If I could give 0 stars I would. I was on vacation and wanted to see what stores CA had to offer. Customer service was horrible, I had to find a fitting room myself. I tried asking one of the workers (long, wavy brown hair) for help but she completely ignored me. To top that off, there was a DEAD ROACH in my fitting room. I've also noticed that more of the pricier clothing is either wrinkled and/or has miscellaneous staining. If I ever visit Temecula again, I will not be coming back to this store. read more

The store manager waited on me at the counter when I unlocked my laptop within seconds. I showed her my laptop as earlier I was shopping on their company site for the two dresses' to see if she could fast-track finding them both to bring them to the counter for ease of purchase. My experience was was top-notch. Service was outstanding. Friendly smile and super helpful. Offering me a free shipping card on another dress. I have to say this experience was the best customer service and quickest service I've experienced shopping in a very long time, I offered to talk to the manager for passing on a compliment, found out she was the manager so I'm leaving a review here. If you care just a tad bit about customer service this is not the store for you... not typically the one to write reviews but that's how disappointed I was. I walked in on 06/13 and there were 2 sales reps that did not acknowledge me at all. They saw me walk in and they kept having their personal conversation. Completely ignored me not making me feel welcomed whatsoever. I've worked retail before so this is not acceptable. Also on the other side of being a customer for retail stores, I wouldn't want for them to be on me asking if I'm finding everything okay a million times but just a simple "welcome in" or a smile would be nice instead of just going about their day as if they didn't see you. Not one of them came up to me once I will say that the clothes is very cute but I did not buy anything because they don't deserve my business. Honestly no stars I went to return a shirt and was instead treated with horrible service (worker kept giving me dirty looks and giving me rude remarks) even though they sold me a shirt with lipstick on it. Refused to refund me because worker said her manager said "no." Returned next talked to manager and was able to exchange shirt thankfully but still unacceptable customer service. read more

Super disappointing that their clothes fall apart after one wash. clothes aren't "cheap" either, $40-$80 a piece. They won't take their defective clothes back for exchange either. It's happened more than once, on more than one type of fabric. unfortunate, but I won't be shopping there if they don't even back the products they sell for exchange. Wow! All I have to say is these girls are amazing with their customer service. I love going to this shop and it's not just for the VERY cute clothes, but for the amazing experience! Due to covid the dressing rooms are closed but they worked extremely well with me for returns of things that did not fit and size exchanges....such amazing and pleasant returns and exchanges. I have to say JAZMINE goes above and beyond as a manager and in my opinion that great woman deserves a raise! She is very accommodating, knowledgeable, and pleasant to spend time with. Saw the cutest outfit today at a party and I had to have it. Drove several miles and was pleasantly surprised to find such reasonable prices. I bought 3 dresses and although they didn't have outfit I wanted in the store- they called other stores until they found the top and bottom I desired. The girls helped me with each article I tried on and I had a wonderful experience. Don't get the poor reviews/ this is my new favorite store and I'll be bringing my daughters here as well. The customer service at Lilyful Temecula is amazing. I found a beautiful jumpsuit there in blue. Unfortunately, they didn't have the jumpsuit in white (I wanted to wear it for my rehearsal to my wedding). So I asked the employees there if they made it in white or if I could get it at a different store. They weren't sure so I just let it go. (I ended up trying to find the white jumpsuit at other knock-off online stores that turned out to be complete trash.) My husband knew how much I loved that jumpsuit and knew how badly I wanted it for our wedding festivities. He called Lilyful and explained to them how much I loved this jumpsuit. After a few emails back and forth.....THEY MADE MY JUMPSUIT IN WHITE FOR ME!!! I can't even tell you how excited I was! They sent it to the Temecula shop and put it on hold for me. I went to the shop to pick it up. I asked the employees at the desk to check for my item on hold. They knew my name and knew it was for my wedding festivities and were so excited for me! I paid for my beautiful, white jumpsuit and we were off. A couple hours later, my husband and I got a call from Lilyful making sure we were able to pick up the jumpsuit and made sure we like the product! They literally went above and beyond for me. If I could give them zero stars I would. EXTREMELY disappointed. I bought a pair of 50 dollar jeans 3 weeks ago (their return policy is 2 weeks probably because they know once 2 weeks hits that their clothes will be hanging by a thread). I never buy off-brand jeans in fear that they will stretch but I tried these on and they felt snug and tight. I wore them twice and put them on a third time to realize that there was a HUGE gap on the waist, probably making it two sizes too big now. The front stomach area where it is supposed to be high waisted is completely stretched out from just sitting down. I reached out to the owner who told me there was nothing that could be done. Never in my life had I have a corporation not comply when it's their fault that their jeans are made from cheap material. 50 dollars is a lot of money to spend on jeans that you only get to wear twice. Due to the lack of effort on the customer service side, I will not be purchasing anything from this store again. read more

