Once again, I had a great experience at Coach. It's been a while since I've visited this store, and wanted to stop to browse the bags in person. I was greeted right away. Caroline was very helpful in showing me the newest bags. I appreciated that she wasn't pushy. I felt comfortable looking at the purses, and didn't feel like the associates were eyeing me to try and make a sale, or deliver a sales pitch. I saw a bag I initially dismissed based on the online photos, but in person, the bag really impressed me. I could have waited for a sale, but I decided to treat myself, since I've been dealing with a lot of emotional trauma. Caroline was nice enough to box my bag and hold it for me, while I shopped at other stores. Coach bags are always well made and priced fairly. Yes, you can always wait for deals and sometimes this store does carry discounted items, but once they're out, they are out. I really hope this store stays open. It's great to have a Coach retail store near me, where I can always stop and look at the purses in person before making a purchase. read more

Came in for something special. Over the holidays I was gifted very first Coach bag, and I saw online that you can spice up your bag with additional accessories, such as keychains, straps and customizable tags. I came in for the customizable tag service. It is really cool! If you want free customization on your bag tags, they will do it for free. They do at the kiosk have additional tags for purchase in various colors, with different color fills and Motifs, you can select from. I was very interested in purchasing an additional tag for my bag, but unfortunately, you need to make an in-store purchase in order to be able to purchase an additional tag. So just a heads up if you're planning to go ahead of time. For the holidays, I was gifted the bag with a matching slim, wallet, and the keychain. I wasn't really looking at purchasing anything additional other than the customizable tags to complete the look for my bag. I love the way it came out. Thank you Coach! read more

I came here specifically for a purse cleaning . It was a great experience. The employees were helpful and treated my bag like a new purchase . I gave my info to the cashier and she told me that she'd call me when it was ready . When my bag was ready they wrapped it up in paper secured with a sticker and I was on my way. Easy to see how this bag truly is an awesome investment piece . Do the other vendors offer complimentary cleanings to club members ? I don't know , but service like this keeps me coming back to Coach. read more

Came in to find a new duffle/weekender bag, a new wallet, and also wanted to see about customized tags for the duffle. Browsed while waiting for an associate, but they greeted literally everyone else in the store, while seeming to actively avoid me. Lol. It would be one thing if they were all busy, but that wasn't the case. I waited for a while trying to meet eyes with someone. It felt pretty embarrassing at that point I just left rather than beg for assistance. I look normal and wasn't dressed super casual so I can't figure out why they must've assumed I wasn't going to buy anything, but I wish the service had been better, or even existed for me at all. This was the first coach retail I had been to. I would usually buy coach online. I had an amazing experience. Everyone there is so welcoming and helpful. They had a lot of beautiful bags to choose from. Sonya has helped me out a lot, she is amazing!!! Everyone there is and because of that, Now I keep coming back for more. I can't tell you enough about how great we are treated there. The quality and styles of the coach bags are amazing, worth every penny. I also love how they style my hang tags and gift box my bags. As soon as I walked in with my family we got looks. They kept their eyes on us and made us feel uncomfortable. One of the workers whispered in a manager or supervisors ear then they kept looking at us. Making us feel like we didn't belong. So we left. If I can give it a zero star I would read more

Still thinking on the purse but just had to comment on one of the sales rep's Anna. It's rare these days when people actually care about what they're selling and genuinely are interested in shopping with you. All winthin just a few minutes she showed her product knowledge which made the shopping experience delightful. She also wasn't timid or overly salesy which is a hard skill to master. Continuing with my Christmas shopping, I made a quick stop to the Temecula Coach store located adjacent to the Promenade Mall. Having previously performed my research online prior to visiting the store, I popped in to acquire my desired goods and complete the transaction. I was greeted by Michelle, and things went as planned. She showed me the handbag and acquired an untouched, identical one from the store room. To my surprise the handbag was boxed, wrapped, and I was out the door in a matter of minutes. This is a level of professionalism and customer service not normally found in the area. I stopped in here two days before Christmas. A very nice young lady helped me pick out a purse and wallet for my wife, all I told her was what colors she likes and the size of her previous purse and with that little bit of info she was able to point out what she thought my wife might like and I can say she was right. My wife loved it. I normally don't write reviews but the lady who works there was extremely helpful and got me in and out super quick. She even gift wrapped all my items. Friendly and helpful staff. I went to have my purse handle repaired....but it was damaged beyond repair, so the associate gave me 2 handles from their salvage stash. They aren't the exact same handles, but at least i can put them on to save my purse. My purse is in great condition, so i would hate to have to get rid of it, just because of 1 damaged handle. I'm grateful that she did that for me....now I just have to get them put on. read more

I visited this Coach boutique for the first time in Temecula. I purchased a beautiful gorgeous bag (the Mason in Oxblood with snakeskin) on line as an in store pickup. It was my lucky day today! I got a great deal and I met 2 great people, Marisa and Nhixxel. I spent some time in the store and was able to chit chat with them both re the bag since it was not that busy. They both gave me their input and I left there a happy camper with the Mason. Marisa was so kind enough to pull another bag out from their stock (the same style and color) so I can choose the perfect one. I'm so glad she did because the second bag did look better, and it was slightly taller, which I prefer, but surely did not expect a size difference in height. Regardless, I went with the taller one. Marisa made me a nice paper pillow as well for the bag and placed it in a gift box. I am very particular about almost everything I buy. I inspect everything! Hahaha. Coach has really stepped up their game! I'm really loving their bags. The 2 Coach bags I now own (the Dreamer 36 with rivets in Oxblood, and now the Mason, also in Oxblood) fit right in my my Gucci and LV bags! Thank you Marisa and Nhixxel for your warm hospitality! Yesterday morning started out as one of those days where I wasn't planning to leave the house, but unexpectedly, my daughter needed me to take her to the mall. I hadn't showered yet and looked pretty schleppy- yoga pants, messy hair, no makeup - but since I was only planning to wait in my car while my daughter shopped, I wasn't too concerned about it. As I was waiting, a handbag in the window of the Coach store caught my eye and so I thought I'd take a closer look. Given my appearance, I completely expected to be either ignored or suspiciously hovered over as I shopped. But to my surprise, I was instead greeted and attentively assisted by the nicest sales associate named Jasper. He took the time to show me several different handbags, made friendly conversation and wasn't at all pushy. If you like getting good customer service like I do, be sure to ask for Jasper next time you shop at Coach! read more
