I am so pleased with USA Junk. I called and discussed what I needed removed... an 8x8 pile (kitchen stuff, old towels & pillows, books, etc. that had been sitting in a storage unit for 3 years in Los Angeles that had to be moved to Palm Springs in order to have room to sort through it all), a stack of cardboard (about 60 broken down boxes) and half a dozen large trash bags full of paper and various junk items. I emailed photos and Brian, the owner, quoted me a price. He offered to come out the same day I called but I needed a couple of days to ensure I was maximizing the service. It was a one man job and Brian came by himself, backed up his truck, loaded everything like a total pro, fast and efficient, and then knocked on the door when he was done. I paid in cash (and tipped), but he accepts credit cards. And he generated a simple receipt that was emailed to me instantly.
