To run the laundry machines, you will need to obtain a card from a machine there and load it with money. I loaded the card with money from my credit card but it looked to have a cash acceptance slot in the machine. Once your card is loaded with money, this will be used to start the washer and dryer sessions.

It was a Saturday morning and he quoted me the next Thursday. I asked if there was any way I could get my stuff earlier as I had to work on Tuesday. Tuesday came and I showed up at 2:30pm, I figured I would take a chance that my stuff might be ready since it was only 30 minutes before my pick up time. I walked in and smiled and barely got a grunt of acknowledgment from the same super friendly guy I encountered on Saturday. I started to slide my pick up ticket to him and as he looked down at it he stopped me in mid slide with his stellar attitude basically scolding me saying "I told you this wouldn't be ready until 4:30, come back then." I knew he said 3:00pm because 4:30 was cutting it too close to when I had to leave for work and I would have brought my stuff elsewhere. I told him he had told me 3 and before I could say anything else he cut me off saying "4:30!!!". I told him I would be back at 4 because he originally said 3 and 4:30 was too late. Again another grunt. I took it as him agreeing with what I was saying and I left. I had other things to do to get ready for work(plus I really didn't want to go back and deal with this guy) so luckily my hubby was home and was able to run at 4 to get my stuff. When he got home the first thing he said was "We are never going back to that place, what is that guy's deal?" He had some other choice things to say that would be better left untyped, but lets just say its safe to assume he was just as rude to my hubby as he was to me. Honestly I am super close to driving out to Rancho even though it is far away. At least I know I would get amazing and reliable service.
