I recently visited Lululemon at Promenade Temecula and had a really enjoyable shopping/browsing experience. Parking was convenient thanks to the large mall parking lot but you would have to walk 5 minutes to get to this store. They do have street parking up front but it is always taken! Inside, the store had a clean, modern, and well-organized layout that made browsing easy. The staff greeted me as I entered the store and told me their ongoing sales. They were friendly, knowledgeable about sizing and fabrics, and quick to offer assistance without being pushy.comfortable. I looked at their Align Leggings and ABC Pants. The quality of the fabric was nice and comfy but the fit was too snug for me. As a plus size, it is hard to fit into tight materials so the elasticity was nice.Then you look at the price tag and it's quite high when compared to other brands. Then I went over to the accessories section and found some cute bags which can work as mini purses. They even have shoes and tumblers for sale. I didn't buy anything at this visit as the pricing was a bit much but I do see the hype in the style and material and the fashion this brand provides. I had two completely different experiences at this store within the same week. On May 9th, right before Mother's Day, Valerie and Angelica gave me amazing customer service. They were kind, welcoming, gave genuine styling advice for my height and body type, and even wished me a Happy Mother's Day. They made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer, which is why I returned a second time. Unfortunately, my visit on May 11th between 6-7:10 PM was one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I've had. I came in shopping for my birthday with my infant in a stroller and was repeatedly approached by employees in a way that felt more suspicious than genuinely helpful. While I was trying on clothes and taking care of my daughter in the fitting room. It was taking me longer than normal because again, my infant was in there with me, and I was really indecisive of the clothes I was trying on. I noticed employees repeatedly watching the bottom of my stroller and belongings very obviously. After stepping outside briefly to throw away my daughter's diaper, I walked back in and overheard an employee with short curly brown hair and glasses say over the mic, "she's walking back in," which immediately made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. The overall energy from several employees felt cold and judgmental rather than welcoming. Even though multiple employees asked if I needed help, when I actually asked questions their responses felt irritated and dismissive. One male employee responded to a simple leggings question in a condescending tone by pointing to the tag instead of actually listening to what I was asking. At that point, I no longer felt like a valued customer -- I felt watched. I ended up leaving without buying anything because the atmosphere became so uncomfortable. I also spoke to the manager, Taylor, afterward, but the conversation felt dismissive rather than understanding. Instead of acknowledging how the employees' behavior came across, the focus was placed on store policies and "body language." I've worked retail before, so I understand loss prevention, but there's a clear difference between being observant and making a customer feel targeted. What's disappointing is that this store clearly has employees capable of providing excellent service, as Valerie and Angelica proved during my first visit. But the staff working during my second visit created an environment that felt unwelcoming, judgmental, and uncomfortable enough that I no longer wanted to shop there. Overall I think the store could benefit from touching up on customer service training and teaching about unconscious biases as well. read more

I love this location because it's well organized and sales associates are so kind and helpful making it easier to shop and enjoy it too. This location isn't big. It's clean and has some good options. We purchased some items and ended up returning one. The return was super easy to do. The dressing rooms are in the back and there's a clearance rack back there so it's a snug fit. Either way, we've been able to find what we need when we've gone in. The staff is helpful. The register is also staffed with friendly people. Ultimately, getting what we need is no problem. The prices are high, but we were told if something rips we could bring it in to get repaired or exchanged for a new item. I thought that was a fantastic benefit for the price you pay. read more