Went in here for the second time today. My last experience was not good but I decided to give it another shot in case my first visit was just an off day for the employees. Unfortunately, they were even more rude than the first time! No one greeted me; instead I received miserable glares accompanied by awkward silence. Getting a fitting room was awful. The girl helping me didn't utter a word and just had an overall bad attitude. I was so turned off that I decided to ditch the clothes and leave. On my way out, the girl who gave me a fitting room just glared at me in silence again. If you hate people that much then don't work somewhere where you have to interact with them!!!! This is my favorite store in the entire mall! I just had a baby 4 months ago and finally decided to take myself shopping. When I walked in I told them I was just browsing because I didn't know what to expect and was a little scared to see a price tag. I've never been in to this store but always walk by and notice very few shoppers in the store. So I decided to walk in and check out their clothing. No one greeted me and 3 or 4 employees saw me but ignored me and continued their conversation. I picked out a top that was on a rack in the front of the store-$23 but marked at $19. I was looking for the fitting room and an employee finally acknowledged me and showed me to a room. When I decided to purchase the top they informed me that since it's on sale it can't be returned-it's a final sale. Never shopped in a store with that kind of policy. Normally that's only if it's a clearance item-marked down considerably-not just $4 off the regular price. Even if something is wrong with the item--no return. They made that very clear in an unfriendly manner. Should have walked out but decided to purchase. Hopefully the top won't fall apart like some other reviews have described. I am absolutely in love with the customer service here. I came in with my boyfriend and his cousin to look at some dresses for my upcoming birthday, there was a particular dress that was in the window, however, the only sizes available were a medium and large, I am very small and they were all out of the size I needed. That night I randomly looked up their Instagram page and noticed the companies phone number and email was listed. I screenshotted the picture of the dress that they had and texted the number posted at midnight, I was not expecting a reply back for awhile yet to my surprise I got a text back within a couple of minutes! They found the dress I wanted in the size I needed the very next day over at the Glendale location, I figured I would have to drive all the way there to get the dress. Instead, they had it shipped to the store closest to me and I was able to pick it up two days later! I tried it on at home and it fits just right! I am very excited with the customer service and amount of help they provided, I will continue to shop here forever, the clothes are so cute and very well made compared to a lot of other shops, the prices aren't insanely high however you do get your bang for your buck. The store is clean and cute and all the workers come up to you as soon as you walk in, they aren't too pushy to make you buy anything and they always offer assistance to a changing room as soon as they see your arms are too full of clothes, they are on it 100%! This store doesn't seem to get very much business, now I know why. Workers are very rude. I came in today looking to buy a red dress and found a very lovely long one shoulder sleeve dress and brought two sizes toward the fitting room, one of the workers asked if I needed a room I said yes and when she walked up to me and took the dresses she asked in a very unfriendly tone "Going somewhere special?" It was as if she was bothered! And I said "yes bridesmaid, I mean wedding" and she kind of just scoffed. And before bringing me to my room she looks at me without a smile and asked "did you see how high the slit is" and when I said I didn't she walked me to a mannequin the dresses still in her hands and she pointed to it and I was like woah that's high! And to that all she did was laugh but in such an unpleasant unfriendly way and she just stared at me and so I said "never mind then thank you" and she didn't say your welcome or anything I took the dresses back myself and hung them myself. It just all seemed weird to me, like why would she ask if I saw the slit? What if I have? Would that have bothered her because she had to assist me to the dressing room and put the clothes back? She just seemed SO bothered and irritated. I don't understand how both these workers couldn't even crack a smile. I don't believe anyone needs to show me outstanding customer service, so long as your helpful, pleasant and you smile & have general manners you ARE a good worker. But these workers hate their jobs. This is one of my favorite clothing store at the Promenade Mall. I went yesterday at around 3 pm to returned a jacket that I had purchased a few days ago and was hoping that they had a smaller size. I went to the counter and an associate was there in front of the computer. I said I have a return, I gave her the shopping bag with the merchandise and she looked at the receipt and took the merchandise out of the bag. She did not say hi or nothing. From the time I had reached the counter from giving her the bag, not a single hi and I noticed she doesn't even say hello to any of the customers coming in the store. So I finally said, "you should really say hi at least to your customers ". Instead of being apologetic she got offended I guess and started saying that I did not give her a chance???. I said when we're u planning on saying hi?i have been here in front of u? And she said, "the first thing we usually do is look at the receipt and the returned???lol...And I asked for a manager and found out she was the asst. mgr on duty....what a shame! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! I have never had such horrible customer service. Wow. I bought an outfit that I love, wore it out to dinner once and the zipper completely fell apart on me. I was desperately trying to zip it up and multiple people tried to help me, one of them had lipstick on their fingers that got on the pants. I was half naked in this very expensive restaurant! All I wanted was to exchange the pants for a pair that wasn't defective but they refused to exchange them because they were "damaged"and the tags were not attached.Yes they were damaged because they fell apart on me and had lipstick on them because so many people tried to help me! And i didn't have the tag because I threw it away and wore the pants because I loved them! If you are proud of your clothing and your store, you take responsibility for your merchandise. This store will not last long and if you buy clothing from them and it breaks on you and embarrasses you, don't expect them to take any responsibility. Avoid at all cost! read more
