I paid $80 for my wedding dress to be steamed and somehow it was cheaper than other places I enquired in Redlands. At pick up my dress was placed in a see through bag but I had brought my dress in the original $30 David's Bridal bag. I asked for it immediately as I didn't want my finance to see the dress once I brought it into the car. I begin to panic when the girl at the counter says "hopefully it didn't get tossed, we're notorious for that". I am not shocked that she's even say that. I don't even remember at this point what I responded. Prob something like " no why would it get tossed or just oh nooooo. She then continues to remark that they usually just toss them. Like lady just stop talking. This ain't helping your case! She found it. I do feel hesitant about returning. I might just keep my bag with me in the car moving forward. The dress was fine. The interaction not so much.
