This is my favorite Marshall's. They have a great selection, it's clean and organized, and the staff is so nice and helpful. If I ever see something on social media I have a good chance of finding it here. My daughter and I had seen this gingerbread outfit with a matching purse that she really wnted. I searched several Marshall's and no luck. When I came to this Marshall's they had it! My daughter was so happy. But the purse was missing. The staff told me they had seen it and searched for it but couldn't find it. They took my contact information and contacted me to let me know they found it. We now have the complete set. Very well-stocked and organized! They're always stocking new items and the prices are very reasonable! Their shelves and racks are practically spewing with so many items. They definitely keep up with the holidays and trends by displaying them near the front entrance. Ranging from makeup to household items, they offer a variety of brands so there'll definitely be something you like. Marshalls of Murrieta has never ceased to amaze me with their outstanding customer service and selection of goods to purchase. The associates, whether they are new or have been working here for a long time, have always been nice, friendly, and courteous whenever I visit this location. It is always as if I walked into a second home and this is one the many reasons why I am always coming back to this location :) I have been visiting this location for years and not once have I been disappointed with the associates and the store in general. If I have had any disappointments with times I have visited Marshalls of Murrieta, its when customers are blatantly rude to the associates when all they're trying to do is help. I've taken a look at the negative reviews this Marshalls has gotten throughout the years and these people are clearly "Karens." Their comments are absolutely revolting and they should be ashamed of themselves for how rude they are. These negative individuals need to understand that not everyone is a super hero so don't expect 100% perfection. Things happen, especially when they're not in the individual's control. When I first learned we were getting a Marshalls in town, I was pretty happy. The quality of finds are always good at most Marshalls I've shopped. This one took a dump really quick... the store is often messy, the management that once was friendly, suddenly became not only rude, but unprofessional at times. I will give credit, where credit is due... there are a handful of employees that are nice... a couple that have always stood out; a gentleman that I believe is an assistant manager, Tony he has always gone above and beyond with customer service, and very professional. Another is a female by the name of Ariana, she's always sweet and extremely professional. Lastly one that I miss seeing around there, Lisa, she was a sweet older lady She would always stop to ask if we were finding everything okay.. she's missed. Due to the unprofessionalism, I've stopped shopping here on a regular basis.. it's been well over a couple of months since I've purchased anything from this location. That is a huge change from the days when I use to shop here on the daily. I've attached. This is absolutely the WORST Marshalls ever!!! They must really be hurting for money because they'll make very excuse possible not to return your merchandise!! The first time I went in there a couple of weeks ago to return something and the manager " Marina" ( which by the way, fits her perfectly ) told me I couldn't get cash back since it was paid for with a debit card, she said she could only give me store credit- when I explained to her that I no longer had the debit card, she said all she can do is give me store credit , then I asked is that just your store policy, because all the other Marshalls will give you cash back if you paid w/debit, then she rolled her eyes and said then take it back to the Lake Elsinore store where you bought it. WOW!!! Great customer service!!!!! So then the other day, I made the mistake of going in there again to return something and the lady that was helping me was about to return my stuff then Marina walks up and says something in her ear ( very professional btw) , she obviously remembered me from the last time so now she's going to harass me- so then the lady tells me -she'll be right back - so I thought here we go again, sure enough, she comes back and says that she can't return the item because " it's not in their system " I said what does that even mean? Then she said well I looked up the tag and we don't carry it at our store because different Marshalls carry different things- then I said yea, but I have the receipt, then she said yea we can't return it, so then of course Marina comes over to put her 2 cents in and says yea you'll have to return it at the Lake Elsinore store and I thought, well that's odd because I bought it at the Corona store. Total idiots - these people. Then she tells me to ask for the manager there and tell her that Marina sent me- WTF?!?! Like who the hell does this bitch think she is She swears like she's the owner of the store!!!!! First of all, I didn't even buy the stuff at the Lake Elsinore store, second of all, I can return my stuff at any damn Marshalls I want -( except for this store obviously). They get ZERO STARS!!!! This Marshalls is starting to get better and better each month. I was disappointed in it when it opened but I guess I can't be too picky because I realize they need to get off the ground when it's a new location. My favorite thing to do at Marahalls is pick through the clearance and when they were a new store they didn't have much clearance but now I'm seeing more and more which is great. So glad we have one in murrieta now so I don't have to travel so far! Ps. Bathrooms need more TLC. read more

