I've been a shopper all of my life, and buying retail for years and years, high end to average mall stores. I took my two daughters into Windsor, one looking for a wedding event gown and the other for her prom dress. Brittney and Erica were exceptional and over and beyond in their help! This was one of the best experiences I have seen as far as customer service. My daughters both came out so super happy and satisfied with their purchases. There was not one moment where the ladies were not kind, smiling and complementing; most importantly they truly knew what serving the customers meant, locating all the RIGHT dresses suited to my girls style and taste! I would say give these two employees a raise. They are very good in their retail position. read more

My niece went in to shop for her prom dress. She found a dress that interested her, but need a bigger size from and 8 to a 10. She was told that they do not carry sizes in DOUBLE DIGITS and she should look online if she is looking for something more SIZE INCLUSIVE. My niece is not big at all. She came out feeling very disappointed. I ask that the staff be instructed on how to approach customers with size issues. My niece was ok but the next young lady might not be. read more

I like the clothes but they have weird dressing room policies? On Apr 23, 2026 I was in the dressing room wearing only my underwear to try on clothes, and a child opens the curtain to my dressing room. Obviously, being upset that I made eye contact with a child while naked - I cussed when telling the to parents to get there kid. Which was then returned with the father's aggression - calling me a b word and telling me to stfu. I get dressed and asked an employee if we're gonna do anything about this since a child just exposed me and the father wasn't correcting his daughters behavior, he was just cussing at me for telling him to get his kid. The 2 employees that were working the closing shift that night (happened around 7:30pm) did absolutely nothing. No offering to stand in front of the curtain so I can continue, no asking the dad to watch his kid, no calling security, nothing. In fact while all of this was going down, the employee started taking MY clothes out the dressing room and only telling me to calm down while the dad is screaming at me as well. They took the side of the man and the child in the women's clothing store - that doesn't sell clothes for men or children. Others customers started getting involved and the employees did absolutely nothing to de-escalate the situation. So the clothes are cute but they have weird policies that allow children in ur dressing room, and if u say anything about the situation you're in the wrong because it's "just a kid". It's an unsafe environment for women to change in with just curtains but what ever u do DONT SAY ANYTHING. This all happened on m bday too so that was great, I ended up getting clothes from the Windsor in Moreno Valley bc again I love the clothes. read more

Kaylene helped me pick out a fur crop jacket to wear over a dress I had bought elsewhere. I asked her if it didn't work out if I could return it. She said yes and I also needed help with shoes and accessories. She said if I wanted to bring in the dress and try it on there, she would be happy to help me accessorize my dress! Well I did that a couple days later and her and Brenda were a HUGE help! Kaylene found a necklace, shoes and earrings to go with my dress! I spent 40 minutes shopping here and was going to buy 3 items. When I was checking out the cashier told me she cannot sell me the items for the 7 dollar sale items because sale is not 7 dollars today. I pointed to the front of the store and said you guys have a sign that says its 7 dollars today which she proceeded to tell me that its wrong. I ended up leaving without anything. I took my two daughters to try on prom dresses tonight around 8:30 pm, and as soon as we walked in a woman who said her name was "Celine or Ciel " continued to follow us around the store the whole time and told us multiple times rudely how the store was closing in 20 minutes. There were many people inside already and some just coming in and she didn't say anything to them, just us. As my daughter went to try on a dress, my other daughter went in to help zip up the back, and I was right next to the fitting room looking at more dresses, this worker has a serious attitude telling my daughters that they can't be in there together and they can only have one dress at a time. The fitting rooms next to us had multiple people inside together and they were taking 3-4 dresses in at a time and she didn't tell them anything. I asked her why couldn't she help her zip up the back of her dress when the other groups of people are stuffed in a fitting room helping their daughter with multiple dresses and she looks at me and rolls her eyes and walked away. I told my daughter to put their dresses back and we are going to leave. As I was leaving I approached the checkout counter and asked her for her name which she whispered and wouldn't repeat. I told her she was wrong for how she treated us and singled us out. She was very unprofessional and said "yeah, whatever " and I told her that's no way to treat anyone, especially paying customers and she mocked me. I work in retail and this is no way to talk or treat a customer. This is a big reflection of this store and the people they chose to hire. I never experienced such discrimination and disrespect until tonight. The assistant manager had followed us outside and apologized for the actions of her employee and said she would follow up with management the following day, and I really hope she does. It's not okay to profile anyone or discriminate. People who are raised right already know to not do that. You also learn about this when they have orientation for a job, so there is no excuse. I will never shop there again and I really hope they take this seriously and make better choices in who they hire. read more

