It is ran down, dirty and some of the stuff looks like it has not been updated. It gets the work done and I think that's how to the owners see it. UPDATE: I stand corrected, there's another laundromat on Ave D, but it too also looks neglected & rundown. Having just moved back to the area, not having a chance to getting a washer/dryer, we find extreme limited choices in Laundromats out here. Go figure, a vast majority of people that don't own homes, live in apartments, renting houses or mobile homes. With that said, there's a ton of people that do not have washers and dryers, so I don't understand why there are only two (one laundromat on the Blvd is on hiatus, it's closed indefinitely, but some days the owner will open it for a few days and then close for awhile). Anywho.... So Jenny's Laundry by the 99c store is the best bet, however it also gets swamped with everyone in the city doing laundry and so here's the only other choice, which is where my review comes in place...finally! Yeah, wasn't our first choice and I'm hoping we don't have to go to this one. It's completely outdated, filthy and the cornucopia of folks that frequent....ewwwwww. The mini strip mall it's in has long since gone downhill many many years now, even before the market closed. It smells like a joint, there were hardly any carts there to put your clothes in, signs posted looked like a small children wrote them, I didn't really get what message was about, vending machine looked like it came from a detention center or jail, list goes on -just icky being there and I've been to many crappy laundromats allover, this ones bit above the septic tank. Only thing good, machines did work, though my husband had to keep nudging them to go after inserting quarters. Yea, if you don't mind the DMV appeal of atmosphere, knock yourself it. I think I'll search for a decent one in Redlands, until we get appliances. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. It's so expensive here . They don't take card and their coin machine doesn't work . I had to go to the bank to get coins . Plus one load that fits nothing was $9.00. Then mid cycle of washing and drying the electricity went out so I had to take all my wet clothes out and find another laundromat . I get there not their fault and that's not why I give it zero stars . I give it zero starts cause they are sooo expensive . The machines are old and half don't work . Most are missing buttons and you don't even know what you are choosing . The laundromat is dirty and worn down. It's just gross. I spent over $50 for nothing cause I had to go to another laundry to wash my clothes . Their dryers are $.25 for 3 min , . 3 min , really ?! Yeah no thanks , Wont go back read more

Decrepit, dilapidated, garbage. The washing machines work, but cost way too much, the dryers sometimes work kind of okay, but not really, and again way too expensive. But i could look past all of that if the dude who runs the place wasnt such a fucking asshole. He doesn't even try to be pleasant, it doesn't matter the time of day you go in or how you talk to him, if you need anything from him he hates you. He has a cool policy of "last in at 9", which you think means "after 9 no one can come and start a load" but it actually means that if youre washing your clothes (after starting around 8:45ish) and step out to take a smoke, hell lock the doors behind you and leave your wet clothes sitting in the middle of the room. Were all your work clothes in there? Yeah? Cool see you tomorrow at 630am. Theres a massive hole in the ceiling and there are frequently bats trapped inside the building, flying around while you do laundry. The only thing i feel bad for about the guy is that he has to deal with the tweaker conferences outside on a probably daily basis, but besides that everything else is just running a fucking laundromat, if you dont want to run one fucking sell it, or continue to give shit service to people who rely on your business and teach them, like you taught me, to go literally anywhere else. Been coming here for a few years. This place has lots of washers/dryers. The owner opens up early and allows the last wash up until 9pm, to be able to close on time at 10pm. He owns and runs the business himself, he is very punctual and a hard worker. One of the machines didn't give me my change one time about a year ago. I called the number on the wall, left a voicemail, And he came within 10 mins to give me my correct change. Overall, I cannot complain. The place is an older business. This place is nasty..... Dirty....... machines are not in operational condition.. Looks like the owner has given up on maintaining the machines and facilities. O don't try to use a $20.00 in the coin machine owner will yell at you and kick you and your laundry out. Kept yelling at me saying I was not a customer and coin machine was customer only. And because I chose not to tell him where my laundry was...... I was not a customer and I was stealing his coins.. read more

Went to this laundromat and the ceiling is stained the floors need work and the machine pulled the drawer to put soap in and they are dirty. Don't recommend. They only care about the money and the son did nothing. read more
