I have been using this dry cleaner since 2001. Joyce, has proven to me that she 100% committed to providing superior customer service. She lays the perfect foundation for this by doing two things: 1. You must pay with cash, so there is no chance that your credit card # can be associated with your address & phone number, also paying in cash requires her to tell you clearly how much you owe her and you must engage with action - and most end up having some sort of short conversation; and, 2. She memorizes / associates enough of your name with your identification number (your phone number) that upon entering your information and preferences (e.g. amount of starch) she never asks you again for you data. Now let me tell you some more incredible examples of her above and beyond customer service that she had provided for me. Whether I bring 100 items or 10 items, the turn around time has never been longer than the morning after the next full business day. Yet, when some unplanned circumstances worked there way into my life which caused me to not return to pick up my clothes for several months (many times), and once my cleaned clothes remained clean and ready for pick up for over 6 years, every single item was cleaned, pressed, hanging and after the incredibly complex track system brought my clothes to the front - she helped me load the 100+ items into my truck. Never have I lost and item in my interactions with Joyce Cleaner. It is my opinion that her prices are extremely reasonable, because my clothes are properly pressed and starched every time without any shirt button damage. The last time I went in was in Jan of 2022, and I asked her how much longer until she planned on maybe retiring. I was asking because about 12 years ago this fantastic seamstress and that could do any and all alterations, that was located in the same shopping center (Church and Baseline (western most border of East Highland Ranch) decided to retire and I didn't want to suddenly find myself without my friendly neighborhood dry cleaner. She gave me a great answer, I don't have to worry for another 15 years or so. TIPS FOR PEOPLE NEW TO AREA HEADING TO JOYCE CLEANERS She isn't open on Sunday And if you are coming from the west, driving eastbound on Baseline, make the left on to Church (traffic light and official left hand turn lane) after passing the church on your right and coming up the hill. The the first on your right is an entrance to the commercial center, turn in. That's the only way in/out from Church. To enter in from Baseline you have to traveling west and when you might begin to stop if the traffic light is red there is a driveway to you right (you cannot see the center from there as it is positioned at a higher elevation than you and your vehicle is at, when you are at that spot). read more

They went above and beyond what I expected! My suit lost a button and I saw it fall so I had it, so I told them about it, and showed them where it went. Another button had fallen but I didn't see when it fell so I didn't mention it or another that was loose if it ain't broke why fix it... I went to pick up my 3 piece suit and the lady tells me she fixed the button I gave her and she had found the other 2 buttons and fixed them also! Now I don't have to worry about that other button falling and I'll look just a little better the next time I wear my suit! I also took a dress shirt in that I couldn't get the ring out of. They got it out... BTW the buttons weren't on the same garment. The one I had was on the vest she actually examined the jacket and noticed the other two! People now a days tend to do the bare minimum, JOYCE CLEANERS did EVERYTHING that could be done to the suit to the MAX! read more

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I have been a loyal customer and today I will be the last time I use this company. I was overcharged and wanted to clarify why my total was so high. Before I could even finish asking my question, joyce started yelling at me and told me to get out that she didn't need anymore work and I should use a different cleaners. Before I knew it she threatened to call the police while I was trying to take my clothing back to the car. Her daughter came from the back of the business and started yelling and screaming. First time venturing into the adult world of having purchased clothes that need to be dry cleaned instead of throwing it into a laundry machine filled with non-color sorted clothes and hope everything comes out wearable. This place was down the street from my house so it was really convenient coming here. The Yelp reviews looked good and it didn't sound pricey, so I decided to give it a try. When I dropped off my clothes, the price did seem reasonable (I don't really have any background dry cleaning knowledge so I'm not actually sure how much it normally costs). $5 per blazer, $3.50 per blouse, and $6.95? for a sheath dress. PLUS they gave me a 10% discount for being a first time customer. Picked it up two days later (it was ready the next day but I was busy) and the nice lady in the front also gave me their calendar for the new year along with my freshly dry cleaned clothes. I took in a dress to get shortened but the stitching on the dress was very poorly done. :( I paid $20 only to take it to another tailor to get it fixed and pay another $22. When I picked up the dress, she mentioned that it was difficult to work on because it was stretchy, however I wished she had just called when she realized she wouldn't be able to do a good job on the dress, instead of continuing to work on it. The stitching was just obviously really badly done. :( read more
