This place is great! Wish I would've found them sooner. I have so many pants I wasn't wearing regularly because they were too long. You can go elsewhere, pay the same thing and not risk the chance of being gaslit (it was the week before my wedding when I was going to pick up my dress). It is such a long story and I honestly don't want to relive it through this review. They made an honest mistake but instantly blamed the fabric and said it was cheap. They left me with no resolution and refused to reimburse me for the damage they made. They raised their voice at me an accused me of "making them work for free", after I had already paid for the entire service but was hoping for some kind of restitution for having to replace the damaged item. read more

They were so fast with the alterations and so accurate with the measurements. They were super helpful with giving input for what would look best and how to make the dress fit perfectly.
