I had a great experience with Top Dollar Gold Exchange. Tiffany and her team were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process of selling my gold jewelry. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. The process was straightforward, transparent, and stress-free. It's clear that they value their customers and operate with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Top Dollar Gold Exchange to anyone looking to sell gold or jewelry. I look forward to doing business with Tiffany and her team again in the future! Thank you for such a positive experience! read more

That's a great place if you want to get dollars for your weight. I wouldn't recommend it for a state or vintage jewelry or anything from serious value, but to get rid of some gold or silver that's not extraordinary and just get paid by the way it's a great place.! read more

Friendly owner. Purchased a bunch of costume jewelry that is in great condition. Great finds for $5-$15. Tons of real jewelry as well. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. read more

No question about Top Dollar being a five star business. I had bags of costume jewelry that was destined for a thrift shop donation. I pulled out a few pieces that I thought might be worth something and headed to Top Dollar, choosing this business because of the great experience we had several years ago. Once again, the service was professional and super friendly. They have a fair way of assessing the value of items and explain the process as they go. Read my original review to get more insight about the young gal who took over this business after her dad passed away. This is a success story of passing on a business to the next generation. The warm and welcoming friendliness of Tiffany and her fiancé will make you want to sit and stay a while. Support this small business owner who continues to service Temecula in the heart of Old Town! read more

Top Dollar Gold Exchange - It's not gold. They polished up this sentimental piece of mine and now I can tell it's silver! - Jewelry Near Me - Temecula, California

Selling my gold here was an excellent experience! Tiffany is an honest and fair person she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me! This was my first time selling my broken and unused jewelry and I had already been somewhere else the same day and was assured no one would give me more for what I had but I wanted more than one opinion and I'm glad I did because I felt Tiffany was much more honest which I greatly appreciated! I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you Tiffany! read more

Top Dollar Gold Exchange - Jewelry Near Me - Temecula, California

Super friendly and kind! Came in to sell jewelry, had no problem, quick, easy and cooperative for transactions!!

Wow. I was really surprised by this shop existing and I was even more impressed once I walked in, saw what they had, and saw the prices. First off, it's so rare to find "vintage jewelry stores." Which, is a shame. There's so much great jewelry out there that we humans have already stolen and pillaged from the Earth....so why not just buy second-hand jewelry to both save money AND help the planet? Needless to say, I was overjoyed to see a shop selling second-hand, already loved, vintage and antique jewelry. That was pretty cool! The shop itself is lovely. It's got a very cool old Western decor to it. One side is dedicated to silver and platinum jewelry and the other side to yellow gold and rose gold. I loved that the owner divided the jewelry by color like that because it made shopping easier for me. I only wear yellow gold, so I was able to see everything she was selling in one place rather than going on a scavenger hunt. She has lovely stuff. Diamond charm necklaces on cable chains. Adorable cottage core cameo earrings. Lockets with engravings in them! Tons of turquoise and jasper stuff. Really a marvelous collection. But the icing on the cake? Her prices! They were jaw-droppingly honest and fair. Definitely reasonably priced, fair market value. The owner even said something to me like "Why should I charge you more? I just go online and see what the average prices are for each item and I factor in the market value of gold and voila! I'm not trying to upcharge here." I love the necklace that I got and I will be back! read more

The owner was sooooo nice! We had a bit of trouble finding the place (because we were too busy sightseeing), but on the phone, she gave us point by point directions that led us right to the place. We've never sold gold jewelry before, but she gave us a cliff note version of how things worked...excellent. We looked around her really cute shop while she was assessing our jewelry; she then gave us an exact amount for our gold. Totally fair and surprising! We didn't realize how much our few trinkets were worth!!! We would definitely come back again!!! It was really fun and got awesome service : ) read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. First off, the owner is the sweetest person I have EVER met! You can tell she really loves carrying on her dad legacy of the business. She is very straight to the point, will not sugar coat it or low ball you. Was my first time selling gold and after going to three places, I ended up here because I felt like I was getting lowballed at the others and didn't have a good feeling. The minute I chatted with Tiffany I knew she was the one who was meant to have my grandmas jewelry/gold. She is amazing. 10/10 recommend this place!! read more

I had only a few pieces of gold to sell but the owner was very kind and helpful. She gave me even more than I was expecting and it was a great experience. I'll definitely be returning! read more

Owner Tiffany and associate Jake are incredible. I've sold them miscellaneous gold pieces 4 times in the past 18 months and they are always extremely helpful. Tiffany takes a lot of time testing each piece and is more than fair in her pricing. Jake is always smiling and is a wonderful conversationalist with an interest in creating his own line of jewelry. I always look forward to seeing them and enjoy hanging out, and of course, leaving with $$! If you are thinking about parting with any of your precious medal jewelry, take it to Top Dollar and get the most $$ for it. read more

Tiffany was amazing. She took her time to explain the process of evaluating and testing the gold jewelry I was interested in selling. She was upfront in letting me know her commission and the price per ounce she paid for gold. Although store hours are limited, I highly recommend Top Dollar Gold Exchange. read more

Tiffany is a real professional. If you need to sale any gold I highly recommend her. In and out quickly with the highest payout

Tiffany is the second-generation family member to run the business and does it with flair. Her consigned jewelry really caught our eye for its beauty and uniqueness. She offered me a nice discount on 2 other pieces I purchased - greatly appreciated! Her friendly service and knowledge will bring me back when in the area again. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with this little shop. Great experience and customer service! They had a great variety of vintage jewelry, with a lot of unique things, I could stay in there for hours. Plus the pricing was way lower than other second hand shops I've been to. Will be back anytime I'm looking for a gift for someone for sure. I ended up with a beautiful Tiffany & Co. that was a fraction of the original price. I'll definitely stop here next time I'm in town. read more

I decided to go in because of all the good reviews it had on yelp! I was in need of selling some old jewelry and gold and Tiffany was there to help me with everything! She actually recommended me to privately sell one of my items, being honest with me that I could get more money that way. It really shows how amazing she is that she considers the best way to get the most out of your jewelry. I did end up selling some gold but she also taught me quite a bit about how they test it and other interesting factors about jewelry! Absolutely recommend! Will definitely be going back around Christmas time to get some presents because she has some beautiful unique pieces! She also specializes in vintage items so if you're looking for something one of a kind she has it! read more

Great place to sell jewelry to! Very friendly and made better offers than some other places I was looking into.

