Sufficient washers , clean floors and folding area ! I didn't use their dryers very convenient location

I had some large comforters to wash and my boyfriend suggested that I go to Sky Coin Laundromat because he's always had a pleasant experience and it's always spotless clean. So, I embarked on my journey to Sky Coin this past Friday morning and upon my arrival (at 11am) I was able to snag a parking right up front. I went in to what seemed like an empty laundromat and immediately got access to 8x and 4x load washers so I was able to wash and dry in no time! I can attest to what other reviewers have said about this establishment being spotless. I like that they have the out of order cards so you can place them on the machines that aren't working so it lets management know to check them. I actually noticed one of the dryers wasn't turning on even after I had inserted .50 in so when a gentleman (who seemed like the owner) came in and started cleaning, I mentioned to him that he might want to check the dryer because it had been giving me trouble. He proceeded to immediately check the dryer and made sure that it was working fine. Once he was done, he offered to start a dryer for me so that I could finish drying my other load. I even noticed him offer trash bags to another customer so they could take their clothes once they were done drying, without even been asked to! That right there is 5 star customer service. I was coming through this area and needed to do laundry. I saw the rating for Sky Coin on Yelp and decided on this location. Convenient and easy to locate. Many washers and dryers to use. Dryers are very fast drying and cost .25 per 7 minutes. The laundromat was also pretty clean. An employee came through sweeping the floor when I was finishing my laundry. read more

The facility is clean and well lit. We do laundry here for our big comforters. Gets busy so we go at opening or around noon.

Pros: Clean, open late, plenty of washers and dryers at good pricing, a change machine and a safe environment. Cons: Not enough seating and a terrible radio station constantly playing. Overall: You should definitely come here but bring headphones. read more

My boyfriend and I had 8 loads of laundry to do and were stressed about how long it would take us to wash them at our apartments small dirty laundromat. We decided to come here to see what was going on, and they had huge commercial washing machines that each washed 4 huge loads of laundry each in only 30 minutes and for $9/wash and left them extremely clean. The dryer is only $.25/6 minutes, and we did 30 minutes on each. Overall, it only cost us $21 to wash hours worth of laundry in an hour. It was amazing. Been here before to wash blanket and comforts. They have many of the big washers and dryers; which I like. 4 load washers, double load,& triple load. To the best value 8 LOAD!!! Bing bam boom all done in an hours time. It's clean, everyone who I have encountered here are pleasant, & respectful. Oh and they have WiFi! I have never had a problem at this business. I don't use laundromats too often, but I'm not sure why this place gets such good reviews. There are several major issues I had with the place. First, many of the dryers were broken - I'm not sure if they were actually broken, but the coin slots wouldn't accept quarters. So, after putting my wet clothing in the dryer, I couldn't pay for it, so I had to move everything to a working one. After three times with this issue with separate machines, I finally learned my lesson and checked if my money will go in before putting in my laundry. Second, the dryers were quite nasty. The inside drums were corroded, and I worried about my clothing getting stained (it wasn't). In fact, one customer said they never used the dryers, and just packed up their wet clothing to dry at home. The place is very small, so it gets crowded if there are more than a few people in the facility. You have to hunt for a free washer, which may be an issue if you use more than one washer per trip. I might come back if necessary, because the cost is fair, parking is very close and convenient, and it does the job in cleaning my laundry. read more

It's hard trying to find a decent laundromat, but this place is great! The washers are clean and coins are collected regularly. The dryers are a great size and dry fast. Loads come out to about a dollar a piece. They also play music that is enjoyable. It's one of the better laundromats I've come across in this area. read more

Read reviews. Smallest laundry mat I've ever seen or visited. 3 to 4 washers per row. Only 4 of the small load washers. I admit I liked it. Despite being small, you can have your own little space with one other customer and feel totally comfortable. Be careful bringing $20 bills, the 1st change machine refuses to take 20s but the other machine (that's kind of camouflaged against a metal type wall) will take them. I felt safe here as well. Plenty of cameras and the customers i interacted with were very nice. The owners appear to take pride in their establishment. It's clean, cool and the machines are well cared for. read more

AWESOME customer service, SUCH a clean environment and even the people who frequent are super nice. Pretty great deals. I'd honestly rather come here and do laundry then do it at home because it's going to get done faster and the appliances are way better. This is my first coin laundry experience. I needed to wash a queen size comforter. This is my experience. Ambience: There is soft radio music playing at the right volume. There were a few customers talking loudly about personal business with a few profanities here and there. There was a bench for sitting, free wifi, and outlets. Some of the ladies (also customers) gave me advice about my laundry (which load washer to use and what temperature to dry in). Cleaniliness: The floor was littered with papers and other trash. Beside that things looked clean. Price: I can't compare, but I thought it was okay. There were washers of different sizes. Single:$ 1.50 Double:$ 2.00 Triple: $ 3.00 4 Load: $4.00 8 Load: $7.50 User friendly: There were instructions on the equipment. And free wifi in the building! This is the first Laundromat I've ever used and I am very pleased with the outcome. We have a washer and dryer at home but the amount of time we spend washing several loads is ridiculous. We spend a little over an hour washing about 9 loads of clothes here today and spent a little less then $20. I've read up on laundromats and I can say... 1) there dryers don't eat your quarters 2) there washers are extremely clean 3) the facility is very clean. Finished two loads of laundry for $5! And there's also free WiFi which convenient to write my Yelp review while waiting. There's a lot of free parking outside. The place is fairly busy but with plenty of open washer and dryers. There are also washers big enough for up to 8 loads of laundry. The place is clean, with some fairly new machines and has multiple laundry carts. There is also a change machine that takes $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills. I think I used the single load washers for $1.75 each. I'm only taking off a star because there's only one bench to sit and wait. read more

A recent visit revealed a new table at the expense of four standard washing machines, which is a good thing. Strong wi-fi with guest password located above the dryers and three benches for seating. As for prices, dryer time has been reduced to 9 minutes and 104.7 radio (Old School) overhead. Which doesn't sound so old school to me; Long Live Disco! Prologue: sad to report that small washing machines are being replaced with large washing machines. There are only five standard size machines left. Making tough for us, single people. This is one of the cleanest laundry facilities I've ever used. I have facilities at my apartment complex, but drive 20 minutes to this place weekly. The owner takes care to clean and maintain the machines well, and I've even seen him stopping to help show new customers how to use the machines. Coin and supply machines are on site and they work. There are plenty of rolling baskets and folding tables to allow you to take care of business. This one has double, triple, quadruple and even 8 load washers! I didn't even know they came that big. I have a laundromat next to my house. But I drive down to this one because it is always clean, they have different size washers for any size load I might need to wash. Everything is always in working order. I already preferred this laundromat over other ones I have used, but then when I had a problem with one of the dryers and I filled out one of the out of order slips, within a couple days I got my money back in the mail with a Thank You card and everything. Always clean and machines work great. Never have to re dry clothes. It's not crowded like other places.
