When I came back I noticed one of the items was upside down, to no fault as they're not familiar with the emblem, and the seamstress was able to fix it on the spot! They were very helpful and apologetic, which was no issue really, and was nice on every occasion. Their shop is clean, and my daughter noticed that they had Cinderella stickers and the nice all over the floor boards which gave it a nice touch, and they offered my daughter candy! I have been satisfied with the quality of their work. $18 for a pair of jeans hems up. It may sound pricey, but I get my jeans on sale and spend some extra for having them fit me for my go-to favorite jeans. They close at 5:00 on weekdays, so it's a bit tough to pick up after work, but they are open on Saturdays till 2:00, so that's when I go pick up.

When I picked up the pants, the stain was gone but now there was a faded big spot in it and it looked like the area was thinner due to the chemicals used. When I spoke with the husband to try to explain our concern, he said it was worn out from sitting. The pants are not that old and the spot is NOT where the buttox hits to sit down. He started LAUGHING and said it was funny. I told him this is not a laughing matter. These are expensive men's linen pants. He said he was done talking about and walked away. This was very disrespectful and no way to deal with customers. Spring the wife was no help shaking her head and her voice was raised. I told her I was just the messenger and to not raise voices. The men's pants are ruined and they deny any responsibility. Beware of this place. I've referred friends to them and they have not been happy with the alterations either and will not come back. I should have listened to them.
