It was my first time using their services, and I was a little stressed because I needed my daughter's ROTC uniform dry cleaned on very short notice. When I picked it up, it looked absolutely perfect. It was crisp, spotless, and pressed with great attention to detail. You could tell they took pride in their work. It is not easy to find a cleaner that combines quality service with flexibility and customer care, but Desert Palms Cleaners delivered on all three. This was a wonderful first experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and high quality dry cleaning.

The alteration person DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING !!!! I needed a 2 inch intake on both sides under my arms, the dress had double stitching but I told them they could do single stitching since no one would see the stitching under my arms. TENAX sent my dress back to Sun Lake Cleaner's refusing to do the alteration. So, I took my dress to Desert Palm Cleaner's and they did a fantastic job, even did the double stitching. So, took my dress to TENAX and showed them Desert Palm's work. The lady had a very "I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE". I told them they need to fire her and get someone who could sew a 2" straight line.

They are located at a small shopping center on Citrus, next to the 7-Eleven. I arrived and was welcomed by the owner, Michelle. I asked how much they charge for dry cleaning pants. The price was very reasonable in my opinion, so I decided to leave it with her. There was a small problem that arises, but Michelle was outstanding in handling the issue and it was resolved. That is great customer service in my opinion, especially coming from the owner. Waited the weekend and on Saturday, I picked up my pants. As a kind gesture, and gave me a lint removal roller. My overall experience was great, the customer service I received from Michelle to correct the situation was outstanding and they did a great job on cleaning my pants. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Citrus Cleaners if you are looking for a good cleaner and having reasonable prices. I definitely will return and Thank You Michelle.

The edges of the jeans were noticeably faded, and the entire pair was covered in lint. They looked more worn after being "cleaned" than they did when I dropped them off.
