Very friendly upon entering. Very fair and accurate pricing. Would have liked to learn a little more about their testing equipment but they were very professional and fast at what they do. I'll be back when gold/silver prices go up. read more

I walked in to try and sell Some jewelry. Although they could not accept what I had, she was very friendly, and I felt welcomed. They had a nice security system in place too. read more

Went in with 10 Morgan silvers in U-AU with multiple mint marks including the 87S, 97S, 78S, (choice) with 81S, 85O, 89P,90S,98P, 96P,85P--all in plastic rounds, stored for years. His offer was $49 each disregarding condition and mint marks saying demand was low. Evidently he felt secure thinking I was ill informed BUT not after 40 years of collecting---he read me wrong; beware. read more

I highly recommend Sun City Coin! The staff is incredible knowledgeable, honest and friendly. They have tons of options for coins and other Estate related pieces. They also purchase Gold.. which was a pleasant surprise, since I had a collection of broken bracelets. Their exchange rate was great and yes, their scale is accurate! This is an amazing place with wonderful deals. Stop by for a quick visit.. you will love it here. read more

Thank you so much for being honest! Can't trust many people in today's society but you can trust Randy and his family at sun city coin, they also paid the HIGHEST price for silver in the IE. not only that, I thought I had a small portion of a particular metal and they corrected me and paid me more. You've won me over and I will definitely do business with you again! Plus they have all kinds of cool stuff, check it out read more

We've come here a few times and have always had great service and great prices. Christina helped us this last time and she was very friendly, helped fast. A great spot read more

These people are the biggest rip off I've ever seen do not take anything there they pay the lowest of anywhere . They offered me $500 less than another coin shop . I can see a few bucks less but $500 give me a break that's Highway robbery . I can just imagine the countless number of people they do this to on a daily basis I always thought they were Fair but I was wrong I came to figure they shorted me about $10,000 so far read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! After shopping around some of the local jewelers/dealers in the area, I ended up selling them a handful of gold, a bunch of silver coins, a few watches, etc. They were extremely professional, fair prices, good communication, they had the top of the line advanced evaluation tools which really helped the process. They simply know how to do business, very clear on why they have been around so long in this location. The owner ended up getting involved in our transaction and was also very kind and pleasant. In a sea of thieves in the buying business, this place really stood out as one I would recommend for anyone to do business with. They also have a bunch of cool antiques and collectibles for sale. GO CHECK EM' OUT! read more

Awesome staff, great service! The most fair bullion dealer Ive found to work with and a good selection

Best coin shop in the area. Very good collection and great pricing on gold and silver. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

I was here a couple years ago and liked it. I was driving by and went to look again. Lots of loose coins I got to sort through. Ivan at the counter was very patient with me. Ended up buying a couple dozen coins. A fun morning. I'm going to make a point to come back soon. read more

See all

First time going to a local coin store. I was very relieved to know there was a local precious metals dealer in my area. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Ivan pointed me right away to their selection of generic silver rounds that were being offered well below spot. As far as silver is concerned, this store has their prices very competitive versus what the major bullion dealers are offering. And I'm sure it's the same with the rest of what they're offering. read more

Looking to stack gold or silver? Save yourself the headache and go to Sun City Coin. Ask for Christine or Ivan. They are hands-down the most helpful experts in the game and will hunt down the best deal for your budget. 10/10 recommendation for anyone from beginners to pros! read more

Christina was a big help very patient made for a great experience will be back for more silver

I have recently visited this shop three times and have been very happy with each encounter. The staff members who have helped me (Ryan, Christina, and the owner, Randy) have been friendly, efficient, and professional. They are definitely more courteous and knowledgeable than what I've found in all of the other local shops. They're also much more straightforward about prices and genuinely act like they value their customers. A bonus is that there is ample parking close to the store, and when inside, I've always felt safe and never rushed. It's very easy to give Sun City Coin five stars! read more

