Left two coats, one to be dry cleaned and upon their insistence one to have a fur coat repaired there instead of next door at a real alterations shop that I was planning to go to. They were a week late and did a sewing job that looked like a child had repaired it. They did not even complete the job and then the owner made excuses about not wanting to even do these types of repairs. I told him my intention was to have the alteration shop repair it but that his wife insisted they would do it for me. Terrible work and really bad customer service. I will not go back. read more

Plaza Cleaners - This is how they stitched a fur coat where the seam came apart. - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Redlands, California

Relocated to the area recently and I gave Plaza Cleaners a try. They did well with my dress shirts, and after a few visits, I decided to trust them with my suits. I came in and dropped off my suits with the younger employee that's here occasionally. Picked it up after the agreed upon day with the older gentleman, didn't bother to check (which was my mistake). The day I put the suit on, I saw what you see on the picture. Do NOT drop off your expensive clothes here! read more

Let me be very clear. Here are the facts that are the basis of my review. You can make your own conclusions. 1. If you don't want your nice clothes to be stapled (yes, stapled by an actual stapler with staples attaching a tiny piece of paper that indicates your name to your nice clothes), do not come to this business. 2. I don't know want my nice clothes to be stapled by my dry cleaners, so the first time this happened after I started coming to this store after moving here from out of town, I told the owner, very clearly, i dont want my clothes stapled by my dry cleaners, stop it or I'm leaving. 3. He then said to me, Don't worry about it, it will never again because I don't want to lose your business. I said ok, I'll take you on your word and will continue bring my clothes here based on you assurance. 4. Guess what? Your nice clothes will still get destroyed because of this guy lying to you. And guess what happens when you bring it up to him? He says sorry but he didn't do anything wrong even though you trusted him on his word, and he won't do anything do to make up for the nice clothes he has destroyed, AFTER he promised you please don't leave, it won't ever happen again, after your nice clothes are destroyed. So, I can only tell you, don't go here. Your nice clothes will be destroyed. My new dry cleaners? Soooo much better and better pricing. Let me know and I'd be happy to recommend my new dry cleaners in the Redlands, Loma Linda, San Bernardino, Yucaipa area. read more

I do not recommend bringing clothes you care about here. I dropped off my fiancés suits to be dry cleaned and received them back with some kind of sap on the them. Their prices aren't extremely expensive, but I would expect since it's a dry cleaner that I would receive my clothes back clean. read more

Dropped off an item to be ready for the weekend. Hours posted online say open saturdays, sign outside says open saturdays. Show up on a Saturday and they are closed. Beyond frustrated right now. Will definitely NOT be coming back. read more

I have never left a review online before, but I am so shocked at how my clothing came back that I am now. I sent in 3 blouses, 1 blazer, 1 dress, and 2 pairs of pants. Every single article came back wrinkled, with 1 pair of pants bunched up on the hanger. Picked up tonight for a conference I'm heading to in the morning. I am going to have to iron every single piece. I paid $64 dollars and I just can't believe they let the clothing leave the shop looking like this. read more

I was desperate to have a seriously wrinkled blouse ironed for Saturday night! My iron was not working. I went to Plaza Cleaners and was first told that Saturday was a drop off day only. After telling my story to the owner he kindly said he could help, took the blouse and made it look perfect! I don't live in Redlands, but next time I need dry cleaning, would go the distance to Plaza Cleaners without hesitation! Thank you to the owner of Plaza Cleaners! read more

My husband gets his work suits dry cleaning done here. They are always done with the utmost care. Friendly staff as well!

My wife and I have been coming to this cleaners for about 2 months now, we take our uniforms, every day, Monday-Friday, and have never been let down. Uniforms are cleaned and pressed with no issues. Plaza cleaners offers same day service and they have been able to save us a bunch of money by taking stains out of our shirts. The customer service has been great, Itzel always takes care of us and gets us in out without any issues. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reputable dry cleaner. read more

I just recently moved from Washington, DC, and it took me a while to find a dry cleaner that I could trust to do a good job. I found this place through yelp and decided to give this place a go. My clothes were extremely dirty and this place made them look brand new! They took the time to give my dress shirts an additional scrub to make sure they came out very clean and very white. Very nice people, very professional, and know how to do their jobs very well. Also very affordable prices. read more

Plaza Cleaners is extremely irresponsible. I dropped of a cover the owner told me yes they will be able to clean it and it will be ready with in four days. It was ready a day late which is fine. Went to go pick it up and it was lost!! No one could find it!! Apparently no one had a clue what it was. The only employee working at the time had her baby there trying to find our cover, on the phone with the owner trying to help us. The outcome was-Vivian the owner called us and found it at the bottom of the gray trash can and said they can't do anything to clean it. We told her they need to do a better job with there employees and letting there customers know what they can and can't do. Vivian yelled over the phone saying " DO YOU WANT TO COME AND WORK FOR ME!!!" I replied "Absolutely Not! Why would I be apart of an irresponsible business" So if you want to make a few trips and get lost items without having it cleaned, I highly recommend this horrible establishment. read more

This place is Terrific! I have enjoyed coming here for over a year and my clothes are Always done expertly and on-time! Casey and Staff are awesome, always friendly and always looking to lend an extra helping hand. I needed something finished for my wife and asked if they could get it done in an Hour---he said No Problem. It was Done--Awesome---and NO CHARGE...WHAT???? All he said is: You're a long-time customer, No Problem. Wow-very cool. Mind you, this was a while ago, I just now remembered to place a review! I really don't know what the other bad reviewers are talking about.... This place is terrific! read more

