I'm so glad we have this store here! I recently discovered this Burlington in the Menifee town center. A plus is they open early while the other stores are late to open at 10! Beware you can spend some serious cash here. Everything is a great price and really good name brands. They have a nice security guy at the front of the store. We were greeted and they let you know the carts don't go outside after shopping. No biggie. I think anyone should check this store out. Very good finds here! read more

Extremely rude cashier by the name of Jacqueline I tried helping take my clothes off of the hanger and she took them right out of my hand and said I can do it then as I'm walking out Gabe, the security guard I'm barely walking up to him and getting my stuff out of the cart and he was trying to snatch the cart out of my hand another snatcher along with Tommy. Give me that cart as if we're gonna take off with it won't be coming back to this place. read more

This Burlington is located at Menifee Town Center. Getting into this shopping area from Newport Ave can be difficult as there is almost always traffic. It's worth it. Interestingly, the entrance has security letting people in. They have some great deals. You have to look around. They don't have higher end goods if that's what you're here for. Their selection sucks and employees are rude. This is the only Burlington I've ever been to that makes the biggest deal about recording your face in case you steal. It makes it feel so icky and weird. I don't feel comfortable shopping here if they need to hold up customers as they go in to record their face. Feels like I'm entering a prison. Super weird. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. The security guard ADAM was unbelievably rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional toward me and my younger sister. I was shopping for my new apartment, spent a LOT of money in this store, and had my infant with me -- and the way he treated us was disgusting. As we were leaving with our cart, instead of using basic manners and telling us carts can't go outside, he decided to threaten us by saying, "Keep pushing the cart and you'll see what happens." That instantly made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable, especially with my baby right there. The flooring outside already stops the carts, so his hostility was absolutely pointless. He kept staring us down, making rude comments like, "They're still here at the doors," and giving us nasty, intimidating looks as if we were doing something wrong. It felt like harassment. Because of this security guard named Adam, I will never return to this store. I'm genuinely shocked that management allows someone with that attitude to interact with customers. They need to replace him immediately with someone who can act like a decent human being. read more

So they are still doing crowd control with the security guard in front with the whole awkward spiel while they tell you thank you for waiting even though you just walked in 2 seconds prior. They still let you into the store whether there's 2 people or 200 people. I went in looking for a specific bag which is at the front where the registers are. The line was wrapped and zig zagged through the entire cash wrap at noon on a Friday. I asked said security guard up front if there was any way I could just look and see if the bag was there, nope, I can't allow that because people will get upset and it looks like you're cutting in line. I'm not trying to be entitled, but people's carts were overflowing and it looked like a minimum of at least a 30 minute wait just to SEE if they even had it. How disappointing and what a waste of time to wait in a huge line with like 2 registers open just to get to the front and they didn't even have it. He could have offered to call an employee to check and grab the bag if they had it instead of making me get in line just to see if they did or did not have it. So I walked around the entire cash wrap, ducked and looked between the shelves and confirmed that they did indeed have the bag I was looking for. I got in line to wait and gave up and decided it wasn't worth it anymore, I would never come back to this location again based on this extremely poor customer service experience. They either need to uphold their statement about limiting customers into their store because it was not a good experience like they state they want you to have or open more registers. read more

The staff are awesome, and Gladys really helped me find what I needed and went above and beyond and out of her way to help me!! The line also is fast. The former Forever 21 is now Burlington. Anchored at the very busy Countryside Marketplace in Menifee is where you will find this new store filled with treasures you probably don't need, but will surely want. The parking lot is nuts at times, but it is huge so you can get your steps in while you're here. As with any new store, the place appears clean and orderly, with friendly employees. It's got a bunch of stuff for every member of your family, fur buddies included. Neighboring stores TJMaxx and Home Goods are just a few steps away if you can't find what you're looking for here. The best time to shop imo is during the week when it's less crowded. Weekends at this shopping center can be insane so be warned! Great deals and a nice selection of merchandise to be found here. It's one of those "get-it-now-or-you-may-never-find-it-again" stores. Don't let me sway you, though. Have fun shopping and please keep it clean! ;) read more

Finally, a stocked Burlington! At least for the men's side Lol. As much as I enjoy finding some name brand clothing at a great price, not many locations are really stocked to the max. This location is fairly new as well so hopefully its not just a limited time thing. Not just a coat factory anymore. Burlington offers many clothing for all ages along with household goods and gift sets for any last minute shopping needs. They even had a couple rows of luggage where I was able to find a nice set for my past trip. read more

My husband bought sneakers from this store, after wearing them one day he found them to be defective , today he finally got the opportunity to return them, the store manager refused to refund the purchase claiming the shoes were dirty and she would not accept them. My husband told her to keep the shoes, he will never shop there again. It would be fair in saying none of us will. Burlington, Big mistake! read more

My wife and I visited this store and it was the WORST experience ever!The rep/cashier forgot to give us ALLLLLL of our items and never bothered to try to stop us on the way out(it was over $200 of PAID merchandise)The following day my wife called and was passed around like a hall until I finally said let's go to the store!When she went and asked for the manager,she treated my wife as though she was a thief,we have the receipts and even then she continued To downplay the situation and even said oh no this is red tagged(reduced)and wouldn't give the price we paid for the merchandise!A RACISM SITUATION BIGTIME!!!!!We called HQ and have been waiting for someone to reach us,but NO ONE HAS!!!THIS BURLINGTON STORE IS NOT WORTH shopping at and I will not quit until something is done!Oh by the way that manager only offered my wife with her receipt $69 and had put away all of the merchandise she purchased!!!!!She even looked at tapes and claimed that she saw the bag,so what's the issue!!!!?KARENS ARE EVERYWHERE!!!!!THEY GET A ZERO FROM US.......David and Regina Barron read more

Says it's open at 8 am on google but it's not they open at 9:30 I've been here a few times almost every three days and the kids shoes like 2y shoes for little girls are terrible, definitely overpriced, and not pretty at all. The selection for baby clothes and little girl clothing are reasonable prices & pretty. I can never find a up for date in style set outfit for myself lol also when a item is dirty they don't discount it like Ross because " they are already a discounted store " so is Ross but they still take a percentage off! read more
