The alteration person DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING !!!! I needed a 2 inch intake on both sides under my arms, the dress had double stitching but I told them they could do single stitching since no one would see the stitching under my arms. TENAX sent my dress back to Sun Lake Cleaner's refusing to do the alteration. So, I took my dress to Desert Palm Cleaner's and they did a fantastic job, even did the double stitching. So, took my dress to TENAX and showed them Desert Palm's work. The lady had a very "I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE". I told them they need to fire her and get someone who could sew a 2" straight line.
