Steffany the manager helped us when we walked in on a busy Saturday. We had just had a bad experience at Mens Warehouse and were feeling defeated. Steffany let us know there were shortages but helped us find what we needed, which was a wedding suit for my fiancé. She found options for us to try on immediately and I was instantly relieved. I have an anxiety disorder and the relief I felt when we found the suit my future husband would wear was soul soothing. She even recommended a tailor who could do the minor alterations that were needed and will be finished with in the next two days. We appreciated her humor, her relatability and her kindness the way you would a friend. It was a much needed win in our hectic wedding planning. read more

Stacie gives great customer service. She wants satisfied customers and it shows. We were here for a special occasion from out of town and she was very helpful. Stacie should be getting manager money since she's the most active and interactive with the customers. Now the manager Stephanie on the other hand is unwelcoming and has obviously forgotten the basics of customer service. She is obviously overly comfortable in her position in the store due to her time with the company. A refresher course is on order for her hopefully. Shopping online is a better choice. With little explanation she was able to show me just what I was looking for and even recommend their permanent creasing process I didn't even know I needed. (I RECOMMEND EVERYONE GET THIS). I've bee shopping here at this location for 3 years now. They have an ok selection of both casual and formal clothes. The employees can be pushy at times and I get the feeling they are on some sort of commission structure. While they have all the large size clothing you can ask for (XL-6XL + Tall) the prices are on the higher side. I was somewhat confused at my last visit, when I stopped by to pick up some T-shirts and the store was locked up around 2:30 pm. The employ working there came to the door and and told me he was on a lunch break. Apparently when they take a lunch break here they shut the entire store down. There was also a women waiting at the door to get in with two young kids and when they eventually opened the door, she asked why they had to close the entire store for a lunch break and the employee was less than polite in his response. read more

When I can find clothes that look good and fit me, that is a 4-star shopping experience. When a helpful sales person, in this case Stacie makes shopping a pleasure, THAT rates 5 stars! Needed up update my wardrobe for an upcoming wedding. I told Stacie what I was looking for and she took me straight to what I needed and checked back stock to make sure. Turns out that buying two or more shirts got a price break and since I wanted color options on a crisp looking dress shirt I got two different colors. Since I was on a roll I had Stacie find me dress slacks in my size and I picked out a belt, which she also advised me on which size I needed. I have not had such a good time buying clothes since I last shopped Nordstom. Not kidding! Yes, I did check the box for price range being somewhat "pricey" but that's because ALL big men's sizes are more expensive than regular sizes and the every day prices are a tad "up there" unless there is a deal to be had. There were discounts today plus I got reward bucks I can use for a future purchase. read more

I don't go to this location very often because of the high pressure sales. Constantly trying to up-sell it's ridiculous. I believe Stephanie would sell her first born if it helped with her numbers. Custom get service here is like none other. The staff here is unbelievably helpful. They remember names and faces and assist me as soon as I walk through the door without bombarding me. They know how to put a smile on your face while buying their pricy clothes. They make you feel as though the store was built to cater specifically to me. I came in on my way back from a business trip because I do not have a store like this in town. I was greeted by steffany. From the get go she was friendly, outgoing and new exactly what I needed (size wise) before I could tell her. I also had a general idea with what I wanted but she was able to pin point it and also gave great suggestions which prob made me spend a lot more than I would've had I hadn't had her great service. She also catered to my co worker who tagged along with water and checking on how he was. I highly recommend shopping at this location and look forward to future business with her! read more

I buy a lot there, so why only 1 start. I'm big so really don't have a lot of choices. The girls that work there are great. The quality of all the clothing cant be worse everything is mostly polyester with reportedly some cotton But I really doubt it. When you but their shirts on no matter what you buy it feels like your wearing a fire suit. Every thing is made in Vietnam are Pakistani. Don't even talk about cost everything is about 40 % over market. I don't know what to say I'd pay pay if only I could find a place that sales large clothing that's not made out of used car tires in Vietnam I'd go there. If any one knows let me know. read more

This is a rating of the sales associates in the store. The clothing are very nice. A little pricey but we love how easy it is to find the size we need and the color. It is a limited selection but we always find exactly what we need. If we had to rate just the location and clothing, it would be a 5 star but the ladies that are there to help us need A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had the worse service from Stacie and Stephanie the first time we were there since they changed from the Big And Tall store. I went back and Stephanie more than made up for the bad service. I think she was just supporting Stacie's bad service without prejudice. The last visit was Stacie's crappy service again and one of her co-workers seem to support her, too. Well, we are done. We are not going back. We don't feel like seeing if we are going to get good service each time. A word of advice...take a few steps back and don't HOVER over the customer(s) and jump in their private conversation(s)...weird and awkward. We could never enjoy the shopping experience there...sad because it is a nice store could have been great. Sales lady asks qualifying questions to ensure the right clothes fit. Was offered water, and sometimes it's the little things that make the whole experience amazing. Definitely recommend! read more

1/6/18 Saturday afternoon, 3 employees in store, 2 customers in store (person at cash register being checked out when I came in and myself). I try on what I want to buy and stand next in line. Cashier is still checking out same person when I walked in. After standing in line 5 more minutes, it's obvious sales clerk does not know what she's doing, spending a lot of time just staring at cash register. She leaves to get manager to help her. Manager comes out, gives her some advice, and leaves. After 5 more minutes standing observing no progress at checking this person out, I walk out of the store in disgust, WITHOUT having made my purchase! Went home and ordered the same exact Harbor Bay pants from Amazon. No problem, same price, they ship for free, and will be at my door in a few days. I have done all my shopping at Casual Male/DXL for 10+ years, but I have no intent on going there again. Amazon, here I come! read more
