I brought in a pair of royal blue dress pants and black Levi's that I had only worn once -- they were basically brand new. When I got them back, I was honestly shocked. The edges of the jeans were noticeably faded, and the entire pair was covered in lint. They looked more worn after being "cleaned" than they did when I dropped them off. For items that were practically new, I expected much better care and attention. Instead, it feels like they were either mishandled or washed improperly. The whole point of using a professional service is to preserve your clothing, not damage it. Super disappointed with the quality of service and the lack of care.I won't be returning. read more

I took my clothes to the cleaners and left it there for a few months and yes I know that's long but I have not received a phone call. Also the owner said that she called me in regards to some brand new clothes that I bought for my new job and she took all of my clothes to her church and gave them away. She tried to get upset and say that she called me and she talked to my husband and I had to let her know that I am not married. So the person she talked to was the wrong person that told her that "they have no clothes at her cleaners". I will never go back to this place to take my clothes which was worth over $2000. She did not call Or talk to me at ALL!! $2000 worth of clothes gone! Barely wore them all but one time. read more

Very friendly service. Went in to get dresses altered and it was done within 2 days. I came back a year later to see if we could add some beaded fringe to a dress and she couldn't due to the material not working with her machine, but she gave me friendly advice on how to hand sew it. Not much to say but I was happy with the service I got. Had a wedding to go this last month, mid October and I needed my suit dry cleaned. Brought my suit to them on a Tuesday and it was ready by Friday so I had it plenty of time before the wedding on the coming Sunday. I like clothes. I also like taking care of my clothes. In the midst of an area stricken with ripped jeans and large graphic print t-shirts (aka the "Bro" or "909-er Epidemic"), it's not surprising that a good dry cleaner is hard to find in the Inland Empire. Brookside Cleaners, although homely and small-scale, gets the job done right at a reasonable price. Owned by two Korean ladies, the service is always warm and welcoming. Turn around for most orders is 3-4 days, which although on the slower side, is not uncommon once again around these parts. Laundering and pressing dress shirts are $1.50 each. Dry cleaning slacks $4. I believe blazers and suit jackets are $8. Once I found a loose button on a shirt and they fixed it right up at no cost. I wasn't even sure if it was loose before I turned the shirt in to get laundered. Also, last Christmas, they gave me a free lint roller, haha. Minus one star for taking almost two weeks to launder one of my shirts even when they quoted me a few days. (Apparently they send out some orders to a third party for more difficult jobs and it was delayed in getting back.) Tip: They only take credit cards for orders above $10. read more

I recently moved to the I.E. and glad I found this hidden gem. It's a small shop that gets the job done right. I usually get wash & press for shirts and dry cleaning for pants with no problems. I also recently went in to get a couple of pants hemmed and the lady behind the counter advised to get a regular hem ($12) vs original hem ($15) since there wouldn't be a difference with looks and I'd be saving a few extra bucks! She did a fantastic job of adding a double stitch hem and now my pants fit great. I highly recommend this place for your basic alterations and dry cleaning needs. read more
