My daughter picked it up. When she got home, we noticed there was a note about stains that couldn't be removed. I am absolutely certain that there were NO STAINS when I dropped it off, just minor dirt on the cuffs and neckline from wearing it. Upon inspection, it appeared that some sort of liquid was used on the jacket, which caused the red wool to bleed into the white embroidery. (See pictures.) Luckily, the damage was confined to 3 white letters, and not the rest of the embroidery, which is gold, black, and green. So, I was able to rescue the jacket with a little bit of bleach and a lot of patience. Unfortunately, my daughter already paid for the dry cleaning ($50!). Had I seen this before, I would have asked to speak to someone right away. We shouldn't have to pay so much for something that was badly damaged by the business. 1 star for the "dry cleaning" - Would not recommend! 5 stars for the patchwork

Three months ago we purchased a large flag to fly on our property. It was beautiful, unfortunately a nearby tree branch was trimmed leaving a sharp branch. Within a day the flag had a large cut on it getting, larger with each wave. Thinking the American flag might be ruined we took it to Manor Cleaners, who also has a wonderful seamstress. The owner Paul, who has the great ability to remember you by name, wasn't even phased by the cut on the flag. He offered me two options for repair. Paul gave me a quick pick up date and when I asked how much the repair would be he said, "We don't charge to fix American flags!" Wow, I was blown away... Well, the flag is flying high again, you can't even tell where It was repaired. Manor Cleaners, if I could give them 10 stars I would!

The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. Would still recommend as service was completely to our satisfaction.

On my visit to drop off garments, I provided very clear and specific instructions concerning the starching and creasing preferences for my items. I explicitly requested light starch and indicated that creases should only be applied to the sleeves and trousers, with a particular emphasis on *avoiding* military creases on the front of the blouses. To my considerable dismay, upon collecting my items four days later, it was immediately apparent that these instructions had been entirely disregarded. Not only were my specific requests not met, but the service provided was, in fact, the exact opposite of what I had carefully stipulated. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of your staff at pickup, I was met with explanations that did not adequately address the failure to follow instructions, even after I highlighted that my precise requirements were documented on the service tag your own team had created. This oversight meant that I left your premises with garments that were unusable as presented. As a direct result, I was compelled to return home and personally re-wash and re-iron the items myself to achieve the desired look and feel. The quality of my own efforts, I must add, significantly surpassed the 'professional' service for which I had paid. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of both my time and money. It is clear that the level of attention to detail and customer instruction adherence falls far below an acceptable standard. Consequently, I will no longer be utilizing your services.
