Irving and Victor Met and exceeded all expectations in cleaning out an equestrian center. They are honest, hard working , fair and great at communicating with customers. Post covid, it has been difficult finding contractors that show up, honor they're commitments and rise to the occasion. Megalith was a breath of fresh air during these troubled times. The scheduling process was easy and clear, we had clear reminder emails with easy options to change anything we needed, add to the calendar, etc. When I called with questions, the guys were unbelievably helpful and patient with anything I asked. I really appreciate their mission to be responsible in every way, and they WERE right on time (even a few minutes early). They definitely were extremely kind and pleasant to work with. Irving and Ashley arrived on time and with smiles on their faces. They began working and never stopped or paused for a few hours. The extreme heat did not deter them from finishing the job. We couldn't be more happy with their hard work, patience, and friendliness. It was a pleasure doing business with Megalith. Irving and Ashley did the work of 4 or 5 people; it was impressive. What I liked about Megalith was even though they weren't able to help me out (what I needed wasn't their specialty--which I respect--but communication far exceeded expectations), they DID refer an associate which ended up working out great. While they cultivate some great contacts, what I like is that they maintain really high standards and won't recommend anyone who falls short. Not only did their recommendation for my job show up on time, he and his son spent their Saturday morning working my property and left it exactly as I wanted.
