Left two coats, one to be dry cleaned and upon their insistence one to have a fur coat repaired there instead of next door at a real alterations shop that I was planning to go to. They were a week late and did a sewing job that looked like a child had repaired it. They did not even complete the job and then the owner made excuses about not wanting to even do these types of repairs. If you don't want your nice clothes to be stapled (yes, stapled by an actual stapler with staples attaching a tiny piece of paper that indicates your name to your nice clothes), do not come to this business. 2. I don't know want my nice clothes to be stapled by my dry cleaners, so the first time this happened after I started coming to this store after moving here from out of town, I told the owner, very clearly, i dont want my clothes stapled by my dry cleaners, stop it or I'm leaving. 3. He then said to me, Don't worry about it, it will never again because I don't want to lose your business. I said ok, I'll take you on your word and will continue bring my clothes here based on you assurance. 4. Guess what? Your nice clothes will still get destroyed because of this guy lying to you. And guess what happens when you bring it up to him? He says sorry but he didn't do anything wrong even though you trusted him on his word, and he won't do anything do to make up for the nice clothes he has destroyed, AFTER he promised you please don't leave, it won't ever happen again, after your nice clothes are destroyed. So, I can only tell you, don't go here. Your nice clothes will be destroyed. My new dry cleaners? Soooo much better and better pricing. I do not recommend bringing clothes you care about here. I dropped off my fiancés suits to be dry cleaned and received them back with some kind of sap on the them. Their prices aren't extremely expensive, but I would expect since it's a dry cleaner that I would receive my clothes back clean. read more

My wife and I have been coming to this cleaners for about 2 months now, we take our uniforms, every day, Monday-Friday, and have never been let down. Uniforms are cleaned and pressed with no issues. Plaza cleaners offers same day service and they have been able to save us a bunch of money by taking stains out of our shirts. Plaza Cleaners is extremely irresponsible. I dropped of a cover the owner told me yes they will be able to clean it and it will be ready with in four days. It was ready a day late which is fine. Went to go pick it up and it was lost!! No one could find it!! Apparently no one had a clue what it was. The only employee working at the time had her baby there trying to find our cover, on the phone with the owner trying to help us. The outcome was-Vivian the owner called us and found it at the bottom of the gray trash can and said they can't do anything to clean it. We told her they need to do a better job with there employees and letting there customers know what they can and can't do. Vivian yelled over the phone saying " DO YOU WANT TO COME AND WORK FOR ME!!!" I replied "Absolutely Not! Worst place ever! Never go here unless you want to get your clothes ruined and slapped in the face. When i went for a pick up and i checked my suits for uncleaned spots since they left a pin (a mark to remind them to clean a dirty spot) and ironed it over last time. When i found this long stain or color fading which wasn't there before. I asked him what had happeded. He assumed i had the spots already there when i dropped it off and wanted to get free service or something. He insisted that it wasnt his fault and it was already there. I went over the clothes with him when i dropped off the suits. It wasnt there. He was mad at me when i was supposed to be mad at him for ruining my suit. After some time he offered free store credit. Hack no. I dont want to damage my other clothes. All i wanted was an apology. I even paid for the cleaning lest he may think that i did this to get free service. No. He did ruin my suit and he put it on me. He lost a customer and everyone that i can talk to. read more

This PLACE IS THE WORST! Dropped off some slacks for a minor alteration. The manager gave me a quote. Went back 4 days later and the slacks were never started. I asked when will they be ready and the Nasty guy told me a few more days. I understood and asked to go ahead and pay for these now. He states that his quote was for Dry Cleaning not for the alteration he put on the Quote. These are brand new slacks and did not need dry cleaning just the minor alteration.He then proceeds to tell me it will another $125.00 And that he was not going to honor his quote. Wanted to offer compliments to the staff for their attention to my requests and courtesy. Occasionally I may have a stain on my shirt, trousers or suit coat. I bring it to the attention to the staff and they handle it professionally. In addition, they are open on Saturday until 3:00 p.m. and the staff person is as courtesy as KC and the team during the day. On occasion i needed some sewing (buttons, torn trouser or whatever) and they handle it promptly at a very competitive price. STILL WORST PLACE EVER; Dry cleaners ever. This place ruined my favorite luxurious wool coat I bought for 2008 Presidential Inauguration for Washington DC. They ruined the leather portion around the next into shreds. I was better off cleaning my coat myself, I took it to the Professional to do it right, and it got destroyed.
