In the end, we returned the items and placed the order online instead. If you're shopping at Torrid, you're likely better off ordering online, where you'll often get the better prices and avoid making a trip to the store only to receive disappointing customer service.

She was so professional in dealing with me. I picked out a dress and she was able to do the alternations herself on the same day. I needed the dress for August 29th 2026. It needed to be hemmed, sleeves to be sewn in, and a shawl to cover the back of dress. She did these alternations within hours. My husband, my daughter and I went to Aria at 12pm and as she promised my dress was completed at 630pm. I was so happy that she accommodated my tight short time. Katia is very talented and gifted in her field.