Chelsea and Jack are incredible! I have been shopping for weeks for a dress for my daughter. We were even at the Linda store in corona. Chelsea and Jack made this experience so fun so easy. Chelsea one of your sales personnel,was so attentive, kind and patient!! We ran in at the last minute and she was not rude but helped us find the purple dress that we tried on earlier. ZERO stars. The employees here dont seem to be aware of their own return policy and kept arguing that my item was purchased more than 14 days ago and i could no longer get a refund. I tried to inform them of their own store policy that states within 30 days for any non purple ticketed merchandise but they kept rudely disregarding anything i said and told me to return it online. I have never been treated with such poor customer service before and am extremely upset with the situation. I had to call a different location and spoke to the store manager there and they completely agreed with me. Now i have to drive to another city to return an item. I just want to say how upset I am with BRENDA. I needed a refund and she refused to look up my order via credit card because the receipt was never sent via email. She said that she could only give me "store credit" even though I needed a full refund via credit card. She kept refusing and saying she could not or she "would". I asked to speak with the manager and she said she "was the manager". After ADVOCATING for myself with 4 kids in line she magicallyyyyy was able to look up my order, which is what I had been trying to ask her to for 10 minutes. After we finished I let her know that I was upset and had I bed a different costumer who didn't stand up for themself, she would not have given me my money back and I would've walked out with the store credit she had wanted me to. She then told me to "GET OUT OF THE STORE". This is super unacceptable and if she truly is the manager then the company should be ashamed. read more

The girls are nice in the beginning. They held a room for me when I was shopping. When I got to the cashier I heard some girl say "I hate when they they leave their clothes there" I look at her and then she looks at me and the other girls looks at me then both looks away "I know, just put them away when they're done" Idk if that was towards me, but isn't that your job to do. To put clothes away if customers don't like the way it looks on them? If you wanted me to put clothes away after I tried them on then maybe you shouldn't be working there and I should get paid for your hours. Common sense. People are so Lazy. We always get our daughter's formal dresses here because they always have a great selection and a variety of sizes. Staff is always so kind and helpful. My only complaints are that the racks are PACKED to the point that you can barely look through the dresses, as they use the super nice wooden hangers that are so thick. Also, can you change out the bulbs that are directly over you like 9" away from your head in the dressing room? By the time you come out you're all gross and sweaty from the heat they put off. I'm not your typical yelper or reviewer but this pissed me off so much of how uncomfortable the hispanic lady in the white pants made me feel tonight. I have never been followed around in a store before. Constantly asking me if i need help and to take my clothes off my hands every freakin time i had something in my hands. Thank you so much, Chelsea!!! I needed to do an online purchase return/exchange and it was very convenient. I ordered a dress for an event three days ago, received it on the third day! Came across some random try-on haul YouTube video showcasing their Windsor purchase, and decided to venture onto their site. Even remembered they sent me a promotional coupon code when I first created an account a few months ago, I think, and low and behold it didn't expire until April 12th! Main reason I decided to try shopping online is because I knew there was a location nearby in case I needed to return it. I happened to be passing by Windsor today and decided to visit the store for the return/exchange. Upon arriving, Chelsea was on the floor and greeted me. Even loved her outfit, but tried to stay focused on the dress purchase. She immediately began helping me without being too pushy and I appreciate that. She started a fitting room for me and throughout my shopping experience, I found I wanted to try on everything. I haven't been in a Windsor in probably three years! I imagined I wouldn't find any age appropriate clothing, but today I ended up staying much longer than I anticipated. Chelsea really attributed to the ease and comfort of shopping here. I walked out with an exchange for my dress and new tops I fell in love with, and while I used an online coupon code on my first online purchase, I did need to forfeit that coupon price for the dress I first bought. Everything I found today and online felt like great quality material, dresses were lined and not as transparent as I feared. Colors and selection of sizes accommodated me well without being too provocative as I feared. Only downside I found is the unlikeliness of my ever buying shoes here as their smallest shoe size starts at 5.5 while I am. 5. The few shoes I did try, felt still too roomy in the heels/toes. Lady was very rude I asked for a manager and she said she was "which she wasn't" and I asked her nicely and calm again if I could know when her manager would be available or if I could leave a number and name and she was very rude slammed her pen on the counter. she threatened to call security for absolutely no reason at all. Slammed my items across the counter rolled her eyes. I had the best shopping experience at Windsor last week. I was assisted by 3 of the most sweetest women, Keiosha, Ericka & Jada. I had my rowdy 2 year old boy with me and they were so sweet to him. They saw he was giving me a hard time when I needed to try things on, and they gave him things to draw on, fruit snacks and were just so sweet. All while helping myself and others with sizes while trying things on. They were very helpful with helping me match my skirt with a beautiful bodysuit and even helped me pair my outfit with great accessories. I will continue to refer people to this location as you can always expect the highest level of customer service when those 3 women are working!! read more

Alexa is the best! I was looking for a special dress for my small simple wedding. She was so helpful! She definitely went the extra mile for me! There was only one left of the dress I chose and it was not in perfect condition, so she checked another store - which I was going to drive to pick it up. She was so patient with me since I changed my mind and asked her to order it for me and have it sent rather than fighting the holiday traffic. I am so upset with Windsor... The dresses are expensive... My dress cost about $120 which is not bad for a high quality dress but for a dress with a very cheap zipper and bad material it is not worth it. I was about to walk for my 8th grade promotion and the zipper just ripped and the whole back opened. It was so humiliating and i dislike the store now... I used to love it...The dress was not tight so it had no reason too... But maybe if you guys replaced the cheap plastic zippers with good quality metal zippers it wouldn't be such a bad review, and don't even get me started on the return policy... This store is not worth the money... Forever21 dresses are even better quality. read more
