Just to get it out of the way, the two stars are for the job done, and the price. Both were reasonable. OK, so... overlooking the fact that they are only opened Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, customer service here (if you even want to call it that) SUCKS! My sister brings her stuff here so I thought I would give it a try since she is so picky about everything! Right off the bat the guy working had an attitude. It was a Saturday morning and he quoted me the next Thursday. I asked if there was any way I could get my stuff earlier as I had to work on Tuesday. After an eye roll and exaggerated sigh he said he could have it ready by 3pm on Tuesday. That worked. I thanked him a couple of times for accommodating me even though I was obviously putting him out, and was on my way. Tuesday came and I showed up at 2:30pm, I figured I would take a chance that my stuff might be ready since it was only 30 minutes before my pick up time. I walked in and smiled and barely got a grunt of acknowledgment from the same super friendly guy I encountered on Saturday. I started to slide my pick up ticket to him and as he looked down at it he stopped me in mid slide with his stellar attitude basically scolding me saying "I told you this wouldn't be ready until 4:30, come back then." I knew he said 3:00pm because 4:30 was cutting it too close to when I had to leave for work and I would have brought my stuff elsewhere. I told him he had told me 3 and before I could say anything else he cut me off saying "4:30!!!". I told him I would be back at 4 because he originally said 3 and 4:30 was too late. Again another grunt. I took it as him agreeing with what I was saying and I left. I had other things to do to get ready for work(plus I really didn't want to go back and deal with this guy) so luckily my hubby was home and was able to run at 4 to get my stuff. When he got home the first thing he said was "We are never going back to that place, what is that guy's deal?" He had some other choice things to say that would be better left untyped, but lets just say its safe to assume he was just as rude to my hubby as he was to me. Honestly I am super close to driving out to Rancho even though it is far away. At least I know I would get amazing and reliable service. I have one more place to try, if they don't work out I give up! read more

We have had to use them for our daughters band uniform and they had e done a great job in a timely manner.

What a waste of money. Had a deodorant stain and the clerk told me it was material. Really a $300 polo shirt and its the material. Wrong this place sucks. read more

I came to this cleaner because of its convenience with the drive-thru. I checked the yelp reviews and although they were crappy they were not recent reviews. I decided to give them a try. And I just wanted to post an updated review to let you know that it still is the same crappy place as the previous reviews noted. I dropped off 3 shirts on Thursday morning at 11 and when given the receipt I noticed that they would not be ready until Monday after 5! They close at 6 giving you a nice window to make it over and pick up your items (not). My usual cleaners takes less than a a day so 3-4 days is just not convenient. The service is poor, the man only talks to answer you and is short when he does; appearing very rude! read more

I went to the cleaners with my mom to pick up my dads dry cleaning and they had said to come before 4:30 because thats the time they close. So we got there at 2:30 and there doors were locked but there open sign was on. So we left got food and then came back to try again but thru the drive thru. We had to honk 7 times press the button for him to come out and help us. And the first thing he said was "I SAID 4:30", my mom said no you said to come before 4:30 and he said no. Customer service was terrible and he was so rude. Now i'm thinking purposefully locked the doors to avoid talking to my mom. I don't recommend coming here at all and we will no longer use their service after today. 0 stars read more

WORST EXPERIENCE IN ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SITUATION IVE EVER HAD. I dropped off my clothes and they said it would be ready the following Monday after 5. I went the following Monday after 5 and they said they had an issue but that it would be ready the next day at7:30 am. I went at 9 am . They were closed. I called and the guy told me he was waiting at 730. I told him it wasn't an appointment . I assumed I would be able to pick up my clothes any time after it's ready. He starts yelling into the phone "what do you want ! What do you want!" Over and over. I told him nothing. I'd pay full price . I'll just never patronize this cleaner again. And I hope they don't purposely damage my clothes. They are rude . And don't have your clothes ready when they say they will. There are other cleaners in Beaumont. Update: finally got my clothes back. No damage. And the guy wouldn't take my money because I was "garbage". I didn't end up paying in full like I stated before. Though I did try read more

Usually we go to a different dry cleaners; but this one is much closer to my house. This is the second time that my husbands uniforms are not done when they say they will be. They are just a tad pricier than our other cleaner but the convenience of close to home made it worth it. Nope! Won't be going here again. A uniform for work is an important piece to have done on time! And in less than two months time twice they have negated to have it ready in the quoted time frame! read more

Took my hat they to be dry cleaned when I picked it up he couldn't find it when it was due then when he did I saw him dusting it off like wtf no tag on it look like the same way I dropped it off I would never go back there again they rip people off they don't even deserve one star. read more
