My husband needed a patch for his military uniform and they messed it up and of course they promised they could do it and have it ready for the day he needed it. $20 to the trash for them to just mess it up. Do not recommend for military personnel. They dont know how to do the uniforms. And the man there even started arguing that he said it would take longer for it to be done right but never mentioned anything when we dropped it off. All he wanted was a simple belt adjustment and when picked up and brought home he went to try it on and they messed it up!!! It's melted! They obviously put in on some type of heat! We were in search of a new cleaners in this area. We decided to try this place as it is close to our home. The first time we went, I had two pairs of men's slacks, and three dress shirts. The man said it would be a 7 day turn around. What???!!! I figured since we had 5 pieces maybe that's why it was so long. They did a decent job cleaning the clothes, but it was over $38. It seemed a little pricey, but we didn't have a choice. The next time I only had a pair of slacks to drop off. They wanted six days! I asked if they could do it any sooner since it was only one pair of pants. They knocked off one day and said 5! I guess I'm just spoiled by my place in Rancho who did same day service or next day at the latest. I know next day is super fast, but really? a week? That is just ridiculous. Make sure to check you garments when leaving this cleaners. Twice now i have picked up shirts from here with stains on them that weren't there when dropped off. The last and final time was when i dropped a new dress shirt off to get pressed and received it with a large stain in the front. When i returned to show the shirt to them they accused me of lying to them. Poor customer service and poor quality. read more

I am very surprised by the reviews here as we have never had a bad experience. We have always had excellent results. I have a ton of dress clothes for work, my husband has uniforms that need special care, and I have my huge comforters done too (which are always placed in a nice plastic carrying bag). We have a lot of pets so there is always a ton of hair to deal with and they do an incredible job of making our clothes look new. Conveniently located and reasonably priced! read more

Not only was there still dog hair on the suit (so, it wasn't cleaned), they charged me exorbitantly because I needed it within 48 hours. It was $37 for two suits. This has long been my go to cleaners. No more. Recently I dropped of a suit and shirts for dry cleaning four days before it was needed for a promotional ceremony. I went to pick it up the day before the ceremony and was told the suit was not ready and was at the Banning Store. I went to the Banning store to find the employee sitting on her rump doing nothing. I was given a song and dance about a stolen meter being the culprit for the suit not being cleaned. I asked why phone calls were t made to customers informing them of the circumstances. I was told there were too many customers and she didn't have time. Really? You have time to be sitting in your arse doing nothing but can't inform people that you are unable to provide promised services? Whatever. Too many other choices to bother with this place. read more

If I could give this cleaners 0 stars I would. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone I brought my $129 pottery barn blanket in to be dry cleaned and it was completely destroyed. It was a fake fur blanket and so super soft, but now if looks and feels like sheeps wool. He did not dry clean like instructed, he threw it in the dryer. Not only that he was very sneaky and folded the blanket so that I would not notice that the blanket was destroyed. He told me to show him pictures of what the blanket should look like and I did and I even found it again on potter barn and he said,"oh, yeah it should not look like this. Today I went to pickup my uniform and the girl tells me the rack doesn't work so she can't get my clothes. After three phone calls to the owner she tells me if I push the rack it will move otherwise I have to wait thirty minutes till she gets there. I, the customer had to push the rack to make it work. The girl talked to the owner in Spanish thinking I didn't know what she was saying. Never coming back. Overpriced, the sign says same day service but never happens and the alterations are horrible. Came here because it's convenient but I'll drive to Banning from now on. I never posted a review for anything but this place is a nightmare. Stay away. read more

So I bought my husband 2 new Dickie work coats. He needed the 5 patches from his old jackets taken off and put on the new ones. He also wanted the button holes on his sleeve sewn shut. I took the first set of jackets in and was quoted $16.00 it's been a long time since I've had to do patches so I thought that seemed reasonable. I went in the following weekend to pick up the jacket and it was done so I left the 2nd set of jackets (exact same jacket and same exact patches as the first set) and was told to come back later in the week. When I got there to pick up my jacket they told me that it was now $47.00!! I was told that I was misquoted on the price the first time and I argued that I should've been told it was going to cost a lot more for the second jacket. The guy working the counter tells me that they charge $8.00 per patch and so I needed to cough up the $47.00 to get the jacket back. I told him there was no way! The jacket was only $35.00 no way was I paying $47.00 in patches. So my husband went in there during the weekend and told them we needed the jacket and patches back. He told them they could rip them off but he wanted his stuff back. He also told them that if it was going to cost more on the second jacket we should've been told. After much arguing they finally let us have the jacket for $16.00 So we get out to the car and look at the jacket. NONE of the patches were straight. It seriously looked like they were sewn on by a child or a drunk person and the button holes weren't sewn shut either. We didn't bother taking it back in but took them to Beaumont Cleaners where the guy there was super nice and charged $24.00 for patches. I am so not impressed with Palm Cleaners. This was the 2nd time we've used them, the first was to dry clean some clothes and I thought it was expensive then. They're overpriced and the fact that they tried to charge us way more for something and then not tell us til after the fact seems pretty shady. read more

So my mom takes in a twin blanket to get the cat hair removed from it. The owner says that he will need to use a "special machine" to get the hair out. Gouged for 32.10. Have been here several times. They are way pricey. Anyway. I took one of my drapes in to clean. I pick it up and get it home. The metal hangers are missing. Drive back to the place and they are in a drawer. Go back home and open the drapes up. Two of the pleats are ripped open and I'm missing 2 of the hooks these idiots lost. So dude denies it and says it was perfect when he gave them to me. Uh huh. How is that when my hooks are in his drawer. So then he takes the hooks out again and tells me they are in the wrong place. Ok. So I offer to bring in my other drapes that is the same and show him. No. He doesn't wanna see he's wrong. So now I gotta wait to have them fix this. Another 2 days with sun beaming in on my window. This place is a joke and the dude that owns it just argues and denies anything.
