Re: The shops response: The manager Randal is showing HIS true colors... using a slight of hand by changing the layout of their yelp page with an old photo not showing the current people working there (and I said "I think" re: tattoos and stand on that), or highlighting a user name as not one's legal name; speaks volumes to the cultural tactics routinely used when one is being held accountable. Not to mention I am not the only person who has reviewed re: discrimination and racism. ADDITIONALLY, which one is it? I'm not a real customer or I was only there 30mins???? I just lied and it happens to correspond with someone that actually was in your shop? Interesting that I had, from who I was told was the manager (a female), call me shortly after my review posted to ask if there was anyway I would remove it. We had a very long conversation. She professionally listened to my complaint (But then again, she wanted something). I considered it and after a long thought, I let the truth ride. Hence, we now have Randal. We drove here from out RV site in Menifee, just to be turned away because my wife has a head covering. First she had a hat, and she was turned way.. she then went in put a scarf over her hair..and was turned away again.