Tiffany and Jake are AMAZING!!! I had called a few companies that purchase gold, but Top Dollar truly stood out from all the rest, literally within a minute on the phone call I was glad I'd called, Tiffany is in a class of her own, she's knowledgeable, kind and honest, i felt immediately comfortable and looked forward to coming into her store the next day. I'm planning a big Wild West birthday party for four of my family members having fall birthdays and needed some extra money to really make the party extra special. I gathered some gold jewelry and a couple of gold watches that I hadn't used in years and hopped in the car heading to Top Dollar. I was welcomed immediately and though they were taking care of another customer, I didn't mind waiting at all, it gave me some time to walk around the jewelry cases and see all the beautiful items. I also saw how incredible Tiffany and Jake treat their customers, with happy conversation and exceptional explanation of weight, costs, etc. Not only did my jewelry and watches bring me much more money than I expected, I also found a beautiful pendant and earrings I fell in love with while I was shopping around the store and Tiffany gave me a generous discount, too!! YAY!!! So I went home with plenty of money for the big party, and a birthday gift for myself, too!!! Win-win, they've made me a loyal customer of Top Dollar and I will be thrilled to tell my friends and family about Tiffany and Jake at Top Dollar--they are fantastic!!! :) Couldn't be happier!!! Thanks so much!!! read more

Recently had two teeth pulled.....yeah ouch! Both had gold crowns so I kept the crowns because they have $40 to 50 value each depending on gold prices. I looked around on my usual go to source, Yelp, for who buys gold near me....sure enough in Old Town Temecula there was Top Dollar Gold Exchange. Called them up and spoke with Tiffany. She confirmed they are still purchasing dental gold (14k). Tiffany knowing that close parking is slim pickings in Old Town directed me to a private lot next to thier bldg...how awesome was that! So I'm like five minutes away, so I drove right down. Tiffany greeted me and went to work weighing my old gold friends. After weighing she says she can give me 90 but rounded up to a $100! Awesome right. Took a tour around thier jewelry display, more items for women than men. Good place to shop for us men for our special person. They advertise giving you 10% more for your gold. I believe that. Service is outstanding I'll definitely be back! read more

Brought in a few pieces today (ok more than a few) and made a sale! Jacob was super helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He taught me how gold is tested and answered all my questions. He made me comfortable with my decision to sell and gave me a fair offer. I will be back again. read more

Tiffany is my girl ,she is soooo great and runs her place like no others around her. Her knowing her business means more cash in your pocket. Her friendliness ways of approaching you when walking into her shop you will never feel weird about asking her such things like can you check my items to see if there is gold or silver in them?. Or maybe you might want to browse her counters that hold all the treasures. Maybe some silverware you happen to have in your back pocket for some odd reason........ No problem. Tiffany is a real person that is there for her shoppers buyers and exchangers. Keep it up Tiff. So remember to make sure you put it on your maps for extra stops...., read more

Came in today to sell my bracelet, I went to numerous places that claim to "GIVE YOU TOP DOLLAR" but let me tell you, Tony lives by his name, he gave us a great deal for my gold! Customer service was such a delight, he seemed very well knowledged about the stock market and even showed us how much gold cost at that exact moment, No BSing us and weighs out our gold in front of us, unlike other places they take your gold and weigh it in the back. I definitely recommend to come here for the BEST DEAL!!! read more

My wife and I went into Top Dollar Gold Exchange and was greeted with a very friendly staff member. I don't recall her name but she was very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to this establishment for any more jewelry we might want to get rid of. Thank you again for treating us like we were special. Ron & Nancy read more

I saw the good reviews here on Yelp, so I decided to bring in some old dental gold from my family's estate. Tiffany explained the process, examined what I had, broke down the estimate, and gave me a very fair price for something that had been in a drawer for decades. As a long time resident of the area, I appreciate having a local business I can trust and rely on. Friendly, educational, and prompt - big city service with a small town touch. Tiffany and Jake, well done! I highly recommend. read more

I have been holding on to some of my late grandmothers jewelry for 20 years and decided it was time to do something with it. I'm Leary of gold exchange places but the overwhelmingly good reviews made this my first, and final stop. Tony's daughter, I believe her name is Tiffany, helped me and my boys. She was so friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. Tiffany went through the jewelry, separating the real silver, real gold, and costume jewelry. She tested the silver and gold right in front of us and explained each step in the process. She came up with a final price that I felt was incredibly fair. I decided not to sell it all and she did not pressure me at all. This was a great experience and I would not hesitate to return. read more

How sad. I had my mom go to this place with a quarter ounce + of a gold ring and for the more than 20 minute drive, I should have just sold it to the other 2 places who gave us an estimate value of $20 more in the town of Fallbrook. I read all these raving reviews about trustworthiness and integrity so I figured we'd get more than the mom and pop, hole in the wall places. Nope. We sold it to another jeweler for $35 more than what this place offered with no negotiations. I never enjoy writing bad reviews but what a disappointment and waste of gas and time. read more
