I love this shop. I've been going here for years. My favorite people are Alex (Who I called Angel for months lol :O in my defense he never corrected me, but I'm sorry) and Sammy!! Hubby and I bought our wedding rings from here at a great price and they've lasted. The best day to go is Saturday for more selection. I have also gotten jewelry fixed. I've gotten an earring turned into a necklace charm. I've had an adjustable bracelet with that ball that tightens but eventually would slide down, turned into a bracelet with a clip instead, and multiple rings resized The jeweler does great, flawless, work and works SO fast! Also, I once saw an item online that was at the hemet store and they were kind enough to bring it to the Perris store, the same day, for me to purchase. They pay for gold not gems or diamonds as many pawn shops do, no surprises there. I do find it weird that I have bought under $800 worth of jewelry and got free jewelry cleaner solution but I bought $2k worth of jewelry like last month and the lady at the counter wouldn't give me free jewelry cleaner solution :( - maybe that's up to the salesperson ? Idk what's up with that lol The jewelry cleaner solution has their logo on it and it leaves the jewelry so clean, fresh and sparkly!!! Very poor customer service and professionalism. Especially the short blonde lady that's probably in her mid 50's and the tall dark Hispanic male with his hair comb forward. They made a low offer on my sunglasses, claiming recent sales supported it, but when I checked myself, the items were selling for much more. They couldn't provide proof and then changed their offer within minutes. Overall, the experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this place. As a new investor of sliver I don't know much about prices and quality, I noticed they had a bunch of silver 1oz coins varied in quality and make stupidly I was very interested. they worked with me on the prices but not by much but good enough to get my sale, purchased about 45oz. Little did I know that I over pay by like $6 a coin if not more at a loss of $600+ this was confirmed by 2 different coin dealers Sun city coins and jewelry and all valley coin and jewelry in Temecula Ca. This is all taking in consideration drop in price as of silver spot price value. Sun city pawn will not refund my heavy over priced purchase that was bought just a little bit over 1 month ago. However, they are so used to dealing with desperate people they offer nothing for valuable items. I went in with diamond pendants and they tried to offer 115. So then they can sell it for more. This place has always surprised me with how well they treat the customers. I've dealt with them for years, and it always amazes me how much they pay for items - it's well more than other places I've seen. They do everything they can for their customers, and go well out of their way to verify the legitimacy of what they sell. Definitely recommend this place if you're in a bind, or just shopping. Pat & Pattie can't do enough for their customers and Mike seriously knows his watch repair business and has the greatest atttude when we had a Rolex fixed and jeweler cleaned he checked all the prongs and condition of every pieces while we waited... also checked out a lot of the prices and there's nothing there that you would be ripped off buying.......I wife and I are so happy we found a place that we trust and that they really care about their customer can't say enough for him truly a five star. They tried to tell me a bag was fake when it was bought in the actual authentic store. They didn't even take the time to do the authentication test! I went somewhere else and it PASSED!
