In my opinion BEST place to do your laundry but don't go on a Sunday because it gets very annoyingly busy. This place is the cleanest and all machines usually are working, I've been to all the laundromat in town and next town all are filthy or have a lot of "out of order" signs plus I dislike the machines that require quarters it's tedious trying to find a store that will give you enough if the change machine is out of order, however this place takes a special card that you purchase for a $1.00 at one of the machines you can buy it with cash or credit/debit one you purchase it you load it with funds at the same machine the minimum amount you can load is I believe $10.00 tasting again cash or credit/debit. Then you use the card and insert it into any of the washer or dryers. The prices are reasonable and have plenty so even if you're waiting it's not a long wait. They also have lots of folding areas, two or three tables with benches to sit on and few tvs. They have different as sized machines too for regular loads to machines that can handle rugs or cushions or huge comforters. None of the other laundromats I've been to have the huge machines like this place. The only thing I really can say that is bad is the small parking lot so that is why I said don't go on a Sunday you won't find parking unless you park behind the place at the manual car wash place. I like the location too because while you're doing your laundry you can go get a bite to eat and then come back or bring back the food and eat while you do your laundry. That's exactly what me and the kids would do. Or bring a book to read while your loads are done. Most washers are done in 15 to 20 min and then a big load dries in about an hour I'm talking like 3 loads of clothes fits in one of the bigger dryers but it'll take about an hour to dry and that's because I use the medium setting I don't like the hot setting I feel it messes up your clothes. I'm ending I would like to say if you're here trying to find a good place to wash your things come to this place. Oh and there's a convenience store right next door. Traveling out of state & they force you to buy a laundry card you can only use here and load it in $10 increments ... so now I have wasted $ sitting on a card that I'll never use again. You should allow the exact amount needed and not rip people off who are out of area. read more

My second time here. I'm usually at this place since they have the king size washer that takes up to 9 loads of laundry. It's perfect for my comforters. It gets the job done which includes the detergent, color friendly bleach and softener. Also, the two times here, there's always someone available for help to answer any questions. Bill was there today and he was great. Socialable and did a good job keeping the place clean. Lastly, this is something I had to keep in mind. This place is a cashless business. To run the laundry machines, you will need to obtain a card from a machine there and load it with money. I loaded the card with money from my credit card but it looked to have a cash acceptance slot in the machine. Once your card is loaded with money, this will be used to start the washer and dryer sessions. read more

For someone who rarely uses laundromats, I don't know all the ins and outs of the machines. Had to wash a comforter. I received more help from the other customers than from the rude "lady" that works here. The machine ran for an hour apparently with an error code that she just ignored when she wakes by it and when I asked for help, she told me I wasn't paying attention. She could have just explained the issue to me and how to fix it. Instead she pushed several buttons and walked away. Don't come here if you are expecting a professional environment. read more

I've been to this location before because they have a giant washer that is great for my rugs and comforters. Staff here is generally kind and helpful. The lady today was rude, laze and had overall terrible people skills. I hope she gets fired. If there was a customer service line, I would've called to complain. Way too expensive! $6 to wash and 90 cents for ten minutes to dry. And you have to put money on a "laundry card" only in $10, $20, or higher increments. This means you will always have a balance. You can't just tap and pay for what you are actually gonna need. The machines are efficient don't get me wrong. But come on! read more

