My daughter and I just stopped by to take a look at clothes. She used the fitting room more than 3 times. The first time she went in, she had three clothes but they were not her size. She asked the staff named Tyson if they have smaller sizes. He took us all the way to the lady's section and tried to find her size. Unfortunately, her size were all sold out. She returned to the fitting room second time, Tyson remembered her name writing on the mirror without asking her name. That was very nice of him. Again, she asked him for a smaller size. He brought a smaller size of jeans and they fit perfectly! She went back again for some tops. I apologized to him that she tried on so many clothes. He was like, "Please let me know if I can help her anytime!" with his full of smile. He had other customers to take care of at the same time, but he was willing to help my daughter until she got what she wanted. Yesterday she helped my dad and niece look for an outfit for my niece's graduation (I am writing what my dad wants to say - he's not tech savvy ha ha). She went out of her way and helped A LOT! I came in for a gift card and to browse, and waited along with five other people in line with one checker and four other people behind the registers not waiting on customers. It is great to see a busy store, but if you have the employees, have them work the registers. They didn't even look up at us all in line. On 6/24/17 my family and I were shopping for a new backpack, specifically the North Face Borealis pack. This backpack retails for $89. I told her we were not done shopping and we would be back to pay for the hat shortly, which she replied with more rolling of the eyes. Shortly after I paid for our items and we left. On 6/25/17 I returned to the store to return two pairs of leggings that were not the correct size. Low and behold the girl behind the counter is Miss rolly eyes herself. I announced I had a return and she replied "why". This sent flashes of red across my eyes. I stated that I wanted my money back. More eye rolling happened here... I went on to say that I didn't like the treatment I received from her yesterday and that I want my money back. She then said in the most condescending tone of voice "I don't even remember you". I told her to give me my money. She processed the return but refused to return it to my debit card. I told her I would be speaking to the manager. The manager "Melissa" arrived at the counter. Without even asking what the issue had been she interrupted me saying "I'll talk with her". I left the store with my cash and without signing the receipt as they demanded I do. Awful, awful, AWFUL customer service. A word to the wise. Make the drive to Temecula. Way better customer service. I will be contacting their corporate headquarters and expressing my extreme disappointment with Miss rolly eyes and "Melissa" even though I'm sure it won't do anything. They've got to be making some serious profit charging people $40 for threads made in China! I've walked out of this place more than once because of a long line. Each time I had something in my hand ready to buy. Today I decided to wait since I had a 20% off coupon. After a 30 minute wait I reached the register and was told that the coupon I had was not applicable for the item I was ready to purchase. I could've (and should've) read the coupon more thoroughly but after such a long wait I would expect the employee to offer an alternative, like an employee discount. I couldn't find anyone who worked there when I walked in. I was job hunting and I was curious if they were hiring or not. When I finally found someone, she had just gotten through helping a family with shoes. She seemed very very nice and smiled when she was helping them, so I was looking forward to talking to her. But when i approached her, she was folding clothes and i said "Hi! I was just wondering if you guys were hiring right now?" She didn't look at me once and mumbled something and pointed to the corner of the room where the applications were. I thanked her and walked away. I didn't turn in an application because of the bad impression I received from her. What a GREAT find. We were looking for Nike hightops for our 10 year old and just happened into this place on a whim. Lucky us, found a pair for 18 bucks after trying a place a few doors down (they had another pair for 70). We were just about to head to Riverside so this saved at least a few hours. Then my wife found a few jackets for her and our daughter but both were closeouts but the wrong size, Wendy calls a few other stores and finds both in the right size that would be shipped (free shipping) from other locations to our house. With my 10.00 off card it would come to only 25.00. Got up to the check out and what do you know it's not good until mid April! What Marketing genius thought that up!!!
