I didn't finally get the chance to stop by he had me waiting for over 10 minutes while he spoke to one of the employees. (There was no other customers in the shop for him to attend to.) I also had been coming to this shop exclusively for over 3 years before this incident and have not and will not be returning. DO NOT Take ANYTHING OF VALUE HERE. read more

We recently moved to the area and I couldn't find a dry cleaner and I came across this dry cleaner in village plaza right off of mission and it's nothing fancy but they do good work. I take my comforter to them all the time and they get it really clean and they put it into a very nice comforter bag. The employees are very nice. I think it's a daughter and her mother that own it. Although I've been using Bonsall Dry Cleaners for over 8 years with complete satisfaction, lately I've had two tailorings botched. The first was a linen dress to be hemmed. When I brought it in the young woman told me they don't do alterations from that location any more, but could do a simple hem. Since it was a basic hem, I figured it would be ok. I don't think they hemmed it. It happens sometimes. However a few weeks ago I brought in white sheer curtains to be hemmed. Instead of using tailors chalk for marking, someone used black permanent magic marker!! I used several different stain removers to try to get it out to no avail. The curtains are ruined. There are only two dry cleaners in Bonsall and the other one was closed on a Thursday morning. So I decided to check this place out and it's not bad actually. I'm use to going to Temecula to get my dry cleaning done. This is a mom and pop operation which is fine by me because I love mom and pops. This dry cleaner is close to the Z cafe which is in the river village plaza. It may be a little hard to find it's right cross from tequila mexican restaurant. So this place is nothing fancy but they get the job done. The owner is a lady who also has her daughter working there and they are both super nice and helpful. I been here twice and both times I was very happy with my clothes. I brought in two dress shirts to be cleaned and it only cost me 4 bucks which I thought was a great deal. I like their hours and the only day they are closed are Sundays. I will definitely continue to do business here because they are friendly have great hours and great prices. read more

Sent three items to be cleaned. They were supposed to call about one item. Two weeks go by. No response. Went over to move the project along. Retrieved two items as they did those items ok. Two items were great, reasonably priced, but the loss of time was disheartening. It will now be another week or two at another dry cleaners, as they weren't sure how to clean the third one. Don't think I can relax now taking important things to Bonsall. Just everyday stuff. When asked to clean this black & white cocktail jacket, they were apprehensive and had to ask another service about protocol. I consulted another dry cleaners. The dry cleaners in Carlsbad said they'd never heard of that problem with black and white fabric and it should be a no-brainer. Perhaps Bonsall just doesn't get enough city slickers...! lol. However they were very kind people. They just dropped the ball, didn't call, and didn't have expertise in-house to determine cleaning solution for cream color polyester lapels & bodice, with black sleeves and back. Can't afford to second guess my dry cleaner, who second guesses their work. Don't mean to be harsh. It's just the situation. read more
