I recently purchased a gate control keypad from United to control a new access gate I was having constructed. When the company I hired to build and install the gate attempted to program the keypad, there was an internal malfunction that prevented it from functioning as designed. I returned to United and explained the problem to the friendly woman at the front counter. She took the defective keypad into a back room to have the owner, Jonathan examine it. She soon returned and said they would not repair or replace it as more than 10 days had passed since it was sold. I told her I would like to speak with the owner about this knowing that this person was not the decision maker. She went to get Jonathan and came back and said he wouldn't speak with me. So, I patiently waited until closing time, about 30 minutes or so while Jonathan was hiding in a back room. Jonathan was clearly avoiding contact with a customer who had in good faith purchased merchandise from him, but now needed their after-sale assistance. I ended up going to a competitor who rather than selling me a new keypad, took the defective one from United and quickly resolved the malfunction...at no charge to me. This is what United and Jonathan should have done in the first place. Two stars for the friendly and courteous front counter staffer who unfortunately was tasked with assisting a customer's problem while her boss hid in a back room earning zero stars.

I went on the date to pick it up and it wasn't ready. So I told her I would come back later that day to pick it up and she agreed. 30 mins before I was supposed to be there she text me and asked if I can come a few hours later. I then told her I would come back in two days because I am very very busy. She agreed. I came back September 2nd 2021 and I put on the dress and it was awful. She tightened the inside of my dress but not the outside it was all scrunched up on the lace on the outside. There were holes on the inside and the outside. I couldn't even get it to zip up anymore because it was so tight at my chest area and stomach. I had 3 inches of room before I dropped it off and I even lost 7 pounds since I had dropped it off. She was very sweet when we came in the first two times but the last time we came in to pick up the dress she was rude and unprofessional. My mom and maid of honor were in the other room talking about what was wrong with the dress and cindi pops her head out of the room that we were in and says "you know I can still hear you". I then took my dress to a different person which she then informed because that she wouldn't be able to fit it the proper way because of how messed up it was. Very rude and very unprofessional and should be put out of business with all these reviews she has. She has been in business for 10+ years and some how fucks up on every wedding dress she touches. I now have to buy a new dress for my wedding and my wedding is in 2 weeks. September 18th 2021.

I found this place in 2017 when I needed a dress pressed last minute. My husband was just getting…read morepromoted and I was also moving up at work and we both needed dry cleaning regularly so we loved the convenience of the location and the fact that everything was so quick. A few years later, I had a suit that I purchased and I adored it but I was very much too short. That's when Rosa came into play for us. She had me put my pants on so that she could fit them to my body properly and I fussed about it because I didn't feel comfortable changing due to my being overweight at the time but Rosa reassured me that she would need me to do this in order to do it the right way. So I did as she asked and two days later I had an absolutely gorgeous pants suit that fit me perfectly! And for so cheap! In 2019, I brought Rosa my wedding gown. I had paid $2,000 for this dress on sale and I was not about to let anyone but Rosa touch it! It had to be taken in, shortened, I wanted to add lace and I felt like I needed some sort of straps because I am slightly more than heavy chested. Rosa and I met multiple times and discussed how I wanted it to look and what I needed to purchase and she made my vision come to life! She also takes care of all of my husband's alterations. He likes his suits a particular fit and no one has made a pair of slacks cut that way until recently. He also has a long torso and a short inseam so finding slacks is a challenge to begin with. She always gives him exactly what he's looking for. Most recently, I ordered a dress that I needed for a Christmas party months in advance so that I would not have to worry last minute. Well I ordered a size xl and by the time November was here, I was a size medium. I brought it to Rosa and she told me that because it was a wrap dress I did not necessarily need to take it in. But she had me try it on, took two inches off of the waist on each side and then it was perfect! We have been through multiple owners at the cleaners and yet Rosa is still working here. We will stay here as long as she is here. You can find a good dry cleaning company anywhere. A good seamstress is rare these days. Especially one like Rosa!

Chandler responded immediately to my text and VM, gave me a very fair quote, and picked up the carpet the day after I told him it was available (after coordinating delivery times with me). They moved all the furniture carefully, removed the old, installed the new, measured very carefully to ensure it was straight and in the right place and were so helpful in their suggestions.