First of all... I do not know why my location is shown as San Francisco...and I cannot change it. Re: The shops response: The manager Randal is showing HIS true colors... using a slight of hand by changing the layout of their yelp page with an old photo not showing the current people working there (and I said "I think" re: tattoos and stand on that), or highlighting a user name as not one's legal name; speaks volumes to the cultural tactics routinely used when one is being held accountable. Not to mention I am not the only person who has reviewed re: discrimination and racism. ADDITIONALLY, which one is it? I'm not a real customer or I was only there 30mins???? I just lied and it happens to correspond with someone that actually was in your shop? Interesting that I had, from who I was told was the manager (a female), call me shortly after my review posted to ask if there was anyway I would remove it. We had a very long conversation. She professionally listened to my complaint (But then again, she wanted something). I considered it and after a long thought, I let the truth ride. Hence, we now have Randal. That is to say: THEY ARE VERY AWARE I was serious about my post and I am a real customer. These people are proving unethical. Randal, produce the unedited (we know you lie) footage of my stay in your shop. And, I will add here the check (Which I will now consult to see if it was even legal to purchase the minerals in such a manner. Would you allow a customer to buy from you with a check?????????!!!!!!!!!! That you have to wait FIVE days for it to clear?????????!!!!!!!) AGAIN...As a member of the Riverside Black Chamber of Commerce...I will do EVERYTHING in my power to drive business AWAY from Sun City Coin. Black, White or indifferent. YOU lied on the wrong one. Instead of being humble (if my impression was wrong) and doing better. TYPICAL!!!!!! My TONE and stance STAYS!!! Rejection of the same does not reality make! I'll be back with a copy of the check. Heck why wait for what can be done NOW! (note: assuming since it was not my personal check, there is no copy of THEIR check in my history. I will consult my bank to obtain. However, the $8k check with the $2k cash I was given (I pressed for) is what is reflected. Monies that stayed in their account 5 days more collecting interest and my precious minerals they had at their disposal to sell for 5 days, for free! Treating me like the darkie I am. Say I'm lying Randal so I can drag you more). Meanwhile, your turn, Randal...post the CCTV footage! DON'T chance it. Do not let this be your experience and do NOT support a company that treats the surrounding community/customers as such then lies about it! read more

From the moment we walked in the shop woman was rude. We had our hats on from the rain and we're going to take them off but she kept telling us to take off our hats. Never gave us a chance to take it off. She was very rude every sentence she spoke with us. Very quick to respond, this woman, I'm sorry for my language, and I don't meet many like her, she was not very nice at all. She was hostile demeanor and an attitude while she spoke. read more

Owners are very good people. Very honest and patient with customers. They have a nice variety of items for sale.

Great place, but didn't like that they make you take off your hat. It seemed extremely odd considering they have cameras everywhere.

Excellent customer service and they answer all my questions and help me on everything I need it.

they made me a super low offer on my gold coins. then started yelling at me to sell them on EBay if I don't like the offer. I sold online to apmex for hundreds of dollars more than sun city coins offer. always good to get multiple offers. read more

I almost didn't come here because of the reviews. Some were good some were bad however I decided to give them a shot and bring some broken, scrappy gold I've collected over the years. Christina helped me and she was the easiest to get a long with (down to earth) She tested and weighed my gold quickly and efficiently. I got some big bucks for items I kept in a box for years! We drove here from out RV site in Menifee, just to be turned away because my wife has a head covering. First she had a hat, and she was turned way.. she then went in put a scarf over her hair..and was turned away again. Keep in mind her face itself was in full view, not obscured in any way.. but due to our faith as Hebrew my wife keeps her head covered in public. I feel this business is violating our religious rights by refusing entry and services due to head coverings. read more

Sun City Coin Gold & Silver - thumbs down..we won't be back - Jewelry Near Me - Menifee, California

Hello my name is Carol I want people to be aware of the discrimination that I face today at Randy's Sun City Coin . I was told that everyone entering the store had to remove their hats. I told the lady that this is a Turban and I was a Cancer patient and did not feel comfortable in public with my Bald head, I pulled the turban back so she could see. She said it does not matter it's for everyone. I feel it was not the Turban but the color of my skin, I am a black women. So me and my husband had to leave the store not being allow to look around. I am 61yrs old and my husband is 64. We did not have hoodies or hats on. There was a gentleman also that watched our every move. This is clearly discriminatory! read more
