I have been here twice now looking for a specific necklace a Franco 16 inch. I still haven't found it yet. But... the customer service here is great. I will definitely keep coming back until I find it. They also have another lovely piece that I want that includes earrings and a matching necklace that is almost an Indian style for $550 but that is a bit steep for me for an impulse buy. It brings me joy but I am not ready for that yet. read more

OK being honest, pawnshops are usually sleazy tacky places that have an element of creepy. This one is not! The guy that runs it is super nice. He was helpful and loaned me a good amount on my jewelry, more than I asked for actually. I just met him, but I trust him. I will do business here again in the future, and recommend this place. Very down to earth, and honest costumer service. Which is rare for a pawn shop. I've come here twice. Once when I lost my job and needed fast cash to buy food for my family and again when my son saved enough money to buy a computer he saw. Both times we were treated very well. Hemet Pawn is,by far, my best experience withxealinv with pawn shops. Rob assisted me with some jewelry I brought in to sell.
