All three appointments (initial try-on, alterations, final fitting) felt so private, peaceful, and special and Carla and the team were all so incredibly kind. I felt like a Barbie princess being so well taken care of as they went all around the room collecting dresses that fit my vision and my budget. I chose Dakota from Casablanca Bridal's Beloved line within one hour, I fell in love with it at the first appointment and will forever be in love with it. It was bittersweet picking up my dress because it meant no more appointments. On my wedding day, my flower girls came into the bridal suite and one of them said "You look like a princess!" which evoked INSTANT tears from one of my bridesmaids. She made what I expected to be an overwhelming process so easy and exciting. She is someone who really understands the special moments of trying to find your wedding dress. The employees working were given very clear instructions not to let people try on certain dresses. One of them called the new owner on speaker, who rudely explained I couldn't try on a lot of the dresses without an appointment and tried to make different excuses as to why. Cool, no problem, I get that they would want appointments for more expensive dresses. I was there anyway, so I tried on a couple of dresses that were allowed. They have new smart locks on the fitting room doors, which is odd. They also have two cameras directed towards the elevated area with the multiple full length mirrors. I fully support businesses having cameras, but why would two need to be pointed towards the area where CHILDREN shopping for school dances or for quinceañera dresses are going to be standing and posing in front of mirrors? It made me uncomfortable as a grown adult. I would absolutely advise anyone not to bring their children here. I left as soon as I stood there and saw both cameras directed towards me. Absolutely not worth it for a store of highly marked up cheap dresses. PS, most of the dresses are several years old and are now discontinued anyway :)

Rented a suit from this location. I had the initial fitting done and found the suit I (thought) I…read morewould get for a wedding. When it was time for final fitting, I was given the wrong size pants and wrong leg width. The replacement I was given was not the right color/style. I was then told to come back to pick up the right one. I finally was able to come pick it up while scrambling for family and wedding details. I could not do another final fitting and also thought they would have gotten it right by then. On wedding day, I realized I was given the wrong pants since they were very tight on the legs. I had no choice but to wear it since I was out of time. I told the staff as I returned the suit, but she just had a grin on her face as she "apologized". I get some people smile when they get put in awkward situations, but don't act like I did not pay for the rental or did not make an effort in the beginning stages or the rental to have the issue fixed. I did not want a refund, I just wanted staff to actually think about what they could do to improve next time. Since I was given that reaction, there will be no next time. The wedding was not a great experience being uncomfortable and not feeling like I looked good.

Soon after we walked in, a young lady checked us in, took my son's information, and immediately paired us with a tailor. While we waited for the fitting, we talked about the fit my son wanted. He chose something in the middle -- not too tapered, but not too baggy either. A staff member also helped us look through different suit options and explained that the tie and faux pocket square could be changed at the final fitting, which was two days before prom. That ended up working out perfectly because his prom date decided to wear gold jewelry, so they were able to switch his accessories from black to gold at the last minute. The cashier explained the entire rental and return process clearly, which made everything feel very simple and stress-free. She provided a receipt with all the instructions so that my son and I clearly understood the rental process. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and easy to navigate. Upon picking up the suit, it was clean and tucked into a garment bag for safekeeping. The shoes appeared shined and ready to wear. I think the rates for rental is likely about the norm for the area. Closer to Riverside or Moreno Valley you could probably get a deal for under $200. However, they did offer a 25% discount for prom for schools in the area. The only thing I wish we had spent more time on was making sure he could comfortably move around in the suit before the event. The fit looked great, but it was pretty fitted and the neck ended up feeling tighter and more uncomfortable than expected.

We met my stylist, Laila and she listened to what I didn't want, my budget, and got straight to work. She measured me, brought in a few dresses, undergarments to go with them, and even shoes. It really didn't take that long to find the perfect dress in my budget. The whole process was quick and painless...and this is coming from someone who hates clothes shopping. The best part about this experience was how everyone there respected my request. I wasn't looking for a 'Say Yes To The Dress' experience- actually, the opposite. The suit was ordered and scheduled to be delivered Thursday, which had FedEx tracking and email confirmation. When he went to pick it up Thursday evening, it was not there. Grandma's funeral is this Saturday in the Bay area. My husband flies out Friday morning to attend and now has no suit to wear despite spending 3 hours Sunday afternoon at a fitting. In what world is this acceptable? It seems they can't even keep track of orders that are shipped in, so go somewhere else. Save your money! Don't waste your time. They don't care about their customers. UPDATE* So my husband tried go pick up his suit again. Of course, they closed at 6pm on Memorial Day. We had called earlier that morning and the phone was cutting in and out. What we both heard the associate on the phone say was "Well since it's Monday..." and then it cut out so we just assumed it was normal Monday business hours because why else would you begin a sentence like that? What she should have said was "We close at 6 today." It's a holiday. Call any other place and that's how they respond. The lack of efficiency and unnecessary verbosity when it comes to service and communication in this location is beyond frustrating. My husband headed to the store after 6PM unfortunately. For the record, we live about 20 minutes away so it's a 40 minute round trip drive to go each time. So that's an hour and 20 minutes he has driven to still NOT HAVE A SUIT!! (Also gas is $6/gal) At this point, I feel like they should just give my husband his suit for free or perhaps he should return it because this is not how it should be!