I like this place - every time that I have been there, there has been a man that works there whose name is CARLOS. He is always cleaning, always asking if I need help, and he work so hard and keeps it so nice that I thought he was the Owner of the place. I always come back here, because of him. This laundry center is always clean and well attended. I like the fact that I can use the reloadable wash card instead of fighting for quarters. Carlos, a staff member, is very friendly and even helped locate items I had mistakenly left behind. The managers are also easy to reach by phone if you have questions. My family and I were coming back from a trip and needed a place to do our laundry. We saw this place and gave it a try. For all the machines you will need a card which you can't put your money into a machine and it'll give you a card. The worker there was really helpful and guided us through the entire process. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Our washer at home is down so we've come here once before. However this time my husband and I came here at 8:30 pm. My husband asked the man working there, Carlos, if we would still be able to do our load since we did come late, and he said yes. My husband put our load in the washer and was done by 8:50 pm, by the time the load was in the washer with our washer beads my husband looked for the man, Carlos, to ask how to turn on the machine and where to put the soap, but we couldn't find him anywhere. Once my husband sees this man again it's past 9:00 pm, Carlos then began telling my husband "it's too late now" and he was supposed to start the load by 9. Then the situation escalated when Carlos then told my husband it was his fault he didn't know how to use it and he should've put the load in before 9. So since we couldn't do our load anymore my husband asked for a refund and Carlos told my husband there's no refunds and we have to come back tomorrow. So then my husband comes to the car to let me know and the man followed him and was yelling and arguing with my husband telling him he "deals with him every night" when we have not ever seen this man before, in front of our car and then followed him back into the laundromat and proceeded to yell at and taunt my husband. And we don't have time to come back in the morning since my husband has work but I guess we have no other choice but to return since Carlos refused to give us our refund. Beyond upset and angry at this experience, worst customer service and if I didn't have to return to this business I never would. Anything that happens, it's your fault. After he couldn't get it to start, was there an apology? He flat out says, why should I pay for it, it's your error. But he couldn't explain what I did wrong and why he couldn't start the washer either. They wait to call for repairs until there are A LOT of non working machines. Wasnt a good day for our washer to go capoots on us, so we had no choice but to go to our local Express Laundry Center. Havent been here in ages but I think we will have to come every two weeks now to wash our thick blankets and according to the wifey-we sleep in dust mites idk. Tried talking to the owner and same he came out and said never to come back because I was messing up the machines . It's a clean and well organized place. The machines are mostly reliable but the customer service is horrible. This is based on my observations on how they treated customers in front of me. They look at customers like their idiots, instead of just answering questions. Obviously the owners no longer appreciate their customer base. I only come by once a month because of oversized comforters I have. I remember when they first opened and they were proud of their new machines. Too bad they forgot about customer service. Pretty much the "cleanest" in the area. This location uses cards which is convenient when I'm not carrying cash. Can someone tell the maintenance man (whoever he is) that he can wait until I'm away from the machine to clean them? I turn around and his ass was in my face at the machine next to me. Very rude. Clean the opposite side or something else until I'm done. I am a paying customer and, although I know you'd like to be done with everything once the last customer finishes, use common courtesy still. read more

None of the card reader machines work. I had to "along with the manager and another customer" walk down the isles trying to find any machine that would read my card. Each time you swipe the card it adds 10 minutes to your drying time. Me and the owner found 3 machines that let us swipe once each. So he expected me to get my clothes out of each machine after it dried for 10 minutes and transfer them to the other machine that had 10 minutes on it. I left with wet clothes and made him give me my money back. He said something like "you dont know anything about my machine problems ive been here for ?? years" I said i dont care and dont need to know and that I wouldnt come back. He said some things I said some things. Mainly I said the real problem was that he knew about these problems with the machines and that they were still happening. Once my towels got stolen also. I recently moved to the area and tried two local (Hemet) laundromats. The first was horrible and the second was tolerable - and, yes, I am picky. I went to the Express Laundry today because it was near a shopping center I needed to visit. Don't let the humble exterior put you off. There was a great selection of machines from the typical "two load" to monster washers as well as ample dryers. My only complaint is with the card system for payment. In essence, you buy a card for $1 and then load money on the card to use the washers and dryers. While the card is convenient, I pity the person who shows up with their bag of spare change! This place was definitely worth going the extra distance. read more

Clean and has folding table adjacent to the dryers. They have a variety of washer and large dryer available. Draw back is that each machine are operated by card that you have to pre-purchase. All in all its the most clean and spacious laundromat available in the area. read more

This is the worst place ever for customer service it's a coinless laundry mat so I put my A $1 in to get a card and I put my ATM card in to get to put money on that card to use their machines and it doesn't work couldn't find a manager at first because he's behind a door that says utilities when he finally came out he took my card and receipt and refused to give my receipt back I had to grab it out of his hand because that shows that I was charged in the bank you would not give me my money back and he said I had to come back in 2 days I wasted laundry soap and couldn't get the machine to work wasted $20 putting $20 on my .card and a dollar for the card and I asked him to call the police and he shut the door on me I had to go to the police department and file a complaint so supposedly I'm supposed to go back in 2 days before I can do anything will never shop here at the Beaumont market or their Beaumont laundromat again the Beaumont Market was rude to me and walked away when I told him what my complaint was I give them a zero out of any stars the place was hot and the manager was very rude.
