I don't recommend coming here. The energy is off and feels really cold in there. The girl's are not friendly at all. The girl's working here have really nasty energy. Every time I come in I spend $300-$600 and every time they would provide the info cards with each item but then recently one of the girl's started charging me for them without even telling me and was really rude about it and had such a nasty attitude and tried charging me for each one of them and I couldn't believe it because my total was over $500 and she had the audacity to charge me $1.25 for each info card. It's literally a joke. Who does that. Then today I came in spending over $500 AGAIN and the same girl was there standing next to the manager while she was ringing me up and instead of going to help all the customers that were waiting she started burning sage in my face and blowing the smoke to me it was honestly so rude I couldn't believe she had the audacity to do that too it seems like lack they lack professionalism and customer service and then her ego got in the way and she jumped onto the register that the manager was ringing me up on to make sure she entered the info cards as an extra item to make sure the manager charged me for each one which was just so weird. Her energy was so nasty and rude that girl has some serious ego problems and needs to seek help to heal her traumas before she scares all the loyal customers away. I was bummed to not purchase this time but her energy was so disgustingly nasty & mean I couldn't handle it I had to walk out of there. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE I WOULD RATHER DRIVE TO LOS ANGELES FOR THE BEST CRYSTAL SHOPS THAT ACTUALLY APPRECIATES AND RESPECTS THEIR CUSTOMERS than come here which is closer to me. Actually I just found out about lady of the lake in Temecula I just went there and they were so sweet and full of good energy so I recommend going there instead of Bliss Crystals. Don't support businesses like this it's very unfortunate that they're selling crystals and spirituality but yet they lack that energy within themselves. Honestly the owner should either consider firing those girls and hiring more professional staff or retraining them on how to provide excellent customer service or else they're going to continue to lose business and lose money if they keep treating their customers like that. read more

I feel the same way Shayna does in her comments. I was so excited to shop for the first time. After waiting outside for some time, the store only allowing a few people in at a time, I was finally let in. The girl working there was not friendly. She made me feel very uncomfortable with the way she instructed me on mask, gloves and hand sanitizer as I stepped inside. I then asked for some basic advice on some crystals, and unfortunately, she was either very unknowledgeable or unwilling to help; yet, proceeded to follow us around like we were criminals, making us feel very uncomfortable. Plus, I definitely felt pressured to hurry through the store, as more people were waiting outside the locked door. I also found the crystals to be a little overpriced, as well. The whole experience was disappointing. During these difficult times for local businesses, customer service goes a long way, in my opinion. read more

Beautiful crystals and displays. The ladies here are very nice and helpful. I love that the crystals are organized by color, makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I have picked up a few pieces that are not so easy to find and very pretty Citrine. I'm not sure where Citrine is sourced from, nor if it is heat treated, but a beautiful color and clarity for tumbled stones. Happiness through crystals, will be back. read more

I was so pleased and excited to find a shop with a beautiful collection and ability to order speciality items for you. Downside, it felt too gallery, unwelcoming, and seemed preferably not touchable. I was truly hurt when it came time for a staff meeting and was indirectly forced to leave...mid conversation. as someone who usually goes to lady of the lake i really enjoyed the different energy in Bliss Crystals. the two women who were there on my first visit were extremely kind and helpful. it is a little bit pricier than lady of the lake but i don't completely mind. the shop is beautifully organized and i felt very welcome. read more

This place is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! First off, let me say that the staff is so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The have such beautiful stones, crystals and some jewelry (bracelets, pendants and such) and there's something for every budget. The first room you enter as you come in the front door has all of the stones separated by type (crystal quartz, rose quartz, etc). The second room is organized by chakra and within each display there are a variety of stone and crystals for each chakra. My son wanted something special and after talking with Jan for a bit, she went into the back and grabbed several shark tooth necklaces that were perfect for him and what he could spend. My husband asked several questions about a stone he was drawn to and he was given a very thorough explanation of what it is, what it's used for, properties of it and what makes it special/unique. The store itself is super organized and clean and the displays are just gorgeous! The location is easy to find with ample parking right in front. I can't wait to go again! read more

We visited Bliss Crystals for the first time today. It is a nice, well organized store with beautiful displays. The prices seemed moderate. The reason for the poor review is due to the poor customer service that was exhibited. We were a group of 3 and we were the only customers in the store. There were 3 employees, one of which appeared to be the owner. None of them ever said a single word to us, no hello how are you, can I help you find something. We were browsing the store for at least 20 minutes, again not one word uttered in our direction. They only talked amongst themselves. It wasn't until we were walking out the door that someone spoke up and said goodbye. I chose to put the merchandise back that I had intended to purchase due to their lack of interest in our presence. I would expect more kindness and positive energy from people working in / owning a business centered around crystals and energy. We'll be taking our business to Lady of the Lake. Jan (the owner) is always warm and inviting. I received a beautiful pendant as a gift from here and had to come check it out.
