This was one of the worst experience I have experienced the lady that was supposedly cleaning the machines which were horribly dirty with old soap stuck on them and softener and it smelled like sewer and one of the machines was full of dog hairs this lady was super rude and told me not to come back just because I had left my basket in the cart mind you there was no one in need of one there was plenty of them around and I wasn't the only one that did that I don't know why she chose me to pick on I had already told ok sorry and she just kept going about it and told me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else there was no need for that if I wasn't being rude to her such a horrible experience and I really do not recommend this place. read more

Wow, brand new I believe, clean, although some machines had out of order signs, they appear to be in better condition than the other two laundromats nearby. An area for kids to play, comfy clean chairs to sit on and a restroom where you can also use the sink for laundry purposes (the one down the street bathroom is always locked or out of order, machines are mostly inoperable and it's kinda rundown & dirty w/a few sketchy bums & riff-raff's loitering. This place is fine but two times I've came here and some straight trash has left their laundry in the washer and took off for hours so while I'm standing waiting for a washer I get to stare at your clothes sitting in the washer for two hours after they are done. The only thing keeping me from throwing your clothes on the floor is the thought that you might be a struggling single mom or elderly person. But really when I do my clothes I sit here the whole time and make sure I think about the person behind me. You are a mindless self centered douche if you do this. It's not acceptable at all and hopefully somebody explains this to you in person so you have the epiphany that would lead you to thinking about others. read more

Hi. The machines don't always respond to Dex Pay app. I had to unload twice. So dang frustrating.

I don't think it's a "Jenny's" anymore and it's a ripoff now. After being with your card it demands more money to start your load. It declines your card but charges you multiple times for a wash you didn't get. There's no sink or bathroom and never anybody here to help you with issues with the machines. This place steals your money. There's also never enough wash machines and they are very expensive. $5-7 each. The dryers suck and never dry all the way. Never coming back. read more

The man on the phone when I called named Rick or Dick or something like that was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was calling to ask a few simple questions because I was a new customer and was unsure of how I can acquire a physical laundry card. Spoke to me like I was stupid and had an attitude the whole time. If you're going to run a business please learn how to speak to others and learn to have basic customer service skills. My go-to laundromat although it's a drive away. It's drawbacks are that it is small, doesn't offer a restroom or wifi which are useful while waiting. Seating is also limited. But it is a very clean facility. The washers and dryers work well and you can pay using a debit card. read more

10 stars!!! Super clean and the best part is that I used my debit card on the washing machines and dryers...no scrounging for quarters or lugging pockets of change. Today as of many occasions, i pulled my clothes out of the washer to find all of my clothes with soap still on them. As in i can literally see soap undissolved everywhere. Plus nasty stuff in places that im not gonna write about. I had to use the sink to rise out the worst of it and it came out within less than a min. How can a sink get soap out but these washing machines can't? I haven't written about my previous issues because "rick" would start the washing machine over for me if this issue occurred. Last time i washed my clothes here, one load of laundry took not one, not two, but three times total. "Rick" literally had to start the washer over twice after i already payed for it one just to get them done right. Now that i occurred this issue again "rick" stated "its the operators issue not the machine." I "should" of spent more money on a bigger machine or i used to much soap. I push a button, but its "my" fault that the clothes aren't being properly washed. Places like these have these types of issues constantly, the least a owner can do is make sure consumers are getting what they payed for. Like any of us that use these types of places, want to sit here longer then we have to. Like i seriously want to pull out dirty clothes, and want to sit here for multiple washing sessions just to have one load of laundry properly clean. All this inconsiderate owner had to do was restart the frickin rinse laundry cycle, and he refused to do anything at all. It's NOTHING to him, but it is something to me. Obviously people that use this business need help or we would have the tools to do this in our own home. What could i possibly gain by needing my clothes to be rinsed out because they are STILL dirty? Wasting unnecessary time and energy is the only thing im gaining here. I've been going to Jenny's laundry for over a year this is the first time that I had a washer overflow on me and I called the owner he was out of town this is at 3 p.m. and my clothes were locked in the machine until 9 p.m. which I had to move them to be rewashed because they were soaking wet. I called to ask if I needed to pay to have them ready washed since I had to wait until 9 p.m. to get to my clothes and the owner said yeah, it was too much soap so another $10 to rewash two loads of clothes that were soaking wet because the washers didn't work correctly. Bad business since I have NEVER put too much soap for any loads I've done. read more

Its a nice laundromat. I used 5 machines and all worked, the machines also take cards which was nice. It was a bit expensive though. The washing machines are like 3.75 for a "2 load" and 4.75 for the "4 load" one but it didn't even fit all my towels inside of it. I probably won't come back because it ended up being like $15 when i was done and i think that is just a bit too expensive for a laundromat. read more

The machines are much more expensive than other places around. I was hoping that since the dryers were new they would completley dry my clothes with less money but I ended up paying about 1.50 per load to dry...the other laundry matt costs about .75 to completley dry my clothes. Even after 1.50 they still weren't dry. This place also needs more seating. I stood up pushing my baby's stroller the entire hour and a half I was there. I do appreciate that the place was clean and most of the machines worked. I just wish the 2 load machines weren't $3.75 compaired to $2.75 at the other laundry matt. And at least I would have had a place to sit there. Its not a bad place if you want to pay upwards of $16 to do only 3 loads. read more

This is actually a comfortable place to come. I really did not want to go to a laundromat but since my washer took over two weeks to be repaired, my daughter-in-law and I had to find a decent place to do laundry. This is that - safe, clean, well-lit, good machines and even two change machines. My only slight issue was that there was no owner or manager on site, which if fine, until there's a problem. One patron lost money to a dryer that wouldn't turn on but he was able to leave a message on a posted phone number. I just don't know if he was reimbursed later. I would definitely use Jenny's Laundromat again should the need arise. In fact, this is the only laundromat in this area that I would use. read more

They rip people off I sent $55 they're drying clothes first it was 35 and then they turn the dryers at to a higher Heat and then my clothes finally dried after an hour and a half of spending $35 it's absolutely ridiculous what they did and I told the guy are you going to return my money cuz your dryers were so low and they kept shutting off on me after I put $35 in for an hour and a half and is all the dryers come to him with shutting off shutting off shutting off it was absolutely ridiculous and then you turn the heat up and my clothes were dry I will never go here again is all they did was Rob me I do not suggest this place at all read more

I have used this laundromat frequently fir a while now. The dryers aren't great but the washing machines work well. However, today, I put $15 in the coin machine and received $14 in change. I immediately called the owner, who took plenty of time to get there. He walked in, took a dollar out, ran it through, then went in the back. I assumed it was to watch the camera. Cool. Then he'd see I was being truthful. He walked right past me, out the door, and left without saying ANYTHING to me. I called him and he said he verified the machine, I don't know how, and that was it. REALLY? !!! He didn't even say anything to me. I will not ever use his laundromat again. I will go to the nicer machines in Calimesa that do not allow the homeless to chill in there. I will also be filing a complaint with the city on Monday. My money is my money. Had to put one star to post. read more
