I was looking for a cleaner nearby so I could drop off my work pants. Went on Yelp and found Citrus Cleaners. Based on the reviews, I decided to check them out. They are located at a small shopping center on Citrus, next to the 7-Eleven. I arrived and was welcomed by the owner, Michelle. I asked how much they charge for dry cleaning pants. The price was very reasonable in my opinion, so I decided to leave it with her. There was a small problem that arises, but Michelle was outstanding in handling the issue and it was resolved. That is great customer service in my opinion, especially coming from the owner. Waited the weekend and on Saturday, I picked up my pants. As a kind gesture, and gave me a lint removal roller. My overall experience was great, the customer service I received from Michelle to correct the situation was outstanding and they did a great job on cleaning my pants. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Citrus Cleaners if you are looking for a good cleaner and having reasonable prices. I definitely will return and Thank You Michelle. read more

I had a dress hemmed for a wedding on 5/24 that I am in and came Saturday at 2:30 to pick up and the business was closed!! I work every day and this was the first day I could come to pick it up. The cleaners decided to deconstruct the cuffs on 2 of my blazers., and after bringing it to their attention, they attended to resew them but ultimately ruining them. In that same order, my white blazer was switched and they insisted it was mine. I'm extremely disappointed, I thought I had found a great cleaners. This local, family-owned business does a great job at cleaning my clothes and having them ready by the agreed upon date. Discounts are offered for large "orders" of over $100--I don't think you will coupons. It's convenient for nearby customers and it's on the way to/from work office. I stop by before work because their receipt states they open at 7 the following day, they where not open and couldn't be late to work and wait the extra 30 minutes. We are new to the area and Yucaipa is our home town, but the cleaners that were recommended to me (Steamers) are way too expensive. We ventured out 10 minutes to Redlands and found this gem. Super friendly staff and does a great job! The prices are way more inline with our budget and what we were accustomed to paying in LA. I have been coming here for years, and when the old owner sold about a year or so I stayed because they are conveniently close. They have done a good job up until last month when I picked up my dry cleaning and realized how bad the color was off and a pair of my good shorts ripped. I returned them to the store to look at them and re-due the shirt and figure out what happen to my shorts. The shorts had a burn spot(chemical) above the tear. A week later I received the clothes in the same condition as the first time! After my wife and I complained the owner who has a store in Yucaipa called me to tell me my shirt was old and my shorts were like that when they got them! She also went on to tell me how she has been in business for 25 years in her (broken English) and that she does good work. Offered no refund nor did she even offer some compensation after she tried to sew the pocket that looks worse then the tear. I will never go back and some months spend up to $300! read more

They aren't terribly fast but she's always been great about expediting if I need her to and never charges me extra.
