I made an appointment online at the recommendation of a coworker as I have an upcoming Hawaii trip. I was basically terrified as I haven't worn a bathing suit in 3+ years since I've gained weight. When I arrived Amy welcomed me and I was pleased to learn that I was the only client for that hour - no one else in her studio at all!!! She listened to my concerns, calmed me down and assured me that she could create a suit that I feel comfortable in and would love. She had me try on lots of tops and bottoms so she could make a form. Amy helped me customize each suit, she addressed everything that I wanted to hide or cover or fit differently. Then I got to choose my fabric from a HUGE selection! At the end of my session I was so happy that I ordered 3 custom suits! I will post a review after I pick up my suits. read more

I'm so glad I found this gem of a place! I'm new to the area and was on the hunt for a new bikini, but wanted it to be original. I didn't want one that you frequently see. I saw that they had a sale going on via their Instagram page, so I decided to drive to their shop to check it out. Not only did they have several different styles of bikinis to choose from, the prices weren't out of this world unlike most other boutique shops that have cute, stylish swimsuits! They also have cute clothes and accessories! I definitely plan on returning for more items in the near future! read more

I hate giving small businesses bad ratings but I have to be honest about the positives and negatives of this business. I drove from Yorba Linda to this location after seeing what cute clothes they had on their Instagram posts. Big mistake. Let me save you the gas money and say buy from them by calling and ordering because anything cute is already on Instagram and that is all they have. I took my 16 year old and drove 45 minutes to get there. The girl working that day was super nice but she couldn't make up for the fact that they had too many little kids clothes and at least three racks of ugly printed leggings (My daughter's assessment). The prices are great but there was nothing new in the store that hadn't already been posted. Selection was extremely slim. If you live nearby it's worth a stop but until they have a website to order from, I'll shop elsewhere :( read more

I've never had a positive customer service experience while shopping here. I'm never greeted, just stared at as I enter the store. & I'm literally the ONLY customer in the store!!! Then when they finally say something to me, it's just "do you need help?" What happened to customer service?! Engaging and interacting with them. The part that got me the most annoyed was that for the third time of coming in, the girl at the front didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. No "hi," no smile, nothing. I used to love sugar dollz, however the customer service there sucks! !!!I drove a half hour out of my way today just to receive the worst customer service ever and since switching to the new store it is the worst selection of suits and hardly anything in the store. So if u live far don't waste ur time driving here. I will not be going back! Which is a loss for them since I have referred tons of girls here and from the looks of the store they need it. There is one employee who should not be working retail, she is extremely rude and is really making this small business look bad!! I walked in and literally she just stared at me did not say a word! It felt very awkward being the only customer in the store. I asked her a question about a different size and she responded "nope whatever is right there" rolled her eyes and continued hanging something up.
