This is a perfect tourist store, where one can pick up nice souvenirs. They had some very well made shirts with Temecula emblazoned on them. The customer service at Lilyful Temecula is amazing…read more I found a beautiful jumpsuit there in blue. Unfortunately, they didn't have the jumpsuit in white (I wanted to wear it for my rehearsal to my wedding). So I asked the employees there if they made it in white or if I could get it at a different store. They weren't sure so I just let it go. (I ended up trying to find the white jumpsuit at other knock-off online stores that turned out to be complete trash.) My husband knew how much I loved that jumpsuit and knew how badly I wanted it for our wedding festivities. He called Lilyful and explained to them how much I loved this jumpsuit. After a few emails back and forth.....THEY MADE MY JUMPSUIT IN WHITE FOR ME!!! I can't even tell you how excited I was! They sent it to the Temecula shop and put it on hold for me. I went to the shop to pick it up. I asked the employees at the desk to check for my item on hold. They knew my name and knew it was for my wedding festivities and were so excited for me! I paid for my beautiful, white jumpsuit and we were off. A couple hours later, my husband and I got a call from Lilyful making sure we were able to pick up the jumpsuit and made sure we like the product! They literally went above and beyond for me. Never heard of a clothing boutique giving that great of customer service...

I tried asking one of the workers (long, wavy brown hair) for help but she completely ignored me. To top that off, there was a DEAD ROACH in my fitting room. I have only the highest praise for these two charming and warm women, who know their fashion and make shopping easy and fun. Within 5 minutes, Kitt had my personal style "down," and quickly gathered numerous tops, pants, skirts and accessories to create the look I most like. Let me be clear here, I don't like shopping. I like wearing beautiful clothes and finding pieces that flatter and are appropriate, but the job of sorting through racks isn't my idea of fun. Shawna and Kitt ask the right questions, then quickly select pieces from their dozens of racks of colorful clothes. They make playing "dress up" fun and easy. Kitt has a strong background in fashion retail, having owned a successful business in Solana Beach for nearly two decades. Kitt and Shawna now focus on this mid-size boutique in a strip mall near old town Temecula. Make it down to see them when you can. You won't be disappointed. To Kitt and Shawna, my sincere thanks. I'll be back, gals. Many thanks for the dress-up party! I am so happy with everything I purchased.

Every time I went to the Saturday farmers' market I had wanted to check this place out, but was…read morealways in a hurry. It would make sense to go BEFORE I have heavy bags of produce in tow, but I never think of that. Anyhow, I was drawn into the boutique by a cute wrap-around skirt I saw on the rack outside. Upon entering, the place is larger than it appears from the front, and is filled to the brim with flow-y, lacy clothes. There were several female customers and 3-4 people working. It was difficult to know who was working versus who was a customer because everyone was so friendly and eager to compliment each lady emerging from her fitting room. The fitting rooms were clean and appropriately spacious. As mentioned by other reviewers, there is a wide variety of eclectic, feminine items. In general, most prices were a little high for me, and the target demographic a little older than me, hence not a 5-star rating for my needs. That said, you may find a bargain as I did; the skirt I liked on sale was high-quality, adorable, and reasonably-priced ($20)! In fact, one of the other customers liked it as well and tried to find another one in the same print, but had to settle on a different print in the same style. So most items are unique. Service was perfect. I believe the owner (the blond lady in the pictures) helped me and rang up my purchase. Upon leaving, I noticed that the sign on the sale rack said "cash only", and felt bad because I had paid by credit card! Typically I pay cash at independently-owned businesses, but had spent all my cash at the market. I thought it was sweet of the lady to not call me out on it, and for that I will definitely return (and bring my cash)!

I know that when the store is busy, that they try their best to assist everyone. The other day, they had to close the store early due to a safety and security issue that involved an employee and inappropriate behavior from a male customer. The police were called to secure the store and assist the distraught employee. Mind you, there were other complaints of this male customer in the area. So please do not judge the employees and give bad ratings if you do not know what life-threatening situations are happening because you were simply told the store was closing early. Women's safety is a priority. Especially when this store donates to feminist causes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Beautiful clothing. Positive vibes. Friendly customer service and work ethic. Magical accessories. And an aesthetic that is pleasing to the eye and soul altogether. So please get information about why a store closes early before trying to ruin small local women-focused businesses.
