The original hometown metaphysical store. Which carries much love and grounding as soon as you walk in. That is where you truly should go. I've been a customer since 2007. It is very hard to find. It is actually a little gift shop at an indoor small shopping area. On second floor. The gems and geodes they have are on consignment and is only about 3 shelves on metal shelves about 1 X 3 feet each. They are very sweet and a very small business/ gift shop so just don't expect a lot of gems and crystals. It's more like an indoor swap meet.​ read more

Wonderful new store directly across the street from my favorite, Lady of the Lake. Gorgeous quality stones, polished and natural crystals, beautiful slices of vibrant stones, much to choose from. Pricier than Lady of the Lake, but very special in its own right. This store front has only been open for 2 months and is very worthy of a look-see. My daughter and I went to Bliss Crystal the day before her birthday, she asked me to take her to a rock and gem shop. While I have been to several around the state, this one was the most pleasant that I have gone to. It is nice, clean, well organized. There is no pressure from the people working there but they are obviously there to help and certainly available. LANA, LANA, LANA; unfortunately, I didn't have the pleasure of meeting you that day however, I did get a chance to observe the situation at hand that you commented on 13 days ago in regards to the "BEST" Cystal Bliss business in the Inland Empire and maybe even Southern California (my opinion). I feel like your story is embellished and really unwarranted for this particular situation and business that didn't deserve your derogatory energy/frustration/emotions that day. I recall a pleasant atmosphere (as normal) until you started projecting your tone in an aggressive manner and storming out. As we all know, everyone is entitled to thier opinion and feelings, but to try and discredit those (Cystal Bliss Staff) who provides "RED CARPET TREATMENT", if you will, to all customers on a continuous basis is just WRONG! I'm pretty sure the owner has been around for awhile and knows what she's doing when it comes to putting people in place to match her spiritual vision. Upon review of your post, I felt impelled to reply, which is something I've never done. I just believe in HONESTY and SERVICE to the people! Please allow me to take a positive approach with your comments: In this thing called life, there's human factors that play a major part in all of our lives on a consistent basis. If you really take a step back and think about it, you've been a loyalty customer for so long and have purchased such vast amounts of products from Crystal Bliss on several occasions which means something kept you coming back for more. I would say that Crystal Bliss staff is one of the reasons you kept coming back and entrusting in thier professional customer service. I would also say that there level of care and genuine knowledge of the product is contagious as well and nine times out of 10, it comes from the top (Crystal Bliss Owner). Please consider the fact that it's a business in todays economy that has to adjust with the inflation as well. Yesterday's price is not Today's price! Cards could be more. "Maybe" they've thrown a card in for you as well as others due to such huge purchases in the past, but that doesn't mean the cards doesn't cost. I'm pretty sure all past and present customers know that the cards can be purchased for $1.25 and the Cystal Bliss team didn't just pick you to pay $1.25. They have rules and regulations to follow. I personally was told about the cards the first day I bought something because i was also under the impression that the card was included. Eitherway, Crystal Bliss as a whole didn't deserve a one star review in my opinion based off of an off day you were having. There was no ill intent nor did the Crystal Bliss staff blow smoke in your face. I hope you find a crystal shop that meets your expectations. Stopped by this shop on our way home from our Mother's Day weekend. We met Debbie, the Reiki Healer, who was extremely helpful, kind, and interesting to talk with. The collection of stones is amazing. One of the best collections I've seen. The vibe in the store is spot on. I felt such a great energy in there, I didn't want to leave (sorry husband ). When I was finally able to on the 26th the online hours said open but when I arrived there was a sign (pictured below) that said they were closed for the holiday and would be open the 27th at 12pm. This is a very nice store with beautiful stones. I have been a customer of the online store for years, but did not realize until recently that there was a physical store to visit as well. I was in the area, so decided to check out the showroom. I brought my nephew and niece with me, and we enjoyed looking at all the displays and found stones that we really liked. We were looking around in the showroom when the owner (I think ) came in and asked us to shop silently so that they could come in and film a video. I thought it was a funny at the time, but I have to say that it made me feel just a bit less welcome and free to look around. read more

I think they need to change the hours to "temporarily closed" because online and on here it says they are open in which they are not. It's nice in there but the prices are WAYY overpriced. If you want tumbled stones, go to lady of the lake where they don't charge 5+ for a small tumbled stone. Very very overpriced...
