It came with an appraisal stating a value of $14,000. Shortly after, I returned to have the ring resized and was told they also buy gold and jewelry. I brought in additional items and was given store credit. Later, I returned to use the remaining credit and was told by the owner that I had no credit left and would have to pay again. There was no clear record provided, no transparency, and no effort to resolve the discrepancy. I was essentially told the credit didn't exist anymore, and I had no documentation to challenge it at the time. In 2026, I scheduled an appointment to sell the same ring back to them. I clearly stated on the phone that I was bringing in a ring originally purchased from their store. When I arrived, they inspected it along with the appraisal, then told me they were not buying diamonds due to market conditions and lab-grown diamonds affecting resale value. This should have been communicated when I made the appointment. Instead, I wasted time going in for a meeting that should never have been scheduled. Overall, my experience with this business has been inconsistent, poorly communicated, and unprofessional. While they do carry attractive jewelry, I personally do not trust their business practices or transparency.

Amie said by text she wasn't very busy and she could come by to preview the estate when I was in town this week. I communicated all of this to Amie and she said she's could meet me. Well, I just called her now to arrange a specific day/time and she said she's so busy, she doesn't have time to stop by to look at the stuff, even though I'm in town for the next 5 days. She sent me a couple of websites to find someone else. Needless to say, it really sucks to have to start all over again! I do find it weird that I have bought under $800 worth of jewelry and got free jewelry cleaner solution but I bought $2k worth of jewelry like last month and the lady at the counter wouldn't give me free jewelry cleaner solution :( - maybe that's up to the salesperson ? Idk what's up with that lol The jewelry cleaner solution has their logo on it and it leaves the jewelry so clean, fresh and sparkly!!! Pricing for jewelry and for fixes is always straightforward, never had issues with that. Anyways, Love the selection, variety of the pieces sold and the nice guys.
