I have been going to community pawn for many years. I have tried other pawn shops in the past but none come close to the service you recieve at community pawn. Isaiah and Jennifer has always went above and beyond to help and paid more than any of the others that I had used before finding community pawn. They are very friendly and happy to help. I would not go anywhere else. They have reasonable prices and service you won't find anywhere else. read more

When I visited recently, the staff was so welcoming and pleasant. They have quite a few good items too.

The service is amazing and it couldn't be any clearer than it is with the kindness and respect They give every single customer ! People are treated as individuals And you would never know that you were in San Jacinto ! They work with you and your needs And you could tell exactly how your experience is going to be By the way that you are greeted immediately when you walk in ! They have a fantastic selection of tools and their jewelry couldn't be any better from their fantastic prices on silver to the amazing quality and beautiful pieces of gold ! They have had my business for years and one of the first things I noticed was the love and kindness they showed my children When they were just toddlers That same love and kindness is shown today now that they are preteens! read more

I rate this place first class JEN is a great person very friendly very easy to work with they take silver and I found him at pawn doesn't take it and they're a little bit more strict on what they take at Hemet pawn. This is why I suggest community pawn they work with you. They're willing to make a deal with you a lot better than Hemet pawn does. I definitely give a better referral for community pond then Hemet pawn read more

I have used their pawn services many times in the past and have always been completely satisfied. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I would recommend this business to anyone. read more

I cannot state this enough, this new woman at this pawn shop is crooked, she's rude, arrogant, and hateful. I have no idea where she came from but I guarantee she will cause this pawn shop to go out of business. they have jacked up the prices of their merchandise, lowered the price of pawns, and customer;s selling merchandise. 16yrs. I've gone to this pawn shop and spent several thousand dollars over the years. They have just lost my business. read more

We came into this pawnshop today looking for a Franco cut 16 inch necklace. We were immediately greeted by Josh who was just the sweetest guy. Isaiah and Jen were also there. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I have never been here before but I felt like by the time I left like I made new friends. There is an amazing necklace I saw but I would be afraid of getting attacked on the streets for it. Thank you all for the great customer service and the great chat. I appreciate you all. read more

This place is like Heaven on earth they are very fair and knowledgeable prices are very reasonable and the manager I can't remember his name but he's honest and humble something you don't find these days and last but not least they have an outstanding inventory of lots of items would recommend to all go stop by and see what they have to offer read more

Went here looking for gold bracelets. The staff here was very polite and helpful. I found two really pretty bracelets. I only have them for stars because they didn't have much to choose from read more

The guys that work here are really friendly and helpful. There is also a wheel that first time customers can spin and win prizes (free dvd, hair cut, blu ray, etc.) They also offer lay away which is handy for big ticket items that you are worried will sell before you get the cash together. They have a pretty large selection of tools (power and hand tools) and TVs. They also have a bunch of acoustic and electric guitars and amps. I highly recommend them. read more

This was hands-down, the nicest shop I've ever been in. The place itself is super clean and comfortable and excellent, but it is the people working in it that sets apart from anyplace else. These guys are so laid back and friendly, you feel right at home immediately! When I made an mistake with what I bought, and they did everything possible to accommodate me. I just can't emphasize enough, go here first, give these folks your business, and you'll probably be like me, looking for a reason to go back. Wish I could give 6 stars :) read more

Awesome service! These ppl actually try and help you rather than get over on you. Been doing business with them for over 2 yrs and is the only place I go. Give them a look, I bet your gonna find something to take home! read more