Note. Just because of all these covid and other viruses are spreading around, doesn't mean people should lose their decency for their fellow human beings. If you are sick, or unwell you should stay home until you're feeling better. I think people believe these masks are going to save them from practically everything, even when they are sick wearing one they can still be spreading their germs around, so just because you're virtue signaling to the world how great you are, you can still be doing more harm than good, but as long as you have that mask on you're saving people! You see how bizarre that is. Btw, I'm not opposed to masks. I wear one everyday while I'm out doing errands. I think some people would like to imagine that these masks protect them, though, it's a false sense of security and it simply doesn't protect you. It may prevent some of your germs from spreading, but that's it. It doesn't do anything else unless it's an N95 mask since viruses are literally microns. read more

This review is for the woman cashier that was all happy and smiles - as long as you were buying and not returning an item!!! As soon as I walked up to the register and she saw the return bag, her smile completely went away. Her demeanor changed. Her whole attitude changed. She was a real bitch, in other words! The sad part was the manager was right there and apparently didn't notice anything or was just ignoring her behavior. She smirked at me when I was trying to explain why it didn't fit. On 6/10/19 at 10:37 I went shopping for the first time at this location, I was with my 3 granddaughters I am handicap so I use the shopping cart to help me walk and a employee plowed into me with a broom she was sweeping and didnt even say excuse me, another employee came out with a cart of go backs and almost ran me over. And the check out women got all snooty cause my granddaughters paid for their orders separately because they had their own money. I will not be going back to this location ever again. read more

I visited for the first time today. The store is a little smaller then other locations, however, it was cleaned and organized. It was pretty busy inside, and some rude customers who have no patience trying to get that deal. HAHA. I visited the pet section, found a really nice dog bed for significantly lower price then websites I have been viewing. The prices are great and they have mostly brand name items. When I got to checkout I didn't have to wait. I really like the way we all wait in one line and the next available clerk can assist you. This avoids issues one checker may have with a difficult customer the line moves smoothly. I was in line for less then a minute. The young man who assisted me was friendly and professional. I've been in this store off and on since it opened. I agree with the other reviewers who say it's getting better. However, since when is it ok for an employee to wear shorts? Not just shorts, but very short shorts! It's gross. The other day this same girl (red head who's almost always up front) wore a WAY-too short dress. She bent over while I was paying and I saw entirely too much. Why is there no dress code? I see all the other employees wearing jeans or pants but she seems to either not care about any dress code, or she's given special rules. It's unappealing, unprofessional, and very unnecessary to have to see. If I want my boyfriend (or myself) to see that kind of dress I'll take him to a strip club. I was there on the 3 rd day after they opened up. After waiting about 10 minutes in line, walked up to the cashier and he couldn't accept my debit card saying their device is not working, so I was asked to pay in cash which I did no have on me. They did not bother to make an announcement to all the customers waiting in line all this time that they can only take cash payments. Then, the supervisor offered to hold my items until the next day. Ok, well I had no other option then come back the next day. But my bad experience does not end there... Next day I show up to pick up my items . The same lady, supervisor, stated they don't have my items on hold... what???? she was the one that offered to hold it until the next day..so how is that ok???She didn't even bother to apologize. First, you made me wait in line all that time without announcing only cash payments were accepted, then you promise to keep my stuff on hold until the next day which they were not on hold when I came back, seriously, the worst customer service ever. read more
