I love this local family owned jeweler's shop. They have both made a piece for me and done various repairs. In the past I brought some old gold pieces in to turn in and use the value towards a ring I had made out of my grandmothers stone. They were fair with the appraisal and credit. Today they repaired my cracked and worn wedding set, restoring it to its new beautiful state. All the staff is so nice, welcoming, and most importantly, honest. Worst jeweler ever!! Said they repaired my prong in my wedding ring, went back and was told he had to "re-build" the setting .. lost the entire setting including diamond less than 7 months later! They will not take responsibility for terrible work and are trying to charge me $1000 for a new diamond since I don't have paperwork for a ring that's over 20 years!! I absolutely love this family owned jewelry shop. I happened to find them on my way to TJ Maxx, and I"m SO glad I stopped in to check them out. My wedding rings needed a good cleaning and to be dipped into rhodium because they lost their luster. I had been getting quotes all over Temecula, and all these big stores wanted at least $50 per piece, with a turn around time of about 3 days because they had to ship my rings to another location. When I walked in this store, they quoted me $15 per piece, and a turn around time of 3 hours because they do all their work onsite! The owner asked me if I thought of getting my rings soldered, and I told him that I didn't want to because I was hoping to eventually get a new band since mine was too thick for my tastes. He told me I didn't need to get a new band, and that he would narrow my current band for me for a very nominal price. When it came time to get my rings, I was taken away. They looked BETTER than the day I got them. They were clean, sparking and my newly thinned band looked spectacular. I immediately took in my husband's ring to get it cleaned up, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for jewelry repairs, cleaning or purchasing! Took my wedding/engagement set in for a loose stone and they also notice the prong to my main stone was compromised. That could have been a VERY expensive loss. I also had them put a new stone in another ring that lost a diamond since the repairs were so reasonable. Repairs were done 2 days faster than quoted and my rings look nicer now than when I bought them. And the jewelry in this store is just to die for !!!!! no cookie cutter mall pieces here. This place is great! Took my wedding ring to be resized and have a baguette replaced that had fallen out. He was very knowledgeable about jewelry and he said they make 90% of the jewelery they have which is awesome. He noticed that one of my other baguettes was cracked and the gold around them had faded so I also had him fix that as well. I paid way less than I expected to pay, which was great! My ring looks brand new! They even told me if the find felt to loose or to tight after the resizing to bring it back in and they would adjust it for me. Awesome place and awesome people!
