I Have been coming to Cajon Cleaners For some time now. It Is a solid dry Cleaners. Jerry is always willing to help, without question. On the Down side the work can be inconsistent when it comes to specific directions on certain pieces of garments. I think the overall value is worth it, and the price is fair, considering what I usually take in (several suits, and dress shirts). They messed up my wedding dress. Just took it in to get it pressed. Left holes from the safety pins, and stains from the tag. Absolutely terrible they would leave it like this and assume I wouldn't notice. I'm devastated. read more

If you bring a pair of pants, any pair of pants, to a dry cleaner should it not be assumed you want them dry cleaned? The answer should be yes, but for good measure you could mention that one particular pair you have brought has a special dye so you get them dry cleaned as to preserve the color. This should not be a mysterious notion. After no issue the previous times it was somehow thought on this occasion that I wanted these specially dyed pants washed in a wash machine: effectively ruining them forever and the 3 years of natural wear and tear they've accrued. Mistakes happen I get it and they offer you money and that's all good and fine but to then take the pants out of your hands as an either pants or money transaction? Kind of greedy. Which in some ways I get their logic, but I somehow feel like you should get to keep the ruined pants and still be reimbursed just for the huge error and inconvenience. read more

I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. I get my shirts pressed and cleaned on a weekly basis and get my suits dry cleaned about quarterly (you really shouldn't be dry cleaning than much). They seem to do an excellent job. The presses are generally better than other shops in the area and nothing has been damaged. They also do repairs. I've had a couple minor repairs done, and they've been fine. I have used this place for 4 years. It is a family business, with alteration in the same place. I have never complain about the services, its s always great and fast, They usually ask me when do I need back for...... The alteration are also quick,,,,I need one service same day and she did it. I have used her to places the patches in my son's boy scout uniform. The other day I was dropping something and the realize I never pick up a pant,,, Love this place!!!! Will never return. I took them two dressy special occasion outfits. One was merely pressed very poorly. Lapels and cuffs all wrong. I had to re-press it at home. But the other was ruined, with big discolored spots on the front of the dress. They claimed they had no idea what could have happened to it. The cleaning process, it turns out, is not done on the premises. They sent it out again to try to fix it and failed. After an argument they offered restitution of $50. The owner said he would give me more if I left them the outfit but I wanted it back. I hope to have the dress salvaged elsewhere but it seems unlikely. Beware. read more
