Just remember, you chose to work there whether they did away with commissions or nots you still need to great the customer within 3 seconds of them coming in. In this case no one was with any customers except for one young man working with a husband and wife and he walked by me twice without any kind of acknowledgment! He even made eye contact with me and nothing. Then.... Some young chick working there with enough time to chat and giggle with the other employees but still no acknowledgment. I would only recommend going in there when old school light skinned brother is working. As for corporate, either invest money in customer service training or fire all of them and invest in those people. Purchased my sons homecoming suit on 9/11. Alterations were marked out and the pickup date was 9/25. Showed up on 9/26 and the suit hadn't been altered. They said it would be done on 9/27 after 2. I was clear about when I needed the suit that I purchased and was told it would be there in time before I left for my trip so that I could have it tailored before I went on my next trip. Pants and off by 1", Shirt neck size off by1/2" Jacket fit chest, however was short. You have to love the used car salesmen heckle. No that looks fine.... no thanks So I call back and ask for manager they send me to Gary. His words: it's not a tailored suit. Does this excuse the service and failure? Went in with my Fiancé to pick out a wedding tux. We had an appointment scheduled. When we arrived there was no guidance really for the whole process. A lot of the time I was asking questions for clarity as the rep we had was kind of confusing. The whole experience felt a bit uncomfortable. I've lived in Temecula for 25 years and have consistently received their dismissive pretentious ridiculous attitude since the opening. We rented tuxedos for a wedding this past week. When we arrived to pick up my suit, there was one person working. She didn't even acknowledge and refused to even make eye contact with new customers and tell them how long it would be. It was almost a half hour before I was acknowledged. When I found I needed suspenders for the suit, it took almost 8 phone calls before anyone answered, and then again the next day to find out if it had come in, I called 20 times and no one ever answered. My wife ran in on her way to the wedding and was told no one could help her because there was one employee working and 6 people ahead of her. I went in and was almost lake to the wedding because it took a half hour to get a pair of suspenders that had been pre-ordered. Today, I took my suit back. Again, there was one employee and several people ahead. Another could told me they'd been waiting a while and no one had even acknowledged them, and indeed no one acknowledged me until I spoke and all she told me what I'd have to wait just to return my suit. I waited a half hour and still no one had helped me. The staff is incredibly slow and indifferent to customers and the store is seriously understaffed. When I told the employee that the management needed to be told about the staffing issue and how many people were upset, she simply informed me with total indifference and still no apology for my wasted time that SHE was the manager. So, my final comment is the manager of the store is doing a terrible job. read more

I typically go to the MW in Mira Mesa just because I've been going there for nearly 11 years but since i live in Fallbrook i thought I'd show some love to another location. I know this store averages a lower rating then 3 stars but i love going to Temecula, I'd give it a chance. I figured if it's not a good experience then nothing is lost. But as other business's sometimes the rating doesn't fit the business. I didn't use gps tracker, just did a quick search, saw it was near the promenade mall so, i chanced it and headed out. That was my mistake, cuz i didn't find it...so, i succeed in the gps. Found it! Went in noticed all of the associates were tending to other customers. One associate greeted me with a hello and told me once an associate was open they would help me out. Knowing how MW is, i know what the pricing is and sometimes they can be pricey and other times toy can get a good deal. I had to check in on yelp and noticed a $20 off with a purchase over $99 and for me in this store that would not be a problem. Ah ha, found the clearance rack! My initial reason behind going to the MW was for a black & hopefully a brown sweater vest. No luck on the two but i did find two awesome joseph abboud button up vest (1 brownish and 1 cream) for just shy of $99, thankfully i also needed a pocket square to go with my yellow and black outfit for a friend wedding. Got out of the store with a shy over $99. This was definitely a good day for men's shopping! Thanks to the Assistant Manager (Anthony Lopez) for all of your help and giving me the great advice to finding the black sweater vest i was looking for. Thankfully, the black sweat vest was on sale for $29.99 from its original price of $69.99. Its unfortunate this store isn't getting a higher rating but for my experience it got a 5 out of 5! At first, they did a great job when getting my suits for my wedding. My wife knew exactly what she wanted so it made the process easy. When picking up the suits, they told me my son (10 years old) he needed pants that were either too small or too big bc he was between sizes they had. After calling the manager, they said that was incorrect and found pants that fit him perfectly. A groomsman's suit was too small, but we didn't have time to get a new one in (they want you to pickup one or two days before the wedding). The packet squares didn't match the ties (red and maroon are not the same). The suits had stains on them as well. Again, they couldn't order another due to a time constraint and said they didn't have time to fix it. When returning, they sluffed me off, someone walked away from me when I walked in, and another looked at me when I asked where I go to return items, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Very rude. I finally spoke up after waiting for 25 mins stating what was wrong and I was quickly helped because they wanted me to not say what's wrong with new customers coming in. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the third time I've been to this location and every single time I leave fuming. First of all, everyone that works there acts like you are putting them out by giving them your business. I think "Skye?" Was the person helping us? Every time I would ask any questions she would be so rude and condescending with her answers. She acted like she just did not want to help us in anyway and was annoyed that we were there. She literally couldn't act like she didn't give a f*** more. She kept eating in front of us and telling her coworker how much she wanted to go home. She gave absolutely no suggestions, so I had to do all the work myself In basically researching what I wanted. Even the manager was loud and mean! Not to mention they kept getting my name wrong. When it came to pricing she never broke anything down as far as tailoring cost or even the suit itself, so I had to be the one to keep asking. Even when it came to sizing, everything would be either to baggy or small and she didn't care at all about getting the right size so I had to be the one to keep suggesting a different size and tailoring until it looked right. They wouldn't listen to our ideas and made us feel stupid for them and kept trying to get us to do what they wanted. Customer service is non-existent here. They don't care about your needs or making you feel welcomed. It's like they clock in to earn a buck and clock out. They don't care about the customer and I hate that I gave them my money. I went in with my husband to buy him two overpriced suits and I am completely disappointed by the experience. The customer service is terrible. When we first walked in, nobody greeted us. When we asked for help, an older gentleman very casually responded by snapping his fingers and telling my husband to "go try it on". He even called him by his first name which I thought was way too casual for a suit store. Our salesperson, Jeremy, did not inform us about the charges for alterations on the "Off the rack" suit, so we were surprised with that charge when we went in to pick it up. When we disputed the charges, he insisted that it was discussed at the purchase. I asked to speak to a manager and he was no more help in the situation. He threw his hands up and asked what we wanted him to do. In the end, we had to pay for the alterations because there was "nothing they could do about it". Spend your money elsewhere. This store is a complete rip-off and they do not care about keeping their customers happy. We walked out feeling over-charged and disregarded. I did call their corporate office to complain and they were concerned about making it right and they did offer to credit us for the alteration charges.
