Just wanted to take a moment to write a positive post for this store and it's employee Mitch. I stopped by this location looking for some black thorogood's in size 8.5 wide (i've been cursed with little ass feet haha) for my second job at UPS that I just got hired for hours ago. I was having some difficulty looking for some black thorogood's and Mitch happened to walk by and asked if I needed some assistance. I asked him about the thorogood's and he went to check to see if there were any in stock in the store. Unfortunately, there was none in my size. However, Mitch went above and beyond to look and call other stores for the thorogood's that I wanted. After patiently waiting, Mitch found the boots at the Riverside location and were put on hold for me to purchase. So to Mitch thank you again for being very helpful and being patient with me. I was desperate to find a certain pair/size of jeans. I had been calling every Boot Barn in the So Cal area. Cathy, at the Temecula location, answered my call and found the jeans I needed. I drove 2 hours to pick them up. Cathy was there to help me check out. It is a long story, as to why this was also an emotional purchase, but all this to say that Cathy was very kind and compassionate. Irene offers possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. I have bought boots here before and 2 of my favorite employees don't work here anymore, so i havemt been here in a while. so my bro and I were looking for hiking boots. He went in and had the same awful treatment from irene. She literally said they didn't have hiking boots in a size 10 1/2. She literally held size 10 1/2 hiking boots in her hand, and said that they didn't have the right size boots. We said they were the right size and the right boot, and she literally said "no. Their not the right kind". Like really Irene?? She was awful. We asked for help from Alicia and she completely blew us off and went off to gossip. Me and my fiancé went to boot barn in Temecula and my fiancé had work boots(it's the name of a state) that he only had for 7 months, normally he gets a year out of them, this time not the case. We weren't sure what boot barn could do for us, we went in and had a manager but the name of Michelle, she was very knowledgeable about work boots more so then any other time we have gone in, she helped my fiancé pick a completely different boot one that is better for his feet, she then exchanged the old ones for the new ones free of charge! We will always go to boot barn for boots from now on, Michelle went up and beyond in customer service. So if you need boots, boot barn is the place to go! read more

I had some issues and went into the store prepared to be disappointed...two identical pairs of Wranglers had developed a hole in the same spot after not a lot of wearing. They only 2 of the 12 pairs I own and I can't wear them at work, so they never got worn much, but I'd had them for over a year. Additionally my fiance had purchased a pair of alligator boots for me last November. After being worn no more than 10 times they were cracking. They were kept in a boot bag with cedar insets between wearing them. So I was a little upset but did not expect much as all items were 10 months or more old. Then I met Irene Bass. Her customer service was amazing. The jeans were replaced without issue. The boots which were purchased through Bootbarn online, we're a different issue. She has called the online store, who were extremely difficult and not at all helpful, she has called the manufacturer too! My boots have been sent to the manufacturer for review, but no matter how that turns out, Irene and the rest of the staff in this store have been awesome! read more

Nice, big clean store with great customer service. Just feel like since this is the only western store around (surprising for Temecula!) that they should offer more in-store selection. My fiancé and I went in this Sunday to buy his first pair of boots. We are not country scene/music/style fans whatsoever, so it was out of our comfort zone buuut he wanted boots. We were looking for just plain brown square-toed boots but much of their selection was over the top for our taste. The selection of regular nice boots was very limited (maybe 5 styles in the size we were looking in). The staff was fairly helpful whenever we had a question and answered politely. I wouldn't come here to shop personally but maybe my fiancé will return to a boot barn in the San Diego area when he needs a new pair of nice boots. read more

The girls were very helpful! A younger girl helped me on the floor, I can't remember her name. She was so sweet and answered all my questions! A bit messy, but a large store and a great selection to pick from!

The folks here were super helpful. More boots and western apparel than you can shake a stick at. I came in for motorcycle boots, and was promptly greeted and steered (see what I did there?) in the correct direction for my size. Many options were available. When we could only find the left boot of the style I really wanted, they began a hunt for the matching boot. The lady that helped us searched up and down 3 solid aisles of boots to find it...in the size 13 section! (It was a size 11 boot). I was grateful for her diligence in finding it, as I was on my way to pick up my new bike and needed proper footwear. Staff service: excellent! Selection: excellent! Product quality: excellent! This place needs new management. They do not have a good selection of things in different sizes. They might have a large selection of items, but they need different sizes in those items. I have had issues finding Pendleton shirts in different sizes and Carhart T-shirts in different sizes. I'm not talking about rare sizes either. XL or 2XL. Both what I consider to be common sizes. Usually the boot barn is good, but the Temecula store simply is not. read more

I have been shopping at Boot Barn for years with my family. They have cute clothes (for men and women) and a great selection of boots. I recently bought a pair of Miss Me jeans and after a few wears they tore. I was so upset. I no longer had the tags, or the receipt. I thought I was at a complete loss for these $99 jeans. The staff there went above and beyond to take care of us. Chelsea, Bill and Gary are amazing! They were able to track the purchase back through my rewards card and replaced the jeans. I'm a happy girl! Thank you Boot Barn for making this a great experience. I will continue to be a happy patron of this establishment, and recommend anyone shop here. read more

Don't return any online orders here. Their process sucks, it's corporates protocal I'm sure but it's not good. Also, i called and was placed on hold for over 6 minutes! Unacceptable. Then clerks answers and asks what I'm holding for after i already told her. No appology for long wait time. Def can improve in customer service skills. read more

How the West was lost 99% Chinese made boots and all of these country-western stars got clothing lines and it's all made in China or India the customer service is great the staff is great but it really makes me sad every time I come in here and can't find anything made in America They even try to fool you with name brands like American Worker which is all made in China I had called their corporate office and told them I can help them set up an American made clothing line with the name BOOT BARN but nobody ever returned my calls I wouldn't mind if the Chinese boots were $60 but they're $150-$170 I'd rather pay the extra $20 to buy American The thing is you really need to look at the labels some Justin's are made in China some in America some Chippawa made in China some made in America All I can say is read the labels and buy American don't be fooled ... All the clothes with country western stars names on it also made in china or india... dont get me wrong i love China and Chinese products .. but the prices are the same or more in price where is the savings for shipping our jobs overseas.. $70 shirts should be $10.. i posted this review to all boot barns and they were deleted cause yelp said i have to have a personal experiance with each store so im posting to each store ive checked into. read more

I am a loyal customer to the boot bar in Temecula due to there quality clothes and wide variety. I have never been comfortable going into there store though, the staff I would rate below average ( the male staff) . I bought a pair of jeans yesterday and was helped by a staff member by the name if Lana, wonderful employee and helped me find the right sizes,( great work!) . Amanda is great also. But this has not always been the case with a certain younger male staff member . I wish I would of remembered his name so I could of spoke with a manager about his demeanor towards my husband and I . No one likes there job, I get it, but the guy was rude , not only to me but my husband. He Also made a big to-do about me trying on a pair of miss me shorts I had 2 different sizes ( not knowing which would fit better). He tells me I can't take both of the pairs in the dressing room, only 1! Ok?? I asked why, he said rudely and loudly ," people steal" . I felt like he was thinking that if me. It made me feel rushed and somewhat scummy . I understand there is theft, I have both my arms tattooed same with my husband , but he should not make assumptions do to my outer appearance , my husband is a San Diego police. I bought a miss me dress that day that was $140. I love shopping but when I walked out if that store I felt like junk ! I told my husband how the employee ( younger / late 20's, over weight male) treated me. My husband was pissed, he said I should i of told him how that employee treated me while we were in the store( I just wanted to leave). I've been back a few times since and I didn't see him there.