I bought 2 leggings to this store and both of them are hem.one they mail it to me and one I pick up at promenade mall in Temecula .The sales person the cashier did not tell me in beginning that I can't exchange the leggings . I bought the leggings on April 4 and exchange the one legging to the store that I bought and never said I can't exchange it.so I got first one exchange and paid 53 Dollars and 29cents for exchange. Both of the leggings are hem already.so i came today April 20 to the store to exchange my other legging because it doesn't fit right.The manager name Taylor and cashier said that I can't exchange it why they let me exchange the first one but the second legging i cant.what kinda bullshit policy is that.I have my receipt .I never used it yet I have the tag still.They let me exchange the first on April 7.Taylor the manager at promenade mall Temecula .Lululemon store needs to go back to school for management class. Lululemon has slowly but surely become a staple brand name in my wardrobe. I first heard about it from a friend 2 or 3 years ago. She couldn't stop talking about it and how awesome it is. I didn't understand the hype. I buy my workout clothes from everywhere and across many price ranges. Enter another friend of mine who is equally, if not more obsessed than my first friend. After a while, I caved and came to this brick and mortar at The Promenade Mall in Temecula. I told myself I was just going to look around, but whatevaaa!! We all KNOW wtf happens, lol. I think I walked out with 3 things that day. Fast forward about 2 years, and here I am, checking their website every so often and occasionally returning to this store to check out any new loot. Everyone knows this is a premium brand, and the prices do reflect the quality. I have never bought a pair of leggings from the store, but they offer hemming services if you need that done. Proceed to the back of the store near the fitting rooms, and an "educator" will be able to assist you. I now own a few pieces, and my most recent find in-store was definitely meant to be, just for me! The prices on these luxury clothing and accessory items are on the high end. I still don't fully get the hype because I have similar items from various other places, and they have held up well over the last 3 years. They all look brand new, too. I guess it depends on how you wash your stuff because that total makes a difference! Overall, Lululemon gets a solid 4 stars. If you do visit this location, Brent is wonderful and provides excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience. Everyone else has been nice, too. Don't forget to add your military or first responder I.D. to your account to slash 15% off their regular and sale prices both in-store and online. The lady working the dressing rooms advised they run big and just to try on the smaller size. She was so right fit was perfect. I've always felt intimidated to walk into this store knowing that prices are on the higher end in my opinion. I've tried to avoid going in so that I wouldn't be tempted. A new friend of mine kept raving about Lululemon so I finally decided to just go in to find out what all the hype was about. When I went in no one really helped me but I also like my space too especially because I was just checking it out. I was unsure if I was really going to purchase anything. I saw other customers being helped but when I was ready for a fitting room. Noelle (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) set me up with a fitting room. I tried on the align pants and tank. When I put it on, I couldn't believe that the hype was real and that it really felt buttery soft. I really try to only buy things that are on sale and to not pay full price. But after trying it on, I felt it was worth it. THE HYPE IS REAL. When I went to the register, Angela was working the front register. She was so nice and fun to talk to. I shared my initial concerns of price and how I changed my mind after trying it on. She shared that it is pricey but also worth it because Lululemon really stands by their products. She said you can bring your item in for repair. They will see what they can do for you at the store and if not they send it out. She also mentioned that if you are a member (it's free to sign up) that they do offer complimentary hemming on tops and pants at all their stores. As a member you can always exchange final sale items! That is huge for me because I am such a commitment phobe and change my mind all the time. I had a great experience shopping in store and love my new clothes. When I got to my car and looked at my receipt I noticed a that the align tank that I purchased which was a sale item did not ring up for the price that it was marked down on the tag. I called because I didn't have time to go back. The representative that answered the phone, I didn't get her name but she was also amazing. She looked up my receipt, that's another cool thing. Lululemon emails you a copy of your receipt. She asked what item it was and when I told her the align tank she immediately knew that it was from the sale rack. She was able to fix the price for me and take care of the adjustment. I received the emailed receipt of the price adjustment. She really made it convenient and easy for me. BTW, I went on a Saturday and on Yelp it said they closed at 7pm so I was rushing thinking they were closing. I believe Angela said they close at 9pm that day. To sum it up: Great products and service. I recommend checking it out. I will definitely be coming back for sure. read more

Probably one of the nicer locations I've frequented, customer service wise...and I've had my share of some pretty snotty service at several other locations so this speaks volumes. Lululemon is my workout gear of choice as Fitness is one of my professions and I need gear that's going to last. My favorites are the Speed Tights that compress and are nice and thick. I ended up buying 2 pairs because I loved them so much and they continue to never fail me. I wish I got the name of the gentleman helping me that day but he was fantastic! I had already picked up what I wanted but the co-habby had his eye on some cycling pants. He not only made recommendations but went out of his way to look through the racks to see if they had another in his size and offered to check other stores for him. Definitely a first for Lululemon...at least for me! The gal who rang me up was a total sweetheart which ended my visit here on a happy note. I had a nice little chat with her about our obsession with their totes and small bags and how you better snatch them up right away or you'll probably find them on eBay at triple the price! They keep limited stock like most locations, so buy them when you can. Too bad they are so far away from me although if I know I will be in the area, I would not hesitate to return. This review is not specific to this store but about the company in general. I purchased a $200 gift card from Albertson's. When I went to use the card there was no money on it. I reached out to Lululemon for help. Apparently the card was compromised when I bought it although the package was completely sealed. I was informed the card had be used on a day I was on a flight to Europe. I asked that they look into the matter to see that I was not the one who used it. I emailed them copies of the receipt, the activation, the card and the package and even my flight details. Too bad so sad..... I asked to be called back but nope. It has been a series of emails. Total disrespect. They are not willing to investigate the incident any further. They told me to make a police report. So my $200 is gone and so is my business with Lululemon. Every time I've gone in here, they are all so helpful. Today, a nice fellow named Eric helped me out. I was in a pinch because on the day before the new school year my daughter decided that she really needed new sports bras. She's young but very developed so this has become a serious issue in our lives. Eric showed me several options and while I walked in thinking I'd pick up one, I walked out with four sports bras and a huge sense of relief. He was knowledgeable and so understanding. I had called a few days ago to have couple of tops out on hold for me (24 hour hold but the guy who helped me said he can hold it for 48 hours) I came the next day and when I got there only 1 top was left. As far as Lululemon goes, this store is actually really nice. It's in a really great shopping center that's very clean & a nice place to take a walk if you don't feel like shopping. The store is somewhat small, but their selection is decent sized. Staff is always friendly & I've never had an unpleasant experience here. My girlfriend and I went in and from start to finish the customer service was a 10/10. Brent initially helped me and did it in a way that exemplified tremendous customer service with a nice dash of quality salesmanship. It was to the point that hands down I assumed he was a manager, but came to find out he only works there part time. The rest of the staff was cut from the same cloth. Every single employee made a point to connect with us at least once. I wish my employees did this! We ended up getting a few things but the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. It has been 3 months they are falling apart and the employees/management seriously told her "they look loved too much""we don't know what to do here" and turned her away even with receipt!
