Not sure what the owner's name is, but she has a foul attitude. I wasn't even doing business with her, but I happened to be in the waiting area next to her shop because I was getting an oil change. She was gone for half of the time I was waiting, but when she returned back from her break, she began arguing with a different customer that was also getting an oil change. The customer, who happened to be an elderly woman, happened to put her drink down onto the counter, not thinking much of it. There are signs on the counter that state no food or water on the counter, but the elderly woman was spacing out and not thinking much of just setting her cup down onto the counter. When the owner came back, she rudely said to the other woman, "Can you read?" The elderly woman tried explaining that her cup wouldn't spill and that she didn't think much of her cup being set down on the counter. She then asks to speak to the manager and the owner starts raising her voice trying to defend her rude response to the elderly woman. The yelling continues back and forth, and even another customer getting an oil change has to try and intervene to defend the old lady because the owner was just yelling at everyone at this point. Even I tried to explain that she could've asked the elderly woman to remove her cup from the counter in a more respectful manner, but even she started yelling at me too, IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER MAN THAT WAS DEFENDING THE OLD LADY AS WELL!! I've never done business with her, but after experiencing this, I know I will never want to come anywhere near this corner of the shop when I get my oil changed again. read more
