the cute boots I didn't plan on getting!
    Sarah G.

Stopped in here with some girlfriends to help a friend use a birthday gift certificate on a pair of boots. I never would have expected such a fun experience at a boot store lol! This place is aptly named - they have an enormous selection of boots, as well as belts, hats and Western wear. The employees are super fun and enthusiastic. I wish I could remember the name of the girl helping us...she was so knowledgeable with just the right amount of attentiveness without being annoying! She even had great info on where to go line-dancing. I went in for the sole purpose of helping a friend out, with no intention of getting anything, much less some cowboy boots! Yet, here they are (pic attached!) I even signed up for their rewards program. This surprised me as being a great store full of great merchandise and helpful employees. I'll definitely be back!

Love the new bigger store it's amazing. So much to look at . Man the amount of boots to pick from. Everyone is always so nice.

After shopping we went to winery for some fun! What a great day in Temecula

What a fun experience! Haven't been to Boot Barn in Years! Wow! Was at a party and ran into a friend Jennifer Waters and she was talking about her company she worked for- Boot Barn! Well- after looking into it- I have now placed 2 online orders and drove up to Temecula to visit this store. Hailee was a huge help! She assisted in locating 2 pairs of flared jeans and sent them to my house! From there my husband looking around found over $200 in shirts and I threw in a baseball cap! We will for sure be back! Hailee and Milo were a delight on a busy Saturday afternoon- way to go Boot Barn! Love the new brands and cool trendy not soooo over the top western vibe wears!

LOVE this store. Authentic western wear, excellent variety of apparel, huge selection of boots, hats and belts. Staff very attentive and in the middle of Murrieta/Temecula...making this my new local western outlet.

The left shoe is the display shoe they first sent me. They show on the right is the new pair from the warehouse

Disappointed with my first experience here. I came in several weeks ago to try on a pair of boots that I saw online to double check my size. I left and came back several weeks later to purchase them for my birthday. I tried them on again and confirmed my size and had a gentleman help me. He was telling me the pair I would purchase is the pair on the floor that I had tried on and they don't have anything in the back. I told him that these were too worn, they had scuffs all over them the soles were worn that I wanted a new pair so he said I should order them online. I went home and ordered them online and the pair I received was the pair I tried on from the store. I called customer service and they were of no help. No one ever apologized basically said here's a return label you can go to the store and return them. I asked if there was any in the warehouse that are unworn that I could purchase and thankfully there was one more pair in my size that came from the warehouse. When I received those they were new packaged in plastic with all the correct stuffing. I went to the store today to return the used pair and try and get an explanation as to why these were the ones that were shipped to me. They had the display tag still on the boot, a whole in the shaft from the security tag, scuffs all over, glue residue on the top and worn soles and again, not a single apology. The lady just returned them, and I asked if this is usually how things are sent out as this was my first experience and she says well that's how they come from the vendor and I said no these came from your store. They still have the display sticker and she said she didn't know. For $220 boots, I would expect better customer service or attention to detail a simple apology would've rectified this entire situation. If someone took the time to go out of their way to, put themselves in my shoes and find a solution instead of making the customer do all the work. I am still contemplating returning the new pair that I received as I do not feel comfortable with the customer service I received in this being my first purchase.

Happy customer from Temecula boot barn.

The widest selection of cowboy and cowgirl boots, jeans and hats. You might even find a buckle or two.

We were browsing dress shirts when my boyfriend asked to try on a simple white shirt (around $90). Before even allowing him to try it on, the man questioned whether the price was "acceptable," then went on to complain about customers on a budget wasting his time by asking to try things on. This was unnecessary and off-putting. My boyfriend tried the shirt anyway. While the fit was fine, the fabric and overall quality did not justify the price, so he decided not to purchase it. At that point, the situation escalated. The owner became visibly irritated and began criticizing my boyfriend's current shirt, insisting the one in the store was far superior--ironically, the shirt he was wearing had been purchased from that same store previously. The entire interaction felt argumentative, dismissive, and unnecessarily condescending. Shopping should not feel like you have to justify your budget or defend your decisions as a customer. There are plenty of places that offer both quality products and respectful service. This was not one of them.

We rented complete head-to-toe looks for both of my boys for prom, and they looked absolutely amazing. Everything fit well, and the overall presentation was sharp and polished. I highly recommend using Men's Wearhouse. While prices can be a bit higher during prom season, you're truly paying for the experience--and it shows. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process stress-free. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. If you want to avoid the hassle of piecing together an outfit for prom, a wedding, or any special event, this is definitely the place to go. The suit was ordered and scheduled to be delivered Thursday, which had FedEx tracking and email confirmation. When he went to pick it up Thursday evening, it was not there. Grandma's funeral is this Saturday in the Bay area. My husband flies out Friday morning to attend and now has no suit to wear despite spending 3 hours Sunday afternoon at a fitting. In what world is this acceptable? It seems they can't even keep track of orders that are shipped in, so go somewhere else. Save your money! Don't waste your time. They don't care about their customers. UPDATE* So my husband tried go pick up his suit again. Of course, they closed at 6pm on Memorial Day. We had called earlier that morning and the phone was cutting in and out. What we both heard the associate on the phone say was "Well since it's Monday..." and then it cut out so we just assumed it was normal Monday business hours because why else would you begin a sentence like that? What she should have said was "We close at 6 today." It's a holiday. Call any other place and that's how they respond. The lack of efficiency and unnecessary verbosity when it comes to service and communication in this location is beyond frustrating. My husband headed to the store after 6PM unfortunately. For the record, we live about 20 minutes away so it's a 40 minute round trip drive to go each time. So that's an hour and 20 minutes he has driven to still NOT HAVE A SUIT!! (Also gas is $6/gal) At this point, I feel like they should just give my husband his suit for free or perhaps he should return it because this is not how it should be!

My dad was very pleased with the Hokas he purchased and he usually just buys his shoes on Amazon, so for him to buy these shoes in store was a pretty big deal. He was very impressed and feels a noticeable difference wearing these shoes! The store itself is small but well organized and I saw another employee, I believe her name is Mari, assisting a woman. I can tell Mari was very patient with the woman, answering all her questions and bringing out however many shoes she needed to try on. Both Luis and Mari displayed patience, excellent customer service and a vast amount of knowledge.