Worst place ever! Never go here unless you want to get your clothes ruined and slapped in the face. When i went for a pick up and i checked my suits for uncleaned spots since they left a pin (a mark to remind them to clean a dirty spot) and ironed it over last time. When i found this long stain or color fading which wasn't there before. I asked him what had happeded. He assumed i had the spots already there when i dropped it off and wanted to get free service or something. He insisted that it wasnt his fault and it was already there. I went over the clothes with him when i dropped off the suits. It wasnt there. He was mad at me when i was supposed to be mad at him for ruining my suit. After some time he offered free store credit. Hack no. I dont want to damage my other clothes. All i wanted was an apology. I even paid for the cleaning lest he may think that i did this to get free service. No. He did ruin my suit and he put it on me. He lost a customer and everyone that i can talk to. read more

Speedy and clean. Professional staff and options for when you'd like your clothes to be done. I dropped my clothes off close to 5pm probably even after 5pm and was able to pick up next day after 5pm. My clothes were ready and waiting as I arrived 5pm on the nose. read more

Excellent service every time I come here! Not to mention a wonderful cleaning job. I turned in two white coats, one with a black ink explosion in the front pocket and one with blue marker all over the back (how this happens I don't know). I've been coming to Plaza Cleaners for years. I've always had great service here from very professional and friendly staff. They've always had my clothes ready by their quoted time. -DrV read more

The service here was shotty at best. When I got my clothes back they weren't clean and they had to the nerve to charge me almost $ 9.00 for one uniform. Also each time I went to drop off my items there were kids playing around the equipment the young lady at the counter seemed uninterested. This "cleaners" resembeled at day care more than a dry cleaners read more

Worst cleaners ever, nothing but attitude and they shorted me $27.00 on my Groupon! Find anothet cleaners you'll be better off.

I would give this store no stars if I was able to. The man who I guess owns or runs the place is rude and disrespectful. I disagreed with a price and he came out speaking loud and cutting me off. I would never come back or recommend this place simply on the way he acted. read more

This PLACE IS THE WORST! Dropped off some slacks for a minor alteration. The manager gave me a quote. Went back 4 days later and the slacks were never started. I asked when will they be ready and the Nasty guy told me a few more days. I understood and asked to go ahead and pay for these now. He states that his quote was for Dry Cleaning not for the alteration he put on the Quote. These are brand new slacks and did not need dry cleaning just the minor alteration. He then proceeds to tell me it will another $125.00 And that he was not going to honor his quote. HE the Manager or the Owner not quite sure is not an honest Man . STAY CLEAR there are a lot of better Cleaners in the area. NO NEED TO BE RIPPED OFF!~!!!! read more

STILL WORST PLACE EVER; Dry cleaners ever. This place ruined my favorite luxurious wool coat I bought for 2008 Presidential Inauguration for Washington DC. They ruined the leather portion around the next into shreds. I was better off cleaning my coat myself, I took it to the Professional to do it right, and it got destroyed. Then the owner was rude stating its not his fault and that he did what the directions told him and nothing more. He still made me pay, I never been so upset. I hope this place closes down. read more

Wanted to offer compliments to the staff for their attention to my requests and courtesy. Occasionally I may have a stain on my shirt, trousers or suit coat. I bring it to the attention to the staff and they handle it professionally. In addition, they are open on Saturday until 3:00 p.m. and the staff person is as courtesy as KC and the team during the day. On occasion i needed some sewing (buttons, torn trouser or whatever) and they handle it promptly at a very competitive price. For what it is worth, I have tried various cleaners in Redlands and Plaza Cleaners is my only 'go to' place. High marks for these folks. tr read more

Amazing place!!!!! I have never been to a place where the employees treat you with such respect and get you want fast and perfect!!! If your looking for a dry cleaners ... go to plaza cleaners and they will do what you want whenever you need it . They're hours are so flexible for me that I have such a time consuming job... and that is not all ... they have a 24 hr drop off service .. so if you get off work late and you need to drop things off you just put it in the bag they give you and you can drop it off at what ever time you want at night ... no other cleaner does this in Redlands ... don't waste time with other cleaners just go to plaza cleaners. read more

I promised I would write a review and it woulda been 5 stars if I wasnt overcharged at the beginning. So I had a puppy jump up on an expensive bed set and just pee.. Omg right? So of course its dry clean only. I start looking around at prices and Plaza has it listed at 39.99 with no astrix(That's important because on their website it says that if it has one, prices are subject to change). Anyways, got ready to take it in a couple days (Im disabled now) and had the bright idea to check groupon.. and WOW!! There they are!! A groupon for a 40.00 value for 18.00!!!. So of course I get it and I used ebates on groupon to get more of a % back. If you wanna learn the ins and outs of how to maximize discounts, pls use my referral code to sign up for ebates and I'll be happy to explain it to you.. Copy & paste for ebates is ebates.com/r/ZDISNE?eeid=37142 (you get 25.00 from your first purchase) and for groupon its: https://www.groupon.com/visitor_referral/h/347483f6-21a2-47ce-abad-ad191309c38d. If you give me those Ill be happy to spend the time to share as much as I can with you, and Ive saved a lot!!.. Anywho.. ;) Im so happy with my deal and I drive down & see its in a newer shopping center, how great. Welcomed as soon as I walk in, guy took the bag, quickly rang up the return ticket, applied the groupon and we were on our way, till... ut ohh I see on the ticket it says I owe 7.95 when the groupon shoulda covered the whole thing. I go back in and explain it to him about his price on the internet, he just responds with "ok, I change it" gives me a new slip that says 39.99 and a 2.00 esc fee and he only valued the groupon at 39.99 when it still shoulda been 40.00, but I get that the state charge isnt their charges. So I got the new slip, I couldnt pick it up for 2 weeks, so I was a bit worried. When I got there, I opened it up and it looked great!!! Thank you so much!!! read more
